Die Erfindung betrifft eine wasserlösliche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage, bestehend aus einem wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 20 bis 120 g/m2, der mit einem wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymer als Haftmasse beschichtet ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine wasserlösliche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage.
Stand der Technik
Stickerei-Einlagen werden in großem Maße zur Stabilisierung des zu bestickenden Grundmaterials in Stickmaschinen eingesetzt. Die Stickerei-Einlage wird als Verstärkung zusammen mit dem Grundmaterial in die Stickmaschine eingespannt und mit dem Stickmaterial gemeinsam bestickt. Nach dem Besticken wird die Stickerei-Einlage im einfachsten Fall dadurch wieder getrennt, dass sie vom Grundmaterial abgerissen wird. Dabei verbleibt ein Rest der Einlage unter der Stickerei auf dem Grundmaterial. Diese verbleibenden Einlagereste verursachen eine Verhärtung der bestickten Stelle. Bei empfindlicheren Stickereien oder eher reliefartig gestalteten Stickereien werden lösliche Einlagen verwendet, die nach dem Bestickungsvorgang durch Auflösung entfernt werden können. Aus dem Dokument DE-A 43 43 230 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung reliefartiger Stickereien bekannt, bei dem eine wasserlösliche Gelatinefolie auf dem Stoffmaterial angeordnet wird, die Stickerei auf der Gelatinefolie und dem Stoffmaterial durchgeführt, das bestickte Material zur Entfernung der Gelatinefolie in Wasser getaucht und anschließend getrocknet wird. Als Gelatinefolie wird eine Harzart, zum Beispiel Polyvinylalkohol, angegeben. Weiterhin sind als Stickerei-Einlage Acetat-Gewebe bekannt, die mit dem Lösungsmittel Aceton aus dem bestickten Stoff wieder entfernt werden können.
Die bekannten Stickerei-Einlagen haben den Nachteil, dass bei dünnen, sehr elastischen Stick-Grundmaterialien bereits das plan-parallele Zusammenlegen von Stick-Grund und Stickerei-Einlage durch Verrutschen oder Einrollen Probleme bereitet. Weiterhin stellt allein schon die Einspannung von Stick-Grund und Stickerei-Einlagen in sehr breiten Großstickmaschinen ein Problem dar, welches insbesondere durch das unterschiedliche Dehnverhalten beider Materialien verursacht beziehungsweise verstärkt wird. Während der Stick-Grund hochelastisch ist, soll die stabilisierende Stickerei-Einlage bestimmungsgemäß nicht elastisch sein. Zusätzliche Probleme treten auf, wenn während des Stickvorgangs nachgespannt werden muss. Dabei können sich Stick-Grund und Stickerei-Einlage gegeneinander verschieben, was nach Beendigung des Stickvorganges und dem Auswaschen der Stickerei-Einlage zu einer Verzerrung des Stickbildes führt. Zwar ist aus dem Dokument WO 99/56519 ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Stickereiprodukten und dazu geeignete Trägerbahnen bekannt, bei dem der Stickgrund durch Flüssigbeschichten mit einem wasserlöslichen Leim stabilisiert wird, aber die geringe erzielbare Schichtdicke gestattet nur die Herstellung von Stickereiwaren mit einer gering ausgebildeten Reliefstruktur.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, eine wasserlösliche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage anzugeben, die so auf einem Stick-Grund fixiert werden kann, dass die vorgenannten Probleme vermieden werden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch eine wasserlösliche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage gelöst, die aus einem wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff mit einem Flächengewicht von 20 bis 120 g/m2 besteht, der mit einem wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymer als Haftmasse beschichtet ist. Eine solche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage kann in an sich bekannter Weise zum Beispiel durch Heiß-Laminieren mit dem Stickgrund verbunden werden. Die Fixierung des elastischen Stickgutes durch die stabilisierende, vollflächig fixierte Stickerei-Fixiereinlage verhindert das Verrutschen der Bahnen beim Einspannen und ergibt eine für den Stickprozess verbesserte Stabilität. Gleichzeitig verringert sich dadurch die Notwendigkeit des Nachspannens beziehungsweise können beim Nachspannen der Stickgrund und die Stickerei-Einlage nicht mehr gegeneinander verrutschen. Da sowohl die Stickerei-Fixiereinlage als auch die darauf aufgebrachte Haftmasse wasserlöslich ist, verbleiben keine verhärtenden Substanzen im damit hergestellten Stickgut.
Vorzugsweise ist die Stickerei-Fixiereinlage eine, bei der die Haftmasse aus modifizierten (Co)polyamiden, Polyvinylalkoholen, und / oder (Co)polyestern besteht. Die vorgenannte Polymere sind dabei in der Weise modifiziert, dass sie wasserlöslich sind. Damit ist ihre Entfernbarkeit aus dem bestickten Gut zusammen mit der Stickerei-Fixiereinlage gewährleistet.
Vorzugsweise ist die Stickerei-Fixiereinlage weiterhin eine, bei der der wasserlösliche Vliesstoff aus einem Polyvinylalkohol-Vliesstoff besteht. Solche Vliesstoffe haben sich sowohl hinsichtlich der Festigkeitsanforderungen als auch hinsichtlich der anschließenden Entfernbarkeit durch Waschen bewährt. Ein für die erfindungsgemäße Stickerei-Fixiereinlage verwendbares Basismaterial wird beispielsweise in dem Dokument JP 11/286859 beschrieben.
Besonders bevorzugt ist eine Stickerei-Fixiereinlage, bei der sowohl der Vliesstoff als auch die Haftmasse bei Temperaturen von 10 bis 40°C wasserlöslich sind. Die Wasserlöslichkeit des Vliesstoffes und der Haftmasse im angegebenen Temperaturbereich gestatten eine energetisch günstige Entfernung nach dem Stickvorgang. Weiterhin können dadurch auch wärmebzw. warmwasserempfindliche Stickgarne und/oder Stickgründe verwendet werden.
Besonders bevorzugt ist eine Stickerei-Fixiereinlage, bei der die Modifizierung in einer Ethoxylierung der (Co)polyamide und / oder (Co)polyester oder in einem Verseifungsgrad des Polyvinylalkohols >95 % besteht. Die entsprechende Modifizierung der als Haftmassen eingesetzten Polymere führt dazu, dass diese wasserlöslich werden.
Erfindungsgemäß besteht das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Stickerei-Fixiereinlage darin, dass die wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Haftmassen auf den wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff durch Streubeschichtung, Hot-Melt-Auftrag, Laminieren mit einem aus dem wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymer hergestellten Spinnvliesstoff oder durch direktes Aufspinnen des wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymers auf den als Basismaterial eingesetzten Vliesstoff aufgebracht werden. Durch die genannten Verfahren, wird eine Stickerei-Fixiereinlage erhalten, die in einfacher Weise, wie zum Beispiel Heiß-Kalandrieren, auf einem Stick-Grund fixiert werden kann.
Vorzugsweise wird die Haftmasse mit dem Vliesstoff durch Sinterung verbunden. Dadurch wird ein fester Verbund von Stickerei-Fixiereinlage und Haftmasse erzielt, der den technologischen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Lagerung, Transport und Anwendung Rechnung trägt.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von zwei Beispielen näher beschrieben.
Beispiel 1
Als Basismaterial für die Stickerei-Fixiereinlage wurde ein thermisch gebundener, aus kaltwasserlöslichen Polyvinylalkohol (PVAL)-Stapelfasern hergestellter Vliesstoff mit einem Flächengewicht von ca. 40 g/m2 eingesetzt. Die PVAL-Fasern wurden dabei im Gel-Spinnverfahren hergestellt und wiesen eine Festigkeit von 4 g/denier auf. Auf dieses Basismaterial wurde ein kaltwasserlöslicher Spinnvliesstoff aus ethoxyliertem Polyamid (NP2116 der Fa. H. F. Fuller) als Haftmasse auflaminiert. Der Laminierprozeß erfolgte bei 130°C über 15 s bei 3 bar in einer Fixierpresse.
Die fertige Stickerei-Fixiereinlage wurde bei 130°C mit einem elastischen Stickgrund verbunden. Der Verbund aus Stickerei-Fixiereinlage und Stickgrund besitzt eine Schälfestigkeit zwischen Stickerei-Fixiereinlage und Stickgrund von 5,2 N/5cm.
Beispiel 2
Auf ein Basismaterial gemäß Beispiel 1 werden 14 g/m2 eines wasserlöslichen PVAL-Pulvers (Schaettifix 699 der Fa. Schaetti) als Haftmasse mit einem Streuaggregat aufgebracht. Im Infrarotofen wird die Haftmasse angesintert und im Ofenauslauf mittels Preßwalzen innig mit dem Basismaterial verbunden. Die fertige Stickerei-Fixiereinlage kann bei 135°C thermisch mit einem elastischen Stickgrund zusammen laminiert werden.

Claims (9)

  1. Wasserlösliche Stickerei-Fixiereinlage, bestehend aus einem wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 20 bis 120 g/m2, der mit einem wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymer als Haftmasse beschichtet ist.
  2. Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Haftmasse aus modifizierten (Co)polyamiden, Polyvinylalkoholen und / oder (Co)polyestern besteht.
  3. Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 6 bis 20 g/m2 wasserlösliche Haftmasse auf den wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff aufgebracht sind.
  4. Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wasserlösliche Vliesstoff aus einem Polyvinylalkohol-Vliesstoff besteht.
  5. Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Vliesstoff als auch die Haftmasse bei Temperaturen von 10 bis 40°C wasserlöslich sind.
  6. Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Modifizierung in einer Ethoxylierung der Polymeren oder in einem Verseifungsgrad >95 % besteht.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Stickerei-Fixiereinlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine wasserlösliche, thermoplastische Haftmasse auf den wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff durch Streubeschichtung, Hotmelt-Auftrag, Laminieren mit einem aus einem wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymer hergestellten Spinnvliesstoff oder durch direktes Aufspinnen eines wasserlöslichen, thermoplastischen Polymers auf den als Basismaterial eingesetzten Vliesstoff aufgebracht wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 6 bis 20 g/m2 wasserlösliche Haftmasse auf den wasserlöslichen Vliesstoff aufgebracht werden.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftmasse mit dem Vliesstoff durch Sinterung verbunden wird.
