Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer Abfangeinrichtung eines Stoffdrückers (16) einer Näh- oder Stickmaschine, wobei eine Nadelstange (17) den Stoffdrücker (16) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Feder (F) in Richtung einer Stichplatte (19) bewegt und die Abfangvorrichtung den Stoffdrücker (16) vor dem Auftreffen auf das zu bearbeitende Werkstück (18) mittels eines Abfangelementes (10) der Abfangeinrichtung abfängt und dessen Bewegung bis zum Auftreffen auf das Werkstück (18) steuert, wobei das Abfangelement (10) zusammen mit der Nadelstange (17) von einem gemeinsamen Antrieb angetrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Achse (10a) bildende Lagerung des Abfangelements (10) achsparallel zur Rotationsachse eines Rotationskörpers (7) angeordnet ist, wobei der Rotationskörper (7) drehbar an der Nähmaschine gelagert und durch Verdrehen des Rotationskörpers (7) die Position der Lagerung relativ zur Stichplatte (19) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotationskörper (7) mittels eines Arretierungselements (6) insbesondere einer Feststellschraube in einer bestimmten Position arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotationskörper (7) mittels eines Antriebs (22) verdrehbar und in mindestens einer Position haltbar und/oder arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abfangelement (10) ein Winkelhebel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung bzw. die Achse (10a) in mindestens zwei Positionen relativ zur Stichplatte (19) arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung des Abfangelementes (10) von einem in Abhängigkeit vom Nadelstangenantrieb angetriebenen Steuernocken (5) gesteuert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem von dem Steuernocken (5) bewegten Kurvenhebel (12) und dem Abfangelement (10) ein Ausgleichselement insbesondere ein Pleuel (11) zwischengeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurvenhebel (12) ein Winkelhebel ist, welcher um eine Achse (2a) verschwenkbar an der Nähmaschine gelagert ist, wobei die Position der Achse (2a) mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (2) relativ zur Achse (4a) des Steuernockens (5) veränderbar und mittels einer Arretierungsvorrichtung (1) insbesondere einer Arretierungsschraube in verschiedenen Positionen arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuerung mittels mindestens eines Sensors (24) die Werkstückdicke in der Nähe mindestens eines Stoffdrückers (16) ermittelt und mittels des Antriebs (22) die für die ermittelte Werkstückdicke erforderliche Lage des Abfangelementes (10) einstellt oder einregelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung während des Nähvorganges kontinuierlich oder in vorbestimmbaren Zeitintervallen die erforderliche Lage des Abfangelementes (10) anhand der ermittelten Werkstückdicke einstellt oder einregelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höheneinstellung der Stoffdrücker (16) der Stickköpfe (4) durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (25) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine gemeinsame Welle (27) den Antrieb (25) mit den Verstellmitteln zum Bewegen bzw. verfahren der Lagerung bzw. der Achse (10a) verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Kupplung zwischen der Welle (27) und jeder Lagerung bzw. jeder Achse (10a) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer Abfangeinrichtung eines Stoffdrückers (16) einer Näh- oder Stickmaschine, wobei eine Nadelstange (17) den Stoffdrücker (16) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Feder (F) in Richtung einer Stichplatte (19) bewegt und die Abfangvorrichtung den Stoffdrücker (16) vor dem Auftreffen auf das zu bearbeitende Werkstück (18) mittels eines Abfangelementes (10) der Abfangeinrichtung abfängt und dessen Bewegung bis zum Auftreffen auf das Werkstück (18) steuert, wobei das Abfangelement (10) zusammen mit der Nadelstange (17) von einem gemeinsamen Antrieb angetrieben ist, die Position der Lagerung des Abfangelementes (10) relativ zur Stichplatte (19) veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuerung mittels mindestens eines Sensors (24) die Werkstückdicke in der Nähe mindestens eines Stoffdrückers (16) ermittelt und mittels des Antriebs (22) die für die ermittelte Werkstückdicke erforderliche Lage des Abfangelementes (10) einstellt oder einregelt.
