Description
Claims (12)
- Mit filmbildenden Massen beschichtete Beutel aus flexiblem Verpackungsmaterial mit einer Aufreisszone,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dass die Aufreisszone eine Schwächung (18) in Form einer Durchtrennung, einer Perforation oder einer Kerbung im Verpackungsmaterial (10) ist und der Bereich der Schwächung (18) mit wenigstens einer filmbildenden Masse (23, 24, 25) überschichtet ist und nach dem Verpackungsvorgang ein Inhalt (26) durch den Beutel (16) geschützt ist und zur Entnahme des Inhaltes (26) des Beutels (16) eine Zieh- oder Knickbewegung die überschichtete filmbildende Masse (23, 24, 25) aufbricht und an der Durchtrennung der Beutel (16) den Inhalt (26) freigibt oder die überschichtete filmbildende Masse (23, 24, 25) aufbricht und die Perforation oder die Kerbung aufreisst und der Beutel (16) den Inhalt freigibt. - Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die filmbildende Masse (23, 24, 25) oder die filmbildende Massen (23, 24, 25) im Bereich der Schwächung (18) dicker ist, als im übrigen Bereich des Beutels (16).
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die filmbildende Masse (23, 24, 25) oder die filmbildenden Massen (23, 24, 25) im Bereich der Schwächung (18) in Mengen von 2 bis 8 g/m2, zweckmässig 3 bis 6 g/m2 und vorteilhaft 3,5 bis 5 g/m2 aufgebracht ist.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächung (18) in form einer Perforation oder einen sich über einen ganzen Umfang oder einen Teilbereich des Umfanges des Beutels (16) erstreckt.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächung (18) über dem Beutelinhalt (26) in einem Randbereich angebracht ist.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsmaterial wenigstens eine filmbildende Masse (23, 24, 25) in Form einer Bedruckung mittels Lackfarben, vorzugsweise am Beutel (16) gegen die Aussenseite gerichtet, enthält.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verpackungsmaterial wenigstens eine Siegelschicht (22), vorzugsweise eine gegen die Beutelinnenseite gerichtete Siegelschicht (22) enthält.
- Beutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel (16) endständig Quernahtsiegelungen (17) aufweist oder dass der Beutel (10) eine Längsnahtsiegelung (19) und endständig Quemahtsiegelungen (17) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an dem flexiblen Verpackungsmaterial (10) eine Schwächung (18) angebracht wird und die Schwächung (18) mittels wenigstens einer filmbildenden Masse (23, 24, 25) überschichtet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am flexiblen Verpackungsmaterial (10) in einer Druckmaschine die Schwächung (18) angebracht und die Schwächung (18) durch Bedrucken mittels wenigstens einer Drucklackschicht (23, 24, 25) in der Druckmaschine überschichtet wird.
- Verwendung des Beutels nach Anspruch 1 zur Verpackung von Nahrungsmitteln in pulveriger bis fester Konsistenz.
- Verwendung des Beutels nach Anspruch 11 zur Verpackung von Riegeln aus Schokolade, stärkehaltigen Nahrungsmitteln, fetthaltigen Nahrungsmitteln oder Gemischen von Schokolade mit stärke- und/oder fetthaltigen Nahrungsmitteln.
