Definitions
- the invention relates to a light band system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a such a light band system is known from EP 0 624 754 A1.
- Wires and coupling parts can be mounted in the known light band system is not specified in the publication.
- track lights In particularly large rooms such as Halls or long corridors, it is usual, so-called track lights or to illuminate the respective room
- Light strips to lay consisting of a variety of each in a row consecutively arranged lights or light bars can exist on respective carrier, e.g. a ceiling or a wall of the room, directly or by means of a mounting rail can be mounted.
- DE 196 15 597 A1 describes a device of the type specified at the outset for Contacting the conductor wires of a through-wiring with the conductor wires of electrical connection lines of the lights of a track light described.
- This Previously known light strip has one of a mounting rail and a cover rail existing in particular rectangular longitudinal channel through which the wires the through wiring.
- the mounting rail and the cover rail are releasably connected to one another by a quick-connect connection.
- a socket is arranged and by suitable means, e.g. a Quick connection, connected to the bottom wall of the mounting rail.
- the Socket consists of a base part and the wires in slots a cover part arranged facing the cover rail, the socket holes has, in which contact elements connected to the wires are arranged.
- the Socket forms a first connector part assigned to the mounting rail, the is contactable with a second connector part with contact elements, which on the cover rail is attached and its contact elements with the Lamp wiring are connected.
- the lamp is in this known embodiment as known per se held in jacks, which from the cover rail to the outside protrude. With this known light band, it is possible to change the wiring from the open side of the mounting rail.
- the invention has for its object a light band system of the type specified in such a way that a simple and in particular quick installation of the wires or through-wiring as well as the associated Coupling parts in the spatial, limited cavity of the mounting rail is guaranteed.
- the assembly of the wires with the at least one prefabricated arranged thereon Coupling part takes place in that the wires lengthways into the cavity of the mounting rail be moved into it. This can be done by pulling or pushing the wire unit. The latter is possible due to the stiffness of the wires.
- the wires can be one certain length adapted to the length of a light band section or they can be deducted from a longer stock, e.g. from a roll unrolled.
- the longitudinal distance of the coupling parts connected to the wires is due to the longitudinal spacing of the recesses in the top wall of the mounting rail or determined by the length of the associated lights of the light strip.
- the coupling parts are preferably each designed as a slide or in one Slide arranged longitudinally through the mounting rail in a longitudinal position is displaceable, in which the coupling parts with the associated recesses or associated counter coupling parts of the lights match. It can by a guide determines the position of these connector parts in the transverse direction become. In the longitudinal direction, the position can be determined by a certain length of movement be determined based on the known position of the at least one Recess is predetermined. It is also possible to measure this length of movement by one Limit the stop, e.g. through the recess into which. rail can be inserted and by stop the movement of one or each coupling part limited.
- the lights of the The light strip can be mounted on the mounting rail by attaching it to the side the lights arranged plugs as mating coupling parts with the coupling parts be connected by plugging together.
- the coupling parts and the Counter coupling parts are preferably plug connection parts. In this Connection position is through-wiring with the coupling parts through the Counter coupling parts locked.
- the light strip designated by 1 in FIG. 1 Of the light strip designated by 1 in FIG. 1, only a longitudinal section of the associated light band system shown, consisting of several in a row there are light strip sections 2 or modules arranged one behind the other, whose length L is preferably the same, but can be fundamentally different, so e.g. due to a transportable length of e.g. about 4m to 6m.
- the indicated butt joints of the light band sections 2 are designated by 1a. Since the Light band sections 2 are identical, is only one in the following Light band section 2 described.
