Claims (22)
- Système d'information dans un véhicule, (35), comprenant:des terminaux portables (4) de passagers (36),une pluralité d'émetteurs-récepteurs sans contact (31-32), qui permettent une transmission de données avec les terminaux (4) à l'intérieur du véhicule,des moyens de traitement de données centraux (2),un bus de données (3), qui est relié auxdits émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) et avec lesdits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2), de telle sorte que les données entre les terminaux (4) des passagers (36) et lesdits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2) puissent être transmis dans les deux directions par lesdits émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) et ledit bus de données (3),le système étant conçu pour la divulgation d'informations et de programmes de divertissement aux terminaux (4), lesdits terminaux (4) disposant d'une interface sans contact (41), qui permet une transmission de données bidirectionnelle avec les émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32), et via laquelle les terminaux (4) peuvent recevoir ledit programme de divertissement, caractérisé en ce quedes données d'identification et de légitimation des passagers (36) sont sauvegardées dans les terminaux (4) des passagers (36) dans un module d'identification (40), ladite interface sans contact (41) et les émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) étant conçus pour transmettre lesdites données d'identification et les données de légitimation des passagers (36) auxdits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2), et le système étant conçu pour le contrôle des données de légitimation de voyage des passagers (36).
- Système d'information selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que au moins un émetteur radio (21) est relié auxdits moyens de traitements de données centraux (2), qui peut recevoir des données depuis un émetteur à l'extérieur du véhicule (35).
- Système d'information selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu' une transmission de données bidirectionnelle entre ledit émetteur radio (21) et ledit émetteur est possible.
- Système d'information selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les données reçues avec ledit récepteur radio (21) sont converties dans un format compatible avec ledit bus de données (3).
- Système d'information selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) sont adaptés à une communication avec des éléments RFID.
- Système d'information selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) sont adaptés à une communication selon le standard Bluetooth.
- Système d'information selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits émetteurs-récepteurs (31-32) sont adaptés à une communication selon le standard HomeRF.
- Système d'information selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit récepteur radio (21) peut recevoir des données accompagnant un programme DAB.
- Système d'information selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit récepteur radio (21) peut recevoir des données accompagnant un programme DVB.
- Système d'information selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit récepteur radio (21) peut recevoir et émettre des données GSM.
- Système d'information selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit récepteur radio (21) peut recevoir et émettre des données UMTS.
- Système d'information selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une communication vocale ou de données entre des passagers (36) dans le véhicule (35) et un abonné (7,8) d'un réseau radio mobile externe (6) peut se produire via le bus de données (3) et ledit récepteur radio.
- Système d'information selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que des identifications temporaires au réseau mobile sont mises en place par l'opérateur du véhicule.
- Système d'information selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de traitement de données (2) comprennent un fichier visiteurs, dans lequel les identifications personnelles des passagers (36) sont sauvegardées dans ledit réseau radio mobile (6).
- Système d'informations selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une communication vocale et/ou de données peut se produire entre passagers (36) du véhicule (35) via ledit bus de données (3).
- Système d'informations selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit émetteur-récepteur (32) est prévu pour le contrôle des passagers (36) qui montent et qui descendent au niveau des portes du véhicule (35).
- Système d'informations selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la position des passagers (36) identifiés dans le véhicule (35) sont sauvegardés dans lesdits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2).
- Système d'informations selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines données, qui sont transmises via ledit bus de données (3), sont accédées en fonction de ladite position de sauvegarde.
- Système d'informations selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un module logiciel est exécuté dans lesdits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2) pour la facturation du trajet voyagé.
- Système d'informations selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit module logiciel utilise l'identification des passagers sauvegardée dans lesdits terminaux privés (4) des passagers.
- Système d'informations selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un module de localisation est relié aux dits moyens de traitement de données centraux (2).
- Système d'informations selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que des données dépendant de la localisation sont sélectionnés à l'aide dudit module de localisation et divulgués aux passagers (36).
