Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten von Schachteln aus Kartonzuschnitten (1), im wesentlichen umfassendein Rahmengestell (10),ein Vorratsmagazin (11) für gestapelte Zuschnitte (1),eine Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (20), die den vordersten Zuschnitt (1) vom Stapel (1') abzieht,ein Aufrichtewerk (12),eine Transportvorrichtung (30), die den vereinzelten Zuschnitt (1) flach liegend dem Aufrichtewerk (12) zuführt,verstellbare Anschläge (37, 38), die den Zuschnitt (1) passgenau über dem Aufrichtewerk (12) positionieren,einen eine Hubbewegung ausführenden Formstempel (13),und ein Abförderband (14) für die fertigen Kartons,die Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (20) umfasst eine horizontale Achse,daran ein zweiteiliger Arm (22, 23),dessen beiden Teile (22, 23) sindgelenkig miteinander verbundenund mittels Antrieb (25) gesteuert gegeneinander verschwenkbar,am freien Armteil (23) des zweiteiligen Arms (22, 23) sind Vakuumsauger (26) angebracht,deren Position entsprechend dem jeweiligen Zuschnitt (1) einstellbar ist,die Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (20) ist so positioniert, dass sie den vom Stapel (1') abgezogenen Zuschnitt (1) auf der Transportvorrichtung (30) ablegt, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:jeder Sauger (26) sitzt an einem eigenen verstellbaren Arm (27), der mit dem freien Armteil verbunden ist,der wenigstens eine zwelteilige Arm (22, 23) ist an einer Welle (21) befestigt, diemotorisch angetriebenund tiefer positioniert ist als die Transportvorrichtung (30).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Vereinzelungsvorrichtung (20) rotiert taktweise.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:das Magazin (11) ist im wesentlichen waagerecht angeordnet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:ein Pneumatikzylinder (25) verschwenkt die beiden Armteile (22, 23) gegeneinander.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Transportvorrichtung (30) umfasstein Transportbandund Andruckrollen (39), die den Zuschnitt (1) auf das Transportband drücken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Transportvorrichtung (30) umfasstzwei parallele Schienen (31) undzwei parallele, synchron angetriebene endlose Transportriemen (32),jeder Riemen (32)läuft um zwei Umlenkrollen (35) mit stehender Achse umund trägt an seiner Außenseite wenigstens einen Fördernocken (33), der sich von hinten an den auf den Schienen (31) liegenden Zuschnitt (1) legt und diesen zum Aufrichtewerk (12) schiebt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:der Fördernocken (33) besitzt einen U-förmigen Ausschnitt (34), passend zu der Schiene (31).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:jeder Riemen (32) besitzt mehrere Fördernocken (33),deren gegenseitige Abstände sind auf das Größtmaß der Zuschnitte (1) abgestimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Riemen (32) laufen vom Magazin (11) ausgehend zunächst leicht konisch und erst am Schluss genau parallel auf das Aufrichtewerk (12) zu.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:zwischen den endseitigen Umlenkrollen (35) befindet sich eine Lenkrolle (36).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:der sich gegen die Rückseite des Zuschnitts (1) legende Anschlag (38)ist höhenbeweglichund besitzt eine Anlaufschräge, die das Passieren des Zuschnitts (1) ermöglicht.
