Claims (5)
- Türblatt aus Stahlblech bestehend aus einer kastenförmigen Halbschale (1) und einem Deckel (2), wobei mindestens drei Umfangsflächen (6) der Halbschale (1) nach außen abgewinkelte Randstreifen (3) aufweisen und wobei der Deckel (2) auf den Randstreifen (3) der Halbschale (1) aufliegt, mit den Randstreifen (3) verbunden ist und U-förmig abgewinkelte Randabschnitte aufweist, welche die Randstreifen (3) der Halbschale (1) umgreifen und einen als Hohlkörper ausgebildeten Türfalz (5) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Umfangsflächen (6) der Halbschale (1) ein Absatz (7) angeformt ist, an dem das Schenkelende der U-förmig zu einem Türfalz (5) umgebogenen Randabschnitte des Deckels (2) aufliegt.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgewinkelten Randstreifen (3) der Halbschale (1) mit dem Deckel (2) durch Punktschweißen verbunden sind.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Umfangsflächen (6) der Halbschale (1) angeformten Randstreifen (3) als ebene Streifen ausgebildet sind.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Umfangsflächen (6) der Halbschale (1) angeformten Randstreifen (3) eine ebene Auflagefläche und einen nach innen in den Hohlraum des Türfalzes (5) umgebogenen Rand (9) aufweisen.
- Türblatt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Umfangsflächen (6) der Halbschale (1) angeformten Randstreifen (3) ein L-förmiges Profil aufweisen.
