Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten und Verkleben von Faltschachtelzuschnitten mit einer Absaugvorrichtung zur Einzelentnahme von Faltschachtelzuschnitten aus einem Magazin und Übergabe in eine Förderbahn zum bereichsweisen Umfalten und Verkleben der Faltschachtelzuschnitte mit einer Transportvorrichtung, Umfalteinrichtungen und einer Klebeauftragsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugvorrichtung mindestens einen um eine vertikale feststehende Achse drehbaren und in bezug auf die vertikale Achse linear radial bewegbaren Saugnapf aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Antrieb für den Saugnapf ein Kettenrad vorgesehen ist und am Umfang des Kettenrades eine Rollenkette geführt ist und die Rollenkette des Kettenrades zugeordnet der Entnahmeposition des Magazins über eine nasenförmige über den Umfang des Kettenrades vorstehende Auslenkung geführt ist, wobei zwischen Rollenkette und Saugnapf eine Wirkverbindung mittels drehbarer Bolzen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugnapf sich auf einem Winkelhalter befindet, der einen mit einem Langloch ausgestatteten Haltearm aufweist und der Haltearm mit dem Langloch auf der vertikalen feststehenden Achse geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in Drehrichtung der Rollenkette und des Saugnapfes dem Saugnapf nacheilendes am Winkelhalter schwenkbar gelagertes Faltblech vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltblech sich in Wirkverbindung mit einer ortsfest an der vertikalen Achse angeordneten Steuerscheibe befindet und bei Umlauf um die vertikale Achse zwischen der Entnahmeposition aus dem Magazin und der Übergabeposition in die Förderbahn eine über den Umfang des Kettenrades mit Rollenkette annähernd radial vorstehende Auffaltposition mit Kontaktierung des mit dem Saugnapf transportierten Faltschachelzuschnittes und Aufrichten desselben bewegbar ist und zwischen der Übergabeposition und der Entnahmeposition aus dem Magazin in eine annähernd tangentiale Ruheposition in bezug auf das Kettenrad mit Rollenkette bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung der Förderbahn Paare voneinander beabstandeter Mitnehmerleisten aufweist, die vertikal angeordnet in einem horizontal umlaufenden Kettenantrieb gehaltert sind, wobei die jeweils in Förderrichtung vorauseilende Mitnehmerleiste eines Paares von Mitnehmerleisten in je einer oberen und unteren umlaufenden Kette und die jeweils in Förderrichtung nacheilende Mitnehmerleiste eines Paares in je einer weiteren oberen und unteren umlaufenden Kette gehaltert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden jeweils aus einer oberen und einer unteren Kette gebildeten Kettenpaare mittels eines zugeordneten Schneckengetriebes gegeneinander verstellbar sind, so daß der Abstand der Mitnehmerleisten eines Paares veränderbar und den Abmessungen des zu behandelnden Faltschachtelzuschnittes anpassbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb für das Kettenrad von dem Antrieb der Transportvorrichtung abgeleitet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Mitnehmerleiste eines Paares mit einem an der Mitnehmerleiste geführten und vertikal gleitverschieblich gelagerten Niederhalter ausgerüstet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederhalter an ihrem oberen Kopfbereich in einer mit dem Kettenantrieb der Transportvorrichtung fluchtenden durch eine Gleitführung bestimmten Umlaufbahn geführt sind und die Gleitführung längs einer Teilstrecke der Förderbahn eine aus der horizontalen den oberen Ketten des Kettenantriebes benachbarten Umlaufbahn vertikal nach unten verlaufende Ausbiegung aufweist, auf der die Niederhalter aus einer oberen Position in eine mit dem gefalteten Boden des Faltschachtelzuschnittes kontaktierende untere Position absenkbar und anschließend wieder anhebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbiegung der Gleitführung die Form eines aufgespreizten U mit einer Abwärtskurve, einer geraden horizontalen Strecke und einer Aufwärtskurve aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der abgesenkten Position der Niederhalter gegenüberliegenden Unterseite der Förderbahn ein aus Rollen gebildetes Gegenlager vorgesehen ist, so daß der gefaltete und mit Kleber versehene Boden des Faltschachtelzuschnittes zwischen Niederhalter und Gegenlager unter Ausübung von Anpressdruck durchführbar ist.
