Definitions
- the invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device according to the preamble of claim 10, a special coiling device for the devices according to claim 10, and a System according to claim 28.
- a cable processing device in the sense of the invention is a device for processing a cable so that this on its surface or its geometry or in its position changed from the original state is. It usually has one along a cable feed axis arranged first cable feed device, a Cable processing tool (usually at least one knife, Crimping tool or a print head or the like.). Often ordered them over a second cable feed device, whereby both cable feeders the cable in at least one, often also against this first feed direction can move while the cable editing tool between the feed movements cable processing operations performs.
- a Cable processing tool usually at least one knife, Crimping tool or a print head or the like.
- Cable processing machines are essentially understood a cable processing device for cutting and / or stripping and / or cutting a cable or at least one cable end of the cable.
- the invention is not restricted to such a device. It also includes devices that only the cable sever (cutter) or transport (feeder).
- Coiling means a device for Coiling a cable. It usually has one Coiling pan or a Coilingteller, in or on the a coil is created and, via a drive, the coiling pan or coiling plate drives.
- One coiling pan corresponds a coil plate with a peripheral wall lateral supports of a coil. In the description below both are to be understood as interchangeable.
- the coiling pans or coiling plates usually remain on site at the coiling device; for special Examples of such coiling pans or Coiling plate for further processing with the Coil stay connected, like pallets as a transport pad can be used.
- Coiling is the coiling of one Cable.
- a coil is roughly circular in several layers stored cable. It is usually in several layers and has two cable ends (a cable section start and a cable section end), as a rule, however, no carrier or bobbin.
- Cable is understood in the context of the invention at least one electrical or light-optical conductor, which is externally insulated.
- typical Cable processing machines in the sense of the invention are so-called "Cut and Strip” machines or cutters like them e.g. under the designation CS 9050, CS9100, PS9500 Powerstrip or OC3950 launched by the applicant were.
- Typical "cut and strip” machines have drive rollers, Drive belts or other drive devices, which is initially a cable along a first conveyor axis promote a transport direction and then in the course of the stripping processes again against the first in the opposite promote second transport direction to the individual Stripping steps - mostly on both cable ends of a cable section - perform.
- Coiling is in the sense of a preferred embodiment the main invention primarily now such long, stripped at both ends or only cut, Form pieces of cable into a coil to them easier to transport, store or process close.
- the SU-916012B describes a wire coiling machine a coiling pan into which a U-shaped one is used prior to coiling Tie tape is inserted to take out before of the finished coil to bind it and thus even more transportable close.
- the wire is turned by a Place the device in the pan.
- the structure is as Addition to wire rolling or wire drawing devices intended, where only one due to the production process Feed direction occurs.
- US 4372141 describes another wire coiling device with an integrated cutting device for the wire.
- the feed speed of the wire is driven by two drive rollers driven by a gear generated.
- the feed rate is mechanical synchronized and varies with regard to the coil operation and the cutting company.
- the use of this wire coiling device as an addition to a cable stripping device is not scheduled. How does the SU-B work the construction with only one feed direction for the Wire.
- a clocked, synchronous Process is thus possible, provided it is during cable processing not to slip or feed losses comes.
- a game is possible in the coiling pans themselves, because the cables are shot in freely. unwanted Frictions or cable damage cannot be completely turned off. Free-flying insertion does not allow for exactly reproducible coil forms achieve.
- US-4546675 describes a complete cable cutting and stripping unit with connected coiler, which winds the cable on a lowerable mandrel.
- the mandrel is lowered to remove the coil.
- adversely there can be a frictional resistance between the Coil and the mandrel may affect to damage the Cable.
- a support plate gets up along a cable feed nozzle and drove down to layer the coil in layers to be able to.
- a sensor measures the tension in the Cable and controls the traction on the Winding drum. So this older structure is opposite the US 822 theoretically more sensitive to the requirements of a cable when coiling. However, it is always reactive and can respond to rapid feed changes react only with a delay, what to bend the cable or can lead to excessive voltages in the cable. A feed reversal is not provided at all.
- US-4869437 describes an apparatus for manufacturing a wire coil wound around mandrels arranged in a circle and at the same time from an outer circle of thorns to be led.
- the mandrels are eccentric stored so that they rotated about their eccentric axis can be while keeping the coil both on its inner as well as their outer diameter.
- US-4730779 describes instead of being arranged in a circle Thorns a stretchable bobbin for winding of paper tissue. After winding up the outside diameter of the bobbin and so the wound Tissue released. A lesson for an optimal Control of a coiling device after a cable processing machine cannot be derived from this.
- US-4172374 describes a winding device for spring wires with a winding body made of two radially to each other sliding thorns (Fig. 9 and 10). A reference to the Use of movable mandrels in coiling devices is missing.
- US-4669679 describes a cable cutting device connected coiling device with two coiling pans with a central mandrel each, around which with the help of conveyor belts "free-flying" a cable is wound.
- the cable is not loosely inserted and also not clamped to to wrap the thorn, but from the conveyor belt to the Thorn held down.
- there the wire feed nozzle is moved along the mandrel height in order to to achieve a multilayered ordered cable layering.
- the movement of the nozzle is speed-coupled with the movement the conveyor belts.
- the speed of the cable feed through the cutting device and into the coiling device is kept constant.
- the winding body is in its outer diameter can also be reduced to make it easy to remove the coil to enable.
- a coiling device with a cutting device (no "Cut and Strip” but only “Cutter”) is in US 4026483 specified. It has a gear controlled feed nozzle, which controls the cable layer by layer on the bobbin applying. Here, too, the cable only runs in one feed direction.
- US-5063974 describes an automatic wire cutting coiling and binding system for the production of multiple wire bundles, where, among other things, a motor-driven Coiling device with a pneumatically operated clamping device to wrap the wire end around the mandrel. As well a guide roller is provided which has an annular Has guide groove for a wire depending on this of the desired inner diameter of the coil. A stripping device is not provided. The In the absence of a back and forth movement of the Wire are carried out without interference. The speed of rotation of the Coiling device can - due to lack of change in feed direction - can be easily coordinated with the feed rate.
- US-5374005 and US-5575455 describe a coiling device, where an optical fiber into a coil is placed in a coil pot by blowing air is blown from a nozzle into the rotating pot and loosely wraps around a thorn there. This procedure is only applicable for thin, light cables. The one achieved Coil is not exactly reproducible.
- US-5485973 describes a comparable system for stronger cables that go through a gooseneck from the center of a coil pot are placed in it while rotating. However, this is not a coil system for Manufacture of removable coils, but around a cable storage. A pressure roller presses the inserted cable rings against the base plate so that it is as tight as possible to be arbitrated. Without the pressure device would be a systematic filling of the cylindrical ring Cavity of the coil pot is not possible. Because of the Gooseneck and the pressing device is the removal a coil or a coiled cable is not possible.
- EP-A-474152 describes a cable processing machine, in which a pivotable, tubular cable routing device a cable from one processing station to one pivots in the subsequent processing station.
- Such Cable guides are also used in known coiling devices used with more than one coiling pan.
- U.S. 4669679 describes e.g. such a coiling device with two coiling stations so that during one coil is removed from one station, in the other coiling station a next coil is generated. There, however not the cable duct, but an upstream one Switch adjusted to the cable of the correct coiling pan be forwarded.
- the coiling pans are rotated by motor, so that shooting Cable through the friction on the coiling pan wall taken away and put down to a coil.
- Downtown the coiling pans are fitted with mandrels that prevent that cables are stored in a shape that differs from the circular shape can be.
- the drive of the coiling pans is adjustable, so that every user his "optimal" speed can choose. This is usually something set faster than it necessarily regards the discarding speed or shooting speed the cable into the coiling pans would be required. This for security, to a stall of the cable feed and one Bend the cables out safely.
- the CP1250 is therefore in contrast to others conventional coiling devices that try the Rotation speed of the coiling pans or other winding devices to adapt to the needs, e.g. the cable tension is measured and based on the measurement result the drive accelerates (tension drops) or braked (tension increases).
- the CP1250 uses e.g. a faster Rotation chosen as resulting from the previous processing would result; and with the tension measuring systems by means of Control loop for changes in delivery speed, which are detected by changes in tensile stress, reacted and adjusted the speed.
- the object of the invention is thus a new method or to find a new device that the known Avoids disadvantages and a uniform, accurate Control of two or more cable processing devices, e.g. of accessories on "cut-and-strip" machines allowed, e.g. the draft-free or with a defined train, reproducible laying of a cable to a coil allowed, without other known from the cited prior art Show disadvantages.
- the combination of the features of claim 1 solves this Main task in a corresponding procedure.
- the invention is not restricted to combinations of stripping machines with coiling machines. It relates generally refer to cable processing machines with functions, as specified in the claims. Through the basic independence from cable processing devices from each other and by assigning one each Program control, the invention breaks completely new ground. As The main advantage is that the new programming of the Program control of the stripping machine previously treated as the main unit.
