Claims (11)
- Verpackung (16) aus einem folienförmigen, mehrlagigen Verbundmaterial (22) mit Siegelrändern (17) und geschwächten Zonen (20) als Aufreisshilfe, wobei wenigstens eine Materiallage des Verbundmaterials (22) geschwächte Zonen (20) und wenigstens eine Materiallage des Verbundmaterials (22) keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist, und die geschwächten Zonen (20) an der Verpackung (16) zumindest teilweise im Bereich des Füllraumes (21) liegen,
dadurch gekenzeichnet, dass
die geschwächten Zonen (20) Schnittfolgen oder eine Vielzahl von Einzelschnitten in paralleler Anordnung sind, und die Schnittrichtung der Einzelschnitte oder Schnittfolgen in der vorgesehenen Reissrichtung verlaufen. - Verpackung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschwächten Zonen (20) an der Verpackung (16) auf einer Linie liegen und vorzugsweise auf einer Linie im Bereich einer Randbegrenzung oder Siegelrandbegrenzung liegen.
- Verpackung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschwächten Zonen (20) an der Verpackung (16) im Bereich einer Randbegrenzung oder Siegelrandbegrenzung und/oder im Bereich von durch Siegeln und/oder Falten zwei oder mehrfach übereinanderliegenden Verbundmaterials liegen.
- Verpackung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung (16) längslaufende Randbegrenzungen oder Siegelrandbegrenzungen und querlaufende Randbegrenzungen oder Siegelrandbegrenzungen aufweist und die geschwächten Zonen (20) im Bereich einer querlaufenden Randbegrenzung (17) oder Siegelrandbegrenzung und parallel zu dieser querlaufenden Randbegrenzung (17) oder Siegelrandbegrenzung angeordnet sind.
- Folienförmiges, mehrlagiges Verbundmaterial (22) zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (16) gemäss Anspruch 1, wobei wenigstens eine Materiallage (33) des Verbundmaterials (22) keine geschwächte Zonen und wenigstens eine Materiallage (34) des Verbundmaterials (22) geschwächten Zonen (20) aufweist,
dadurch gekenzeichnet, dass
die geschwächten Zonen (20) Schnittfolgen oder eine Vielzahl von Einzelschnitten in paralleler Anordnung sind, und die Schnittrichtung der Einzelschnitte oder Schnittfolgen in der vorgesehenen Reissrichtung verlaufen. - Folienförmiges, mehrlagiges Verbundmaterial (22) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geschwächten Zonen (20) an der aus dem Verbundmaterial (22) hergestellten Verpackung (16) im Bereich der Siegelränder und/oder im Bereich von durch Siegeln oder Falten zwei oder mehrfach übereinanderliegenden Verbundmaterials (22) liegen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (16) mit Siegelrändern (17) und geschwächten Zonen als Aufreisshilfe aus einem folienförmigen, mehrlagigen Verbundmaterial gemäss Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die geschwächten Zonen (20) Schnittfolgen oder eine Vielzahl von Einzelschnitten in paralleler Anordnung sind und die Schnittrichtung der Einzelschnitte oder Schnittfolgen in der vorgesehenen Reissrichtung laufen und wenigstens eine Materiallage des Verbundmaterials geschwächte Zonen (20) aufweist und wenigstens eine Materiallage des Verbundmaterials keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist und die geschwächten Zonen (20) an der Verpackung (16) zumindest teilweise im Bereich des Füllraumes (21) liegen und zur Erzeugung des folienförmigen Verbundmaterials wenigstens eine erste Materiallage bedruckt und zur Erzielung geschwächter Zonen (20) an der ersten Materiallage Schwächungen angebracht werden und die Schwächungen im Register und synchron mit der Bedruckung an der ersten Materiallage angebracht werden, so dass die genaue Ausrichtung der Schwächung gleichzeitig mit der genauen Ausrichtung der Bedruckung auf dem Verpackungsmaterial erfolgt, und an der ersten Materiallage wenigstens eine zweite Materiallage, die keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist, angebracht wird, und das entstandene Verbundmaterial zu Verpackungen verarbeitet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (16) mit einer Aufreisshilfe und mit Siegelrändern (17) aus einem folienförmigen Verbundmaterial (22) gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung des folienförmigen Verbundmaterials (22) wenigstens eine erste Materiallage (32) bedruckt und zur Erzielung geschwächter Zonen (20) vor dem Druckfarbenauftrag (34), zwischen zwei Druckfarbenaufträgen oder nach dem Druckfarbenauftrag (34) an der ersten Materiallage (32) die Schwächungen (20) angebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (16) mit einer Aufreisshilfe und mit Siegelrändern (17) aus einem folienförmigen Verbundmaterial (22) gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine erste Materiallage (32) enthaltend geschwächte Zonen (20), mit wenigstens einer zweiten Materiallage (30, 36), die keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist, durch gegenseitiges Verkleben zum Verbundmaterial (22) verbunden wird oder dass auf wenigstens eine erste Materiallage (32) die zweite Materiallage (33), die keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist, durch Extrusionsbeschichtung aufgetragen wird oder dass die zweite Materiallage, die keine geschwächten Zonen aufweist, als Lackierung oder Lackschicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung (16) mit einer Aufreisshilfe und mit Siegelrändern aus einem folienförmigen Verbundmaterial (22) gemäss Anspruch 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung des folienförmigen Verbundmaterials (22) wenigstens in eine erste Materiallage (32) zur Erzielung geschwächter Zonen (20) mechanisch, vorzugsweise durch Messer, Stanzmesser oder durch energiereiche Strahlungen, vorzugsweise Laserstrahlen oder Elektronenstrahlen, Schnitte erzeugt werden.
- Verwendung der Verpackungen (16) mit einer Aufreisshilfe und mit Siegelrändern (17) aus einem folienförmigen Verbundmaterial (22) nach Anspruch 1 zur Aufnahme von flüssigen, pastösen, pulverigen, granulierten oder festen Füllgütern.
