Claims (15)
- Schiebebeschlag für Fenster, Türen od. dgl., mit einem ortsfesten Rahmen (10) und mit einem beweglichen Flügel (20),der bezüglich des Rahmens (10) zwischen einer Verschlussstellung (20.1), einer Abstellstellung (20.3) am Anfang des Verschiebewegs (45), einer Offenstellung (20.4) am Ende des Schiebewegs (45) und gegebenenfalls einer mit der Abstellstellung (20.3) fluchtenden Kippstellung (20.2) bewegbar ist,und mit zwei Paaren von Anschlagflächen (31, 32) und damit zusammenwirkenden Gegenflächen (15, 18), welche den Verschiebungsweg (45) des Flügels (20) zwischen der Abstellstellung (20.3) einerends und der Offenstellung (20.4) andererends begrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet ,dass am Falz (24) des Flügels (20) oder des Rahmens ein bewegliches Anschlagelement (30) sitzt, welches mindestens an seinem freien Ende (34) wenigstens eine der beiden Anschlagflächen (31, 32) trägt,dass die zugehörige Gegenfläche (15; 18) sich am Falz (15; 18) des Rahmens (10) oder des Flügels (20) befindet,dass im Rahmeninneren (13) bzw. Flügelumfangsbereich Steuerflächen (16) vorgesehen sind, welche bei der Flügelbetätigung zwischen der Abstell- bzw. Kippstellung (20.3, 20.2) einerseits und der Verschlussstellung (20.1) andererseits das Ende (34) des Anschlagelements (30) aus einer vom Flügel (20) bzw. Rahmen (10) weit abragenden Entfernungslage (30.2) in eine, bezüglich des Flügels (20) bzw. Rahmens benachbarte Nahelage (30.1) überführen,und dass das Anschlagelement (30) sowohl in seiner die Abstell- bzw. Kippstellung (20.3; 20.2) kennzeichnenden Entfernungslage (30.2) als auch in seiner die Nahelage (30.1) kennzeichnenden Verschlussstellung (20.1) an der ihm zugeordneten Gegenfläche (15) sich abstützt und die Falzluft (X) bestimmt. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenfläche (15; 18) die Falzfläche (14; 19) vom Rahmen (10) selbst ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfläche (16) die Innenfläche des Überschlags (17) vom Rahmen (10) ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (30) zwei Anschlagflächen (31, 32) aufweist, die wechselweise wirksam sind,dass die eine Anschlagfläche (31) in der Verschluss-, Abstell- und gegebenenfalls Kippstellung (20.1; 20.3; 20.2) mit der am vorderen Falz (14) des Rahmens (10) befindlichen Gegenfläche (15) zusammenwirkt,während die andere Anschlagfläche (32) in der Offenstellung (20.4) an der gegenüberliegenden Gegenfläche (18) am hinteren Falz (19) des Rahmens (10) zur Anlage kommt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der seitliche Abstand (36) zwischen den beiden Anschlagflächen (31, 32) gleich ist der Falzluft (X), die zwischen dem Flügelfalz (24) und dem Rahmenfalz (14) besteht.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Außenflächen (31, 32) auf zueinander gegenüberliegenden Flanken desselben Anschlagelements (30) sich befinden.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (50) im Endbereich gegabelt (51; 52) ist
und dass die beiden Anschlagflächen (31, 32) an den voneinander wegweisenden Außenflächen (54, 55) der beiden Gabelschenkel (51, 52) sitzen. - Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement ein schwenkbeweglicher Hebel (Anschlaghebel 30) ist, dessen Schwenkachse (25) am Flügelfalz (24) sitzt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlaghebel (30) an dem einen seitlichen Falz (24) des Flügels (20) schwenkgelagert (25) ist.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Flügel (20) zwei Anschlagelemente (60, 61, 62) sitzen, von denen das eine (61) in der Verschluss- und Abstellstellung (20.1, 20.3) und gegebenenfalls in der Kippstellung (20.2) mit der Gegenfläche (15) am Rahmenfalz (14) zusammenwirkt,
während das andere Anschlagelement (62) in der Offenstellung (20.4) mit der anderen Gegenfläche (18) am gegenüberliegenden Rahmenfalz (19) zur Anlage kommt. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Anschlagelemente (60) zwar aus zwei Hebeln (61, 62) bestehen,
aber beide Anschlaghebel (61, 62) auf einer gemeinsamen Schwenkachse (25) am Flügel gelagert sind. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Anschlaghebel (30) durch Drehanschläge (28) in ihrer geneigt zum Flügel verlaufenden Entfernungslage (30.2) festgelegt sind.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement bzw. der Anschlaghebel (30; 61, 62) durch eine Feder in Richtung ihrer Entfernungslage (30.2) kraftbelastet (26; 46, 47) sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder den Anschlaghebel (30) in einer Entfernungslage (30.2) mit definierter Schräge festhält.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (30) aus mindestens zwei zueinander teleskopartig längsverschieblichen Schubgliedern besteht,
von denen eines im Bereich des Flügelfalzes (24) befestigt ist und das andere mit dem Rahmen (10) zusammenwirkt.
