Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung für die Sicherung von Gegenständen beim Transport, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von kammartigen Steckleisten (15, 15',15") mit zwei im wesentlichen planparallelen Hauptoberflächen (4,12,20'21'), wobei jede Steckleiste (15, 15', 15") aus einem massiven Leistenbereich (2) besteht, der an mindestens einer Schmalseite (5,13) angeordnete, parallel zueinander verlaufende Zinken (3) in äquidistanten Abständen (a), zinkenartiger Leistenbereich, aufweist und der Abstand (a) zweier Zinken voneinander geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke (b) der Steckleiste (15, 15', 15"), so dass mindestens zwei sich unter 90 Grad kreuzende Steckleisten (15, 15', 15") vermittels ihrer Zinken (3) ineinander steckbar sind und Gefache zum Einlegen der Gegenstände ausbilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Hauptoberflächen (4,12) einer jeden Steckleiste (1) mindestens eine flächig-tiefgezogene Tiefsicke (6,7,8) unter Belassung eines höher stehenden, umlaufenden Randes (9) peripher um die Hauptoberfläche (4,12) der Steckleiste (1) unter Einschluss der Zinken (3) aufweist, wobei die Höhe des Randes (9) in der Ebene der Hauptoberfläche (4,12) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Versteifung der Steckleiste (15, 15', 15") die Tiefsicke innerhalb des massiven Leistenbereichs (2) durch wenigstens einen Steg (10,11) in wenigstens zwei Teilsicken (6,7,8) unterteilt ist, wobei die Höhe der Stege (10,11) ebenfalls in der Ebene der Hauptoberfläche (4,12) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Versteifung der Steckleiste (15, 15', 15") die Tiefsicke innerhalb des massiven Leistenbereichs (2) durch zwei sowohl zueinander als auch zu dem zinkenartigen Leistenbereich bzw. zu den Zinken (3) parallel verlaufende Stege (10,11) in drei Teilsicken (6,7,8) unterteilt ist, welche in Höhe der Hauptoberflächen (4,12) zusammen mit dem umlaufenden Rand (9) liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (10,11) innerhalb der Tiefsicke (6,7,8) sich kreuzend unter Ausbildung einer Mehrzahl von tiefgezogenen Tiefsicken mit unregelmäßigen Umrissen ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Schmalseiten einer jeden Steckleiste Mittel (16, 17, 18, 18', 19, 19') zum lösbaren Aneinanderfügen zweier benachbarter Steckleisten (15, 15', 15") bei gleichbleibender Dicke der Steckleisten angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckleiste (15,15',15") an ihren Schmalseiten sich in Richtung der Zinken (3) erstreckende Abflachungen (16,17) jeweils der halben Dicke der Steckleiste (15,15',15") aufweist, so dass die sich gegenüberstehenden Abflachungen (16,17) zweier benachbarter Leisten (15',15") aufeinanderliegend die Dicke der Steckleiste (15', 15") aufweisen, wobei auf der einen Abflachung (17) auf der einen Schmalseite einer jeden Steckleiste (15', 15") nach oben ragende Zapfen (18, 18') angeordnet sind und auf der gegenüberliegenden Abflachung (16) der Schmalseite jeweils derselben Steckleiste (15', 15") mit den Zapfen (18, 18') koinzidierende Löcher (19, 19') angeordnet sind, so dass zwei benachbarte Steckleisten (15', 15") vermittels der benachbart-zugeordneten Abflachungen (16, 17) in fortlaufend gleichbleibender Dicke aneinanderfügbar und mittels der Zapfen (18, 18') sowie der Löcher (19, 19') aneinander koppelbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckleisten (20,21) wenigstens an einer ihrer Schmalseiten (25) eine von einer der beiden Hauptoberflächen (20',21') ausgehende Vertiefung (24,25) mit wenigstens einem darin angeordneten Loch (26,27) aufweisen, wobei die Vertiefungen (24,25) zweier benachbarter Steckleisten (20,21) beim Zusammenfügen derselben eine zusammenhängende Vertiefung (24+25) bilden, in welche eine Lasche (23) der Größe der zusammenhängenden Vertiefung (24+25) steckbar ist, welche auf einer ihrer Seiten Zapfen (28,30) aufweist, welche mit den Löchern (26,27) koinzidieren, so dass nach dem Einstecken der Lasche (23) in die zusammenhängenden Vertiefungen (24+25) die beiden Steckleisten (20,21) zusammengehaltert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefungen (24,25) der Steckleisten (20,21) länglich-rechteckförmig gestaltet sind und parallel in Richtung der Längsachse (33) der Steckleisten (20,21) sich erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckleiste (15,15',15") aus massivem sortenreinen Kunststoff oder aus gereinigtem Kunststoff besteht, welcher in Recyclingverfahren gewonnen ist besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Zinken (3) gleich oder kürzer ist als die Breite (c) des massiven Leistenbereichs (2) der Steckleiste (15,15',15") bzw. die Länge der Zinken (3) bzw. die Breite des zinkenartigen Leistenbereichs halb so lang bzw. breit wie die Breite der Steckleiste (15,15',15") ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckleiste (15, 15', 15") aus einem PP- oder PE-Kunststoff oder aus einem Gemisch derartiger Kunststoffe oder zumindest aus einem zäh-elastischen Kunststoff besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich innerhalb der Tiefsicke (6,7,8) der Steckleiste (15, 15', 15") Bohrungen (14) befinden.
