Claims (18)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une lampe (1) à décharge comprenant une enceinte (2) de décharge emplie d'un fluide de décharge et une électrode (6) s'étendant dans l'enceinte (2) de décharge, à distance des parois (3) de l'enceinte, dans lequel on met sur l'enceinte (2) de décharge, lors de sa fabrication, un queusot par lequel on fait le vide dans l'enceinte (2) de décharge et/ou on l'emplit d'un fluide de décharge, queusot que l'on ferme ensuite de manière étanche, caractérisé en ce que l'on met dans l'enceinte (2) de décharge un support (10, 14 à 18) en matériau non conducteur, qui immobilise l'électrode (6) en une position prescrite dans l'enceinte (2) de décharge et on constitue et on utilise ce support (10, 14 à 18) ou une partie de ce support (10, 14 à 18) comme queusot ou comme partie d'un queusot.

- Procédé suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme entretoise (15) un disque (15) de maintien, qui est disposé transversalement à la direction de l'étendue principale de l'électrode (10), qui s'étend entre les parois (3) de l'enceinte et par lequel l'électrode (6) et l'élément (9, 10) d'appui s'étendent sur une position prescrite.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose sur le support l'électrode sous la forme d'un revêtement conducteur structuré.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on met l'électrode au moins en partie à l'intérieur d'au moins une partie du support.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on met l'électrode au moins en partie à l'intérieur d'un tube d'appui.
