Description

wobei zylindermantelinnenseitig ein Anschlusselement für den Anschluss zumindest eines tunnelinnenseitig anzuordnenden Stützelementes zur Abstützung der Tübbingschale vorgesehen ist, wobei das Anschlusselement aus dem Basiskörper heraus in dem von dem Tübbingring gebildeten Zylinderinnenraum hineinragt,
und wobei der Spezialtübbing mit der Maßgabe ausgebildet ist, dass das Stützelement lediglich mit einem Ende an das Anschlußelement des Spezialtübbings anschließbar ist. - Zylindermantelabschnittförmiger Basiskörper meint den Teil des erfindungsgemäßen Spezialtübbings, der bezüglich seiner Form einem üblichen Tübbing entspricht. Der Ausdruck zylindermantelabschnittförmiger Basiskörper geht zunächst davon aus, dass ein Tübbingring bzw. die in der Tunnelröhre hintereinander angeordneten Tübbingringe eine zylinderförmige Röhre und somit einen Zylindermantel mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt bilden. Grundsätzlich liegt es jedoch auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der Tübbingausbau der Tunnelröhre von der exakten Zylinderform bzw. vom exakten kreisförmigen Querschnitt abweicht und beispielsweise im Querschnitt oval bzw. ellipsenförmig ausgebildet ist. Die erfindungsgemäßen Spezialtübbings sind natürlich auch bei einem solchen Tübbingausbau einsetzbar und der Begriff "zylindermantelabschnittförmiger Basiskörper" meint in diesem Zusammenhang auch einen Basiskörper, der nicht exakt einem Zylindermantelabschnitt entspricht. Vorzugsweise beträgt die Ausdehnung eines erfindungsgemäßen Spezialtübbings bzw. die Ausdehnung dessen Basiskörpers in Umfangsrichtung des zugeordneten Tübbingringes weniger als ein Drittel, bevorzugt weniger als ein Viertel, sehr bevorzugt weniger als ein Fünftel des Umfanges dieses Tübbingringes.

Claims (9)
- Spezialtübbing (1) für einen Tübbingring (2) zum unterirdischen Tunnelausbau,
wobei zylindermantelinnenseitig ein Anschlusselement (4) für den Anschluss zumindest eines tunnelinnenseitig anzuordnenden Stützelementes (5) zur Abstützung der Tübbingschale (6) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Spezialtübbing (1) einen bezüglich der Umfangsrichtung des Tübbingringes (2) von einem Anschlussende zum anderen Anschlussende des Spezialtübbings (1) durchlaufend zylindermantelabschnittsförmig ausgebildeten Basiskörper (3) zur Einpassung in einen Tübbingring (2) aufweist,
das Anschlusselement (4) aus dem Basiskörper (3) heraus in dem von dem Tübbingring (2) gebildeten Zylinderinnenraum hineinragt
und der Spezialtübbing (1) mit der Maßgabe ausgebildet ist, dass das Stützelement (5) lediglich mit einem Ende an das Anschlusselement (4) des Spezialtübbings (1) anschließbar ist. - Spezialtübbing nach Anspruch 1, wobei der spitze Winkel α zwischen der Längsachse L eines an dem Anschlusselement (4) anzuschließenden Stützelementes (5) und der durch den Schnittpunkt S dieser Längsachse L mit der Zylindermantelaußenseite des Basiskörpers (3) gelegte Tangente T 50° bis 75°, vorzugsweise 45° bis 65° beträgt.
- Spezialtübbing nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der Spezialtübbing (1) als Stahltübbing oder als Betontübbing ausgebildet ist.
- Spezialtübbing nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Anschlusselement (4) zur Aufnahme eines Vorspannwerkzeuges (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Spezialtübbing nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei zumindest ein Anschlusselement (26) zur Einrichtung einer Längsvorspannung zwischen in Längsrichtung der Tunnelröhre (8) benachbarten Spezialtübbings (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Spezialtübbing nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zumindest eine Anschlusseinrichtung (27) für den seitlichen Anschluss eines Sicherungstübbings zur Sicherung eines Freiraumes (10) neben der durch den Spezialtübbing (1) gesicherten Tunnelröhre (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Spezialtübbing nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei zumindest ein Verbundelement (28) zur Herstellung eines Verbundes mit einer Betonummantelung oder Betonschale vorgesehen ist.
- Tübbingring mit zumindest zwei Spezialtübbings (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
wobei ein Spezialtübbing (1) in der oberen Ringhälfte des Tübbingringes (2) und der zweite Spezialtübbing (1) in der unteren Ringhälfte des Tübbingringes (2) vorgesehen ist,

und wobei zwischen den beiden Spezialtübbings (1) an zumindest einer Seite des Tübbingringes (2) zumindest ein Temporärtübbing (17) vorgesehen ist, welcher nachträglich entfernbar ist. - Tübbingring nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Ausdehnung des Ringabschnittes (16), zwischen den beiden Spezialtübbings (1) in welchem Ringabschnitt (16) der Temporärtübbing (17) vorgesehen ist, bezogen auf den Umfang des Tübbingringes (2), weniger als die Hälfte, vorzugsweise weniger als ein Drittel des Umfanges des Tübbingringes (2) beträgt.
