Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for operating a creel for a winding system according to the top handle of claim 1.
- a method for operating a creel for a winding system according to the top handle of claim 1.
- EP-A 319 477 describes a device for voltage compensation the threads on a creel became known which the thread brakes of the vertical rows of winding units can be loaded to different extents are.
- the control rod is activated by drive motors, which receive control signals from a processor. Measured becomes the actual value of the thread tension of an entire thread assembly using a measuring roller shortly before winding. A consideration of the thread tension of individual threads or individual groups of threads are not possible.
- DE-A 44 18 729 also relates to a device for regulating the thread tension in a creel.
- This facility has one for each bobbin holder directly at the winding point Brake rotor on. Serves as a sensor for the thread tension a tensioning lever which is acted upon by the unwound thread becomes.
- the individual control of the thread tension can thus be achieved through a general setting options of all thread tensioners can be overlaid.
- a disadvantage of this device is that the control loop is limited to the winding unit. This arrangement is not suitable for a creel Overhead trigger.
- the braking is directly on the coil holder also not suitable for all work processes and the different Running length of the threads between the winding unit and the winding machine remains unconsidered.
- DE-U-296 08 169 discloses a winding device for threads of creels, in which a measuring device is arranged to determine thread tension in threads, wherein the central adjustment of the pre-wrapping rods assigned to the winding units is controllable according to the measurement result.
- the measuring device consists of individual pressure measuring bars that support a large number of threads each. This is surveillance the tension in the single thread is also not possible, apart from the fact that the pressure measuring strips each only the can apply the outermost threads of a thread assembly.
- each individual thread brake activated with a drive motor assigned to it. This is with the miniaturized that are offered at low cost today Drives easily possible. So everyone can for the first time individual threads on the creel can be regulated individually.
- Pretensioners are used to ensure trouble-free To ensure that the threads run off.
- the pretensioners on a loop basis such as eyelet pretensioners, Crepe pretensioners, etc. can be used individually or in rails with a Drive motor can be adjusted to ensure optimal thread flow to obtain.
- pretensioner devices can also be used to increase the thread tension before entering the thread brakes, the thread tension also being regulated individually or in groups together with the thread brake. These pretensioners can also be used as the only means for voltage distribution. No additional thread brakes would be required, which is very inexpensive.
- thread brake as used here thus also encompasses all pretensioning devices in the broadest sense.
- the tensile force of the whole combined into a thread band the threads in the area in front of the winding point as the actual tape tension measured and compared with a Tension value and if all thread brakes are found when a deviation is found can be adjusted simultaneously in such a way that the actual strip tension value approximates the target tension.
- This additional regulation of the tape tension is superimposed on the regulation of the thread tension described above, with all voltage changes between the thread tension sensors and the winding point become.
- the invention also relates to a creel for a winding system, that in terms of device through the features in Claim 4 is marked. With such a creel can individually adjust the thread tension on each individual thread Thread tension sensors are measured.
- the thread tension sensor can also be functionally special simple way as thread monitor for thread running or thread break control insert the thread. Falls below or exceeds the thread tension of one or more threads the lower or upper control range, a warning signal is issued or the The winding system can be stopped automatically.
- the functions of the thread tension sensor described can in addition to the use for thread tension control only as Monitoring function in a winding system for the entire thread group be used.
- Stepper motors Be particularly advantageous as a drive motor for the thread brakes (Normal pressure thread brake e.g. disc brake, wrap thread brake, dynamic thread brake, etc.) or the mentioned Preload devices (eyelet pretensioners, crepe pretensioners) Stepper motors used, which have a self-locking Act on the gearbox on the brake fluid.
- the advantage of this Stepper motors is that they only operate during activation, but do not absorb energy in the holding phase. In order to energy consumption can be reduced significantly.
- self-locking drive motor for example with a worm gear or a self-locking spindle drive ensures that a position approached by the stepper motor is held becomes.
- the advantage of the stepper motor is that at any time the position of the thread brakes or the position of the pretensioners are known and can be calibrated.
- Each winding unit can have at least one signal component, in particular a thread monitor for thread run or thread break control of the thread and / or an optical signaling means for identification assigned to the winding units or as a slip-on aid his.
- the thread monitoring can be done according to various known Functional principles take place, e.g. the mechanical Falling pin principle, Hall sensors, optical monitoring means etc.
- a signaling means to facilitate the assembly of a Coil gate has become known, for example, from EP-A-329 614.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 there is a winding system 1, for example a warping system, from a creel 2 and one Winding machine (cone warping, slip, tree, etc.) 3.
- the individual bobbins 4 are at bobbins 7 of the creel put on and the threads 5 pulled together at least pass one thread brake 6 each to maintain a predetermined one Thread tension.
- the example shows a parallel gate with a left gate side LS and with a right gate side RS.
- the same principle can also with any other gate type, e.g. in a V-gate become.
- Fig. 2 shows the two thread groups with the longest run length L1 and the two thread groups with the shortest barrel length L2.
- the thread tension sensors 9 arranged for each individual thread.
- the arrangement of the thread tension sensors at this point is not mandatory. Basically, it would be advantageous to thread tension sensors like this as close as possible to the winding point of the winding machine.
- the thread tension sensors can therefore also be in one area the winding point of the winding machine i.e. between read 10 and warping blade 11 can be arranged to bring the threads together.
- the thread tension sensors can be arranged so close together, that despite the fact that the threads have already been brought together individual thread can be applied. That would even the previous band tension regulation is superfluous because all changes the braking force until just before the winding formation can be measured.
- the threads After leaving the creel, the threads get into the Area of the winding machine 3, where it first has a reading sheet 10 happen in which the threads get their correct order.
- the threads are then fed to the warping blade 11, in which they are brought together to form a thread 12 via a deflection and / or measuring roller 13 onto the roll 15 or to be wound onto the winding tree 14.
- FIG. 3 shows, for example, how one unwound from a coil 4 Thread 5 two pretensioners on a loop basis and runs through a thread brake.
- An eyelet pretensioner 16 and a crepe pretensioner (named after the one with a strong twist Crepe yarns) 17 have the task of to wind the thread-formed claw and as a chicane to act against swirl backflow and thus to avoid the formation of claws. At the same time, they limit the thread balloon, which forms when unwinding from the coil 4.
- the wrapping of the pretensioners 16 and 17 can be adjusted by rail or individually, e.g. by a Rotating or swiveling movement.
- the main braking force is a Disc brake 18 with two arranged one behind the other in the thread running direction Brake actuator units applied.
- the disc brake is housed in a U-shaped, vertical support profile 19, in its U-leg thread guide eyelets for the passage of the thread 5 are arranged.
- crepe pretensioner is individual per thread are adjustable to prevent claw formation at different Avoid types of yarn and thus good drainage behavior to reach the thread.
- Fig. 4 shows further details of such a disc brake.
- each disc brake 18 is directly in the support profile 19 individual drive motor 20 attached. This operates via an adjustment support 22 a pressure element 23, which the brake actuator burdened or relieved.
- Figures 5 and 6 show a schematic representation of winding units with various pretensioners and braking devices.
- the thread 5 initially runs according to FIG. 3 an eyelet pretensioner 16 and then a crepe pretensioner 17 before it is guided through the disk brake 18.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show an alternative embodiment of a winding unit with a wrap brake 39.
- a pretensioner only one eyelet pretensioner 16 is used.
- the wrap thread brake can the twist angle and thus the Degree of wrap can be set. This will make the Friction and thus the thread tension set or regulated.
- the pretensioners according to FIGS. 5 and 6 can be used both by rail and individually by thread be adjusted.
- each vertical row (rail) can have up to 12 Have floors.
- the thread tension is for all vertical Rows (rails) measured on a common measuring plane 38.
- each thread has its own thread tension sensor 9.
- These thread tension sensors can be used to regulate the thread tension, for monitoring the specified thread tension range and used as thread break monitoring.
- the thread runs through between the bobbin and the disc brake Eyelet pretensioner 16 and then a crepe pretensioner 17.
- These pretensioners are each one individual drive motor 20 driven. After the pretensioner device the threads reach a disc brake 18, which also individually provided with a drive motor 20 is.
- On the disc brakes of a rail one can also common drive motor 40 can be activated so that the lower Brake plate to rotate in a manner known per se to make cuts to avoid the threads in the brake actuators. It is also very advantageous if the drive motor 40 for the plate drive is so controllable that it is on vertical rows (Rails) of winding units without threads based on the existence control automatically by the thread tension sensors or the thread monitors can be deactivated.
- each winding unit is still an optical signal element 26 and an acknowledgment switch assigned, which as a coil attachment aid serve, and what the assembly of the creel facilitate.
- the signal element serves the different Coil character or coil types according to the prescribed To attach the repeat without errors. It can also the individual thread tension TARGET values automatically be assigned to the corresponding thread types.
- Each vertical row (rail) is with an electronic node 29, 29 'provided, which via a serial line system Can process 28 different signals.
- Each gate side has its own main processor 30, 30 ', the Activities coordinated via a transmission processor 31 become. This also allows one gate side to be controlled individually.
- the thread tension TARGET values can be per thread, per thread group or can be entered in rails on a display.
- the entered TARGET values are provided by the transmission processor the main processors 30 and 30 'forwarded and there with the ACTUAL values compared.
- the actual values for the thread tension will be from the thread tension sensors on a common measuring level 38 measured and to the measurement collection units 32 and from there forwarded to the main processors 30 and 30 ', respectively.
- These main processors thus take on the function of a comparison device for comparing the actual values with the entered TARGET values.
- thread brakes 39 come to Use individually with an individual drive motor 20 are adjustable. Only serve as pretensioner Eyelet pretensioner 16, which also has individual drive motors 20 are adjustable.
- Fig. 11 it is shown how one for each floor on the gate Entire thread tension sensor battery 34, consisting of the thread tension sensors 9, is arranged.
- the attachment takes place on a common support 33.
- Each sensor has a movable sensor 37, which is between two thread guides 36 is arranged that the thread 5 is deflected.
- the the actual measuring bridge is arranged in a closed housing 35, the individual housings directly next to each other can be attached.
