Claims (5)
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät, das zumindest eine Schlagbewegung abgibt, mit einer Leerschlagabschaltung für ein pneumatisches Schlagwerk (1) mit einem axial fixierten Führungsrohr (2), innerhalb dessen ein axial beweglicher Erregerkolben (3) über eine Gasfeder (4) einen Schlag auf einen axial beweglichen Flugkolben (5) ausführt, wobei zur Leerschlagabschaltung zu der Gasfeder (4) führende Ventilöffnungen (10) des axial fixierten Führungsrohres (2) von einer über eine Rückstelldruckfeder (7) vorgespannten, axial verschiebbaren Steuerhülse (11) freilegbar sind, und einem im Inneren einer Werkzeugaufnahme (6) anschlagenden Döpper (9), wobei zumindest in einem axialen Teilbereich die Werkzeugaufnahme (6) das Führungsrohr (2) zumindest teilweise radial aussen umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeugaufnahme (6) axial begrenzt beweglich gelagert ist und dass die axial verschiebbare Steuerhülse (11) der Werkzeugaufnahme (6) angrenzend benachbart ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial verschiebbare Steuerhülse (11) mit der Werkzeugaufnahme (6) starr verbunden ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axialer Leerweg (12) des Döppers (9) relativ zur Werkzeugaufnahme (6) eine Länge von etwa 1/3 des Werkzeugaufnahme-Leerwegs aufweist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erreichung des Arbeitspunktes mit geringem Kraftaufwand die Rückstelldruckfeder (7) nur zur Kompensation des Gewichts der Werkzeugaufnahme (6) zuzüglich einer optional vorhandenen Steuerhülse (11) ausgelegt ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest ein Werkzeugaufnahme-Mitnehmersteg über einen durch den verringerten Leerweg (12) zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehenden axialen Freibereich erstrecken.
