Claims (8)
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Bogenanleger, einem Bogenausleger und einer Mehrzahl von zwischen dem Bogenanleger und dem Bogenausleger angeordneten, in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau einander gleichenden Basismodulen, die einen Bogenführungszylinder und eine Bogenfördereinrichtung aufweisen und die mit einem Druckwerk, einem Lackwerk oder einem Trocknerwerk ausrüstbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem in Bogenförderrichtung letzten Basismodul (5) und dem Bogenausleger (3) ein Multifunktionsmodul (6, 11) mit einer Bogenfördereinrichtung (7) und einem Bogenführungszylinder (8) angeordnet ist, das für den Anbau mehrerer unterschiedlicher Zusatzeinrichtungen vorbereitet ist.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Multifunktionsmodul (6, 11) für den Anbau eines Trockners (10), einer Pudereinrichtung (16), eines Inline-Registers, einer Absaugeinrichtung, einer Meßeinrichtung (22) zur Erfassung der Druckqualität, einer Einrichtung (30) zum Perforieren, Stanzen oder Schneiden, einer Numeriereinrichtung (14), einer Prägeeinrichtung, einer Inkjet- oder Lasermarkierung, einer Makulaturkennzeichnung oder einer Folienaufbringung ausgerüstet ist.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenfördereinrichtung (7) des Multifunktionsmoduls (6, 11) eine Bogenfördertrommel ist.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenfördereinrichtung (7) des Multifunktionsmoduls (11) ein Umlenkelement (26), z.B. ein Kettenrad, eines Kettenfördersystems (23) ist, das in einem dem Multifunktionsmodul (11) vorausgehenden Zwischenmodul (28) angeordnet ist.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Zwischenmodul (28) Trocknungsvorrichtungen (29) angeordnet sind.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Multifunktionsmodul (11) eine seitlich ein- und ausfahrbare Hilfsstapelauslage (17) aufweist, die als Makulaturauslage oder Zwischenauslage genutzt werden kann.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bogenauslage an der Hilfsstapelauslage (17) durch Steuerung des Öffnungszeitpunkts des Greifersystems (18) des Bogenführungszylinders (8) erfolgt.
- Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hilfsstapelauslage (17) durch die Meßeinrichtung (22) zur Erfassung der Druckqualität ansteuerbar ist.
