Claims (22)
- Schiebebeschlag für Fenster, Türen od. dgl., mit einem ortsfesten Rahmen (10) und mit einem beweglichen Flügel (20),der bezüglich des Rahmens (10) zwischen einer Verschlussstellung (20.1), einer Abstellstellung (20.3) am Anfang des Verschiebewegs (16), einer Offenstellung (20.4) am Ende des Schiebewegs (16) und gegebenenfalls einer mit der Abstellstellung (20.3) fluchtenden Kippstellung (20.2) bewegbar ist,mit einer die Länge des Schiebewegs (16) bestimmenden Laufschiene (15) am Rahmen (10)und mit einem wenigstens eine Rolle (41) rotativ lagernden Rollengehäuse (40), das mit dem Flügel (20) verbunden ist,dass das Rollengehäuse (40) über eine horizontale, im wesentlichen parallel zur Laufschiene verlaufende Achse (50) klappbeweglich (27, 29) an einem Träger (30) gelagert ist,dass der Träger (30) im Falzbereich (23) des Flügels (20) befestigt (39) ist und zusammen mit dem dort klappbeweglich gelagerten Rollengehäuse (40) ein fester Bestandteil des Flügels (20) ist,und dass - beim Bewegen des Flügels (20) zwischen der Verschluss- und der Abstellstellung (20.1, 20.3) - das Rollengehäuse (40) gegenüber dem Träger (30) zwischen zwei Klapplagen (40.1, 40.2) umsteuerbar ist,nämlich einer roll- unwirksamen Einklapplage (40.2), wo die Rolle (41) von der Laufschiene (15) entfernt ist,und einer roll-wirksamen Ausklapplage (40.1), wo die Rolle (41) mit der Laufschiene (15) in Eingriff steht.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (30) mit dem Rollengehäuse (40) eine in sich abgeschlossene, komplett vormontierbare Baueinheit (Rollbaueinheit 60) bildet und die Rollbaueinheit (60) am Flügelfalz (23) befestigt (39) ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollengehäuse (40) in der Einklapplage (40.2) in der Ebene des Trägers (30) plaziert ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollbaueinheit (60) in der Einklapplage (40.2) eine Bauhöhe (61) aufweist, die kleiner/gleich der Falzluft (14) zwischen dem Falz (23) des Flügels (20) und dem Falz (13) des Rahmens (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (30) eine Aussparung (32) aufweist, in welche das Rollengehäuse (40) in der Einklapplage (40.2) eingreift und aus welcher das Rollengehäuse (40) in seine Ausklapplage (40.1) herausbewegbar (29) ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (30) U-förmig ausgebildet ist und das Rollengehäuse (40) in der Einklapplage (40.2) in die U-Öffnung (32) eingeschwenkt (27) ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Einklapplage (40.2) des Rollengehäuses (40) im Träger (30) - die Rollbaueinheit (60) eine Plattenform besitzt.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Ausklapplage (40.1) des Rollengehäuses (40) gesichert (42, 47, 36) ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Rollengehäuse (40) und dem Träger (30) Führungsglieder (37) angeordnet sind,dass die Führungsglieder (37) mit Rastmitteln (36) versehen sind, welche das Rollengehäuse (40) mindestens in der Ausklapplage (40.1) sichern.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Rollengehäuse (40) und dem Träger (30) wenigstens ein Lenker (42) angeordnet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ausklapplage (40.1) der Lenker (42) das Rollengehäuse (40) in einem stumpfen Winkel (51) gegenüber seiner Einklapplage (40.2) im Träger (30) festhält.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lenker (42) an seinen Enden zwei Anlenkstellen (46, 47) besitzt, deren Gelenkachsen parallel zur Klappachse (50) des Rollengehäuses (40) verlaufen,dass die eine Anlenkstelle (46) fest am Rollengehäuse (40) sitzt und dass die andere (47) in einer Längsführung (37) vom Träger (30) beweglich ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in der Ausklapplage (40.1) - die am Rollengehäuse (40) sitzende Anlenkstelle (46) des Lenkers (42) sich in einer sogenannten Übertotpunktlage bezüglich der Klappachse (50) des Rollengehäuses (40) befindet.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens am einen Ende der Längsführung (37) Rastmittel (36) angeordnet sind,welche die trägerseitige Anlenkstelle (47) des Lenkers (42) wenigstens in der Ausklapplage (40.1) des Rollengehäuses (40) mit einer definierten Rasthaltekraft festhalten.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rollengehäuse (40) gegenüber dem Träger (30) im Ausklappsinne (29) kraftbelastet und/oder federbelastet (48) ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schnäpper (58) im Flügelfalz (23) bzw. im Träger (30) sitzt, der das Rollengehäuse (40) im Ausklappsinne (29) federbelastet (48).
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Laufschiene (15) und/oder im Falzbereich (23) des Flügels (20) Steuerflächen (53) vorgesehen sind, welche bei Bewegung (62, 49) des Flügels (20) zwischen der Verschlussstellung (20.1) und der Abstellstellung (20.3) das Rollengehäuse (40) aus dem Träger (30) ein- und/oder ausklappen (27, 29).
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Rollbaueinheit (60) Wälzmittel (43) integriert sind, die beim Bewegen (62, 49) des Flügels (20) zwischen der Abstell- und Verschlussstellung (20.1, 20.3) mit im Falzbereich (13) des Rahmens (10) angeordneten Rollbahnen (53) zusammenwirken.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wälzmittel aus einer Walze (43) bestehen, deren Drehachse mit der Klappachse (50) des Rollengehäuses (40) zusammenfällt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (43) zwischen zwei Gehäuselappen (45) des Rollengehäuses (40) bzw. Lagerlappen (35) des Trägers (30) angeordnet ist und dass ein gemeinsamer Achsbolzen (44) die Gehäuse- und Lagerlappen (45, 35) durchsetzt, auf welchen auch die Walze (43) drehgelagert ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollbaueinheit (60) Führungsflächen (34) aufweist, die beim Bewegen (62, 49) des Flügels (20) zwischen der Verschluss- und Abstellstellung (20.1, 20.3) mit im Falzbereich (13) des Rahmens (10) befindlichen Gegenflächen 52, 56) zusammenwirken.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rahmenseitigen Gegenflächen (52) mit Gegenwälzmitteln (56) versehen sind.
