Claims (7)
- Rollenkäfig zur Führung von wenigstens einer Festwalzrolle eines Werkzeugs zum Festwalzen von Radien oder Einstichen an Lager- oder Hubzapfen von Kurbelwellen, wobei sich der Rollenkäfig am Ende des langen Schenkels eines L-förmigen Werkzeughalters abstützt und in der Längsrichtung des langen Schenkels in einer Zunge lose geführt wird, die vom Ende des langen Schenkels aus in eine Längsnut auf der Unterseite des Rollenträgers eingreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnut (14) des Rollenkäfigs (4) eine zwischen 0,5 und 2,5 mm grössere Breite hat als die Zunge (12) und am Ende (8) des langen Schenkels (9) wenigstens ein weiteres Organ (16, 17) vorgesehen ist, das in eine Ausnehmung (20) eingreift, die auf der dem Ende (8) zugewandten Stirnseite (7) des Rollenkäfigs (4) vorgesehen ist. - Rollenkäfig nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Organ ein Zapfen (16, 17) mit rundem Querschnitt ist.
- Rollenkäfig nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (16, 17) in dem langen Schenkel (9) in axialer Richtung beweglich gelagert ist.
- Rollenkäfig nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (16, 17) in dem langen Schenkel (9) elastisch gelagert ist.
- Rollenkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (16, 17) an seinem in den Rollenkäfig (4) eingreifenden Ende eine Abrundung (19) aufweist. - Rollenkäfig nach Ansprüchen 1 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (20) auf der Stirnseite (7) des Rollenkäfigs (4) als Sackbohrung ausgebildet ist, die einen gegenüber dem Durchmesser des Zapfens (16, 17) wesentlich größeren Durchmesser hat und auf ihrem Grunde die Form eines Kegels (21) aufweist. - Rollenkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Zapfen (16, 17) und Ausnehmungen (20) vorgesehen ist, entsprechend der jeweiligen Anzahl und Anordnung von Festwalzrollen (2) in dem Rollenkäfig (4).
