Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Überführen flachliegender Gegenstände, insbesondere zusammengelegter Faltschachteln (2), von einer Abgabestation (4) zu einer Aufnahmestation (5), mit wenigstens einem entlang einer Bahn (18) um eine Drehachse (8) schwenkbaren oder rotierbaren Saugkopf (6), welcher mindestens einen Sauger (7) aufweist, wobei dem Saugkopf (6) ein Antrieb (9) zugeordnet ist, um den Saugkopf (6) um die Drehachse (8) zu bewegen, der Saugkopf (6) an einem Ausleger (10) radial beweglich angeordnet ist, ein Linearantrieb (11 dem radialen Auslenken des Saugkopfes (6) dient, und der Linearantrieb (11) in radialer Richtung zur Drehachse (8) ausgerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb (11) derart auf der Drehachse (8) liegt, dass ein Ende (12) des Linearantriebes (11) am Saugkopf (6) und das andere Ende (13) des Linearantriebes (11) um 180 Grad um die Drehachse (8) versetzt angeordnet ist, und dass der Linearantrieb (11) um die Drehachse (8) schwenkbar bzw. rotierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb (11) ein antreibendes Teil (14) und ein vom antreibenden Teil (14) angetriebenes, bewegliches Teil (15) aufweist, dass das antreibende Teil (14) quer und insbesondere mittig von der Drehachse (8) passiert wird, und dass der Saugkopf (6) am beweglichen Teil (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Linearantrieb (11) ein elektromagnetischer Linearantrieb (Linearmotor) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Enden (12, 13) des Linearantriebes (11) jeweils ein Saugkopf (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Linearantriebe (11) mit Saugkopf (6) bzw. Saugköpfen (6) vorgesehen sind, die um einen Winkel, insbesondere einen rechten Winkel, zueinander versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb (11) eine Kraftsteuerung (30) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abgabestation (4) ein Faltschachtelmagazin (3), und um einen Winkel dazu versetzt, im Schwenkbereich der Vorrichtung (1), ein Ersatzmagazin (17) für zusammengelegte Faltschachteln (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (10) vom Linearantrieb (11 oder einem antreibenden Teil (14) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (9) für eine Rotation des Auslegers (10) um die Drehachse (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelgeschwindigkeit des Saugkopfes (6) konstant ist.
