Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von (Zigaretten-)Packungen des Typs Klappschachtel, bei der ein Zuschnitt (10) durch ein Einschuborgan - Stempel (32) mit Stempelplatte (33) - in einen Faltrevolver (28) einführbar ist, wobei der Zuschnitt (10) aufgrund Relativbewegung durch feststehende Faltorgane teilweise faltbar ist, derart, dass Bereiche bzw. Faltlappen des Zuschnitts in eine quergerichtete Position faltbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegbare Faltorgan bzw. die Stempelplatte (33) an der von dem Zuschnitt (10) abliegenden (oberen) Seite Stützorgane aufweist zur innenseitigen Abstützung von Faltlappen des Zuschnitts (10) beim Aufrichten bzw. in der aufgerichteten Position.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich von Ecken der Stempelplatte (33) Eckstützen (45, 46) angeordnet sind zum Abstützen von aufgerichteten Boden-Ecklappen (26) und angrenzenden Bereichen aufgerichteter Seitenlappen (19).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eckstützen (45, 46) unter einem Rechten Winkel zueinander gerichtete, nach außen weisende Stützflächen (47, 48) aufweisen, an denen insbesondere die Boden-Ecklappen (26) einerseits und die Seitenlappen (19) andererseits anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass randseitig an bzw. auf der Stempelplatte (33) stegförmige Stützorgane angeordnet sind, insbesondere Faltstege (49, 50) im Bereich von schräggestellten, aufgerichteten Deckel-Ecklappen (27) und angrenzenden Zuschnittteilen, nämlich Deckel-Seitenlappen (23).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltstege (49, 50) aus zwei unter einem stumpfen Winkel zueinander angeordneten Stegschenkeln (51, 52) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Herstellen von Klappschachteln mit Rundkanten (11, 12) dem Zuschnitt (10) zugekehrte (untere) Längsränder (43, 44) der Stempelplatte (33) entsprechend der Form der Rundkanten (11, 12) abgerundet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stempelplatte (33) im Bereich von am Zuschnitt (10) angebrachten Leimstellen Ausnehmungen oder Vertiefungen aufweist, insbesondere Vertiefungen (53) an der dem Zuschnitt (10) zugekehrten (unteren) Seite und/ oder Einformungen (54, 55) im Bereich der Längsränder (43, 44).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stempelplatte (33) im Bereich eines einer Deckel-Vorderwand (20) des Zuschnitts (10) zugekehrten Bereichs als Kopf (56) mit geringerer Breite ausgebildet ist, derart, dass bei der Fertigung von Klappschachteln mit Rundkanten (11, 12) der Kopf (56) außerhalb des Bereichs der Rundkanten (11, 12) positioniert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stempelplatte (33) im Bereich einer Stirnwand (24) des Zuschnitts (10) und einer angrenzenden Deckel-Rückwand (21) Verbreiterungen (57) aufweist, die in Vertiefungen (40) seitlicher Faltwände (36, 37) ragen.
