Definitions

  • the invention first relates to a filter bag according to the features of the upper grip of claim 1.
  • Such filter bags for vacuum cleaners are known in various embodiments. These are arranged in the vacuum cleaner, that during operation of the vacuum cleaner, the dust is held by the action of the flow in the filter bag such that the dust is pressed by the flow to the air-permeable walls of the dust bag connected to the holding plate.
  • a suitable closure - operational closure - of the filter bag must ensure that no dust can escape from it.
  • many filter bags also have a so-called sanitary closure, which prevents the dust at the outlet and disposal of the filter bag at the outlet.
  • Operating or hygiene closures for filter bags are known in numerous embodiments.
  • an additional flap for the retention of the dust when the device is switched off.
  • a flap can be known to be carried out so that it is pressed by the flow during operation of the device and thus releases the opening to the filter bag.
  • the flap closes the opening by its weight and is possibly supported by the action of a spring to form a non-return valve, as for example from the German patent application 155 03 726 and the DE-OS 1 628 582 is known.
  • Hygienic closures on the other hand, often consist of slides, rotary valves or flaps in various designs, which must be manually operated by the user before removing the vacuum cleaner tank.
  • Closures are also known consisting of two or more superimposed layers of slotted elastomeric films, which are arranged so that the opening of the filter bag closes when pulling out a usually in this projecting nozzle.
  • the operational closure and the sanitary closure in the known solutions consist of two separate mechanisms, such as a non-return flap as a service closure and a slide as a sanitary closure.
  • a secure closure of the filter bag is ensured only in a specific position of the vacuum cleaner. Once the vacuum cleaner is brought out of this position, dust may leak out of the filter bag and clog other upstream or downstream elements that are not designed to hold larger amounts of dust.
  • a dust filter bag is known in which the closure part is movable against the force of a spring in the open position by the insertable inlet nozzle of a vacuum cleaner.
  • the invention sets in terms of the filter bag the task of specifying a filter bag with improved closure.
  • a closure system for a filter bag is specified, which unites the operating closure and the hygiene closure.
  • the closure part working as an operating closure, must have a high sealing effect. This means that the closure member must be pressed with a corresponding force in the sealing seat.
  • the opening of the closure member by the suction flow normally causes a pressure loss associated with a decrease in the suction power of the vacuum cleaner.
  • the closure part has a special spring characteristic. According to the invention, the closure part is pressed into the sealing seat with a force which is sufficiently high for the sealing effect.
  • the closure part opens or closes the filter bag depending on the operating state of the vacuum cleaner, on the other hand, the filter bag is hygienically closed during removal. In the course of the opening movement of the closure part, a drop in the return force occurs. As a result, to open the closure part only at the beginning of the opening process, an increased force, combined with a short-term increased pressure loss needed, which force falls sharply when exceeding a predetermined opening path, preferably almost abruptly.
  • the flow loss is significantly reduced in the course of the further opening movement, which is further advantageous due to the decreasing depending on the degree of opening of the closure part pressure.
  • the selected Ruschegakraft characteristic is the fact that when the filter bag is closed, an increased pressure and with increasing opening of which a reduced pressure is applied, implemented in an advantageous manner by the restoring force is adapted to the respective existing pressure ratios in size. For example, it is provided that a drop in the return force occurs at about 5 to 15% of the covered opening travel. Accordingly, the maximum return force of the closure member is used only for pressing the same into the sealing seat. When the maximum return closing force point is exceeded in the course of the opening movement, the return closing force drops continuously to a minimum, which corresponds for example to 1/6 to 1/3 of the maximum force.
  • the return-closing force runs through a minimum during the opening movement. Consequently, the return force increases again after passing through a minimum value, this with a passage of the minimum at about 1/2 opening stroke of the closure part.
  • the increase in the return force after passing through a minimum value is much slower against the drop of the same after reaching the maximum value, so that when the maximum opening position of the closure part a return force is present, which corresponds to about 0.3 to 0.5 times the maximum force.
  • the closure member cooperates with a snap spring.
  • the closure part is provided with an additional spring element, which is formed for example from a profiled metal or steel sheet.
  • the snap spring is designed as a, a spherical bulge exhibiting spring band.
  • a spring band can be curved perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the plane of the profile, whereby the bending force initially increases. This increase takes place up to a certain point, which depends on the dimensions of the sheet-metal strip, its modulus of elasticity and the type of profiling, and subsequently bends in the bending axis, as a result of which the bending force drops markedly.
  • the closure part is a closure flap.
  • the advantage of the profiled-crowned-sheet metal strip can be seen in the fact that the reduction of the bending force can be realized even with a very small opening angle of the closure flap, so preferably in an opening angle range of 5 to 15 °.
  • the ratio between a desired high sealing force and the lowest possible opening force with the aid of the spherically curved spring band according to the invention is realized in a simple manner.
  • the spring also forms the closure flap.
  • the spring and closure flap can be formed materially, wherein, alternatively, an embodiment may be selected in which the closure flap is formed as a spherically curved elastomeric member.
  • a shell-shaped bulge of the elastomeric part is preferred, by which curved shape a high rigidity is achieved in the edge region.
  • a slightly preloaded mounting position of the elastomer part is preferred.
  • the spherically curved design offers a high inherent rigidity of both the spring and the closure flap forming elastomer part.
  • the wall thickness of the elastomer part is further dimensioned in the bending area so that a secure return over the attack point is possible.
  • the regions far away from the fulcrum can be provided with a relatively thin wall thickness for reducing the mass. Due to the pronounced shape of the elastomer part similar to a shell, a so-called crack-frog effect arises when a certain pressure is reached, as is the case with the already prescribed configuration with a spherically curved spring band. Upon reaching a sufficient force on the flap, the flap folds over, whereupon the air resistance decreases. After switching off the suction fan, the shutter automatically returns to the starting position for sealing closure of the passage opening.
  • the closure flap is arranged on the inside of the holding plate.
  • the invention further relates to a vacuum cleaner according to the features of the preamble of claim 9.
  • the invention has the object to provide a vacuum cleaner, with an improved interaction with the filter bag closure.
  • closure part of the filter bag is mechanically coupled to control elements of the vacuum cleaner, so for example.
  • control elements of the vacuum cleaner With a power controller.
  • the actuation of the closure member can also be done by means of electromechanically or pneumatically driven auxiliary devices.
  • existing energy sources such as electromagnetism, rotation, heat, moving masses or pressure potentials can be used for the operation of the closure member in the device. It is preferred in this case that the control part is acted upon pneumatically. For this purpose, the pressure potential existing in the vacuum cleaner is used.
  • control part can be acted upon by a bellows, whereby the existing pressure potential can be converted by means of a piston and the bellows in a pushing force or torque and a slider or a flap can be actuated over this.
  • the forces or moments are large enough, for example, to open a flap, which latter to support the opening and closing pivoting a scrubschwhokraft Characteristics of the type mentioned.
  • a closure flap is thus kept open by the force created from the already arising pressure potential, so that the flow suffers no pressure loss, which otherwise results from the flow of the flap.
  • closure part when the closure part is designed as a closure flap, the positioning part near a pivot axis of the closure flap acts on it.
  • closure flap may be provided on the surface facing the actuating part with a, a first approach path of the control part shortening survey.
  • a filter bag 1 for a vacuum cleaner Shown and described is first with reference to Fig. 1 a filter bag 1 for a vacuum cleaner, not shown, with a holding plate 2 and one connected to the support plate 2, for example.
  • a circular cross-section through opening 4 is provided for loading the dust bag 3 during operation of the vacuum cleaner.
  • Upper side i. On the surface facing away from the dust bag 3, one, the passage opening 4 enclosing axial seal 5 is arranged, so for example. Glued to the support plate 2.
  • closure member 6 which closure member is formed in the illustrated embodiments as a flap 7.
  • closure parts 6 in the form of sliders or rotary valves conceivable.
  • the closure flap 7 is arranged on the inside of the holding plate 2 such that it rests sealingly against an annular boundary zone of the passage opening 4 on the underside.
  • the closure flap 7, whose diameter is chosen slightly larger than the passage opening diameter, cut free, with a hinge zone 11 of the flap 7 is achieved by a wedge-shaped compression of the sheet material.
  • the lowermost layer 10 in which the dust bag 3 is fastened on the underside, for example, is adhesively bonded, has an opening 12 which is aligned coaxially with the passage opening 4 of the first layer 8 and whose diameter corresponds at least to the closure flap diameter.
  • a spring acting in the closed position which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a, in cross-section a spherical bulge exhibiting spring band 13, said bulge down, i. is directed repellent of the flap 7.
  • a snap spring 14 is formed, wherein the spring band 13 is cut from a profiled - cambered - metal or steel sheet.
  • the snap spring 14 is arranged on the underside of the closure flap 7 and is tied between the middle layer 9 and the lower layer 10 beyond the hinge zone 11 of the closure flap 7, with a free extension which extends at least to the center of the flap 7.
  • the snap spring 14 Due to the structural design of the snap spring 14 an advantageous spring characteristic is given the same.
  • the latter is in the diagram in Fig. 7 exemplified. It can be seen that the bending force N, starting from an O-degree position, ie an extended position according to Fig. 2 , in which the closure flap 7 is held in the closed position, initially rises sharply, this example. Up to 3 Newton.
  • the pop spring 14 kinks in the course of a bend almost abruptly, after which the bending force N drops significantly. So a maximum bending force N_max. reached at a bending angle W of about 7 to 12 °.
  • the bending force N which at the same time represents the return closing force of the closure flap 7, initially drops continuously in the course of the further bending, until a minimum Nmin is reached, which in the illustrated exemplary embodiment at a bending angle of approx reached to 50 °.
  • This minimum bending force N_min is, for example, 0.5 to 0.8 Newton.
  • the bending force N After passing through this minimum N_min further bending of the snap spring 14, the bending force N again slightly increases, for example, until reaching a bending force N_end of about 1.5 to 1.8 Newtons at a bending angle W of about 90 °.
  • the advantage of the so-profiled pop spring is that the reduction of the bending force N already at very small angles - preferably less than 10 ° - is realized. As a result, a desired high loading force on the closure flap 7 in the sealing position, that is given in the closed position. Due to the drop in the bending force N after passing through the maximum point N_max a much lower opening force is required for the further bending of the snap spring 14.
  • This spring characteristic of the pop spring 14 is used to form the closure flap 7 as a combined hygiene and service closure. Such a combination requires a high sealing force in the closed position according to Fig. 2 , For opening the closure flap 7, ie for pivoting the same into the open position, the return-closing force should decrease.
  • the displacement of the flap 7 is effected by an externally acting on this force, which is indicated in the illustrations by the arrow P.
  • This force P can be done by suitable devices in the vacuum cleaner.
  • the flap 7 may be mechanically coupled to controls of the vacuum cleaner, so for example. With the power controller.
  • the actuation of the flap can by means of electromechanical or pneumatically driven auxiliary devices respectively.
  • existing energy sources such as electromagnetism, rotation, heat, moving mass or pressure potentials can be used for the operation of the flap.
  • Fig. 2 the closure position of the flap 7 is shown as it exists with the vacuum cleaner off.
  • the high restoring force of the pop spring 14 urges the closure flap 7 in the sealing seat, whereby the particles collected in the dust bag 3 are securely caught.
  • the closure flap 7 in this case forms a combination of hygiene and operating closure. It can neither emerge from the filter bag 1 by vibrations from the filter bag 1 neither in the filter bag inserted into the vacuum cleaner filter bag 1, nor can these be expressed, for example, by pressurizing the filled dust bag 3 when the filter bag 1 is changed.
  • FIGS. 8 to 10 An alternative solution to the formation of a combined hygienic and operational closure is in the FIGS. 8 to 10 shown.
  • the snap spring 14 is at the same time the closure flap 7, to which the closure flap 7 is formed as a cross-sectionally spherically curved elastomer part.
  • the elastomer flap 7 is similar to the flap 7 of the above-described embodiment, cut from a middle, here elastomeric layer and has a conch-like shape, this downward, pointing into the dust bag interior curvature.
  • This elastomeric closure flap 7 has a comparable spring characteristic to the previously described spring band 13, so a high remindschwhokraft in a relatively small angular range near the closed position and an almost suddenly decreasing pollschwhokraft when a maximum and concomitant folding in the region of the bending zone 15th
  • FIGS. 11 to 16 show two alternative embodiments for the automatic actuation of a filter bag closure, preferably a closure flap 7 according to one of the previously described embodiments.
  • the existing in the vacuum cleaner pressure potential for example. Used on the pressure side of the blower 16, which is converted by means of a bellows 17 and a piston 18 in a pushing force or torque.
  • an actuator 25 forming plunger 19 is arranged, which acts on the closure flap 7 preferably perpendicular to its plane extent from above near the pivot axis formed in the hinge zone 11.
  • the height of the available pressure potential and the size of the piston surface and the necessary for the operation way are such that the force applied via the plunger 19 on the flap 7 force is large enough to open, with the opening of the flap 7 on is preferably supported by a spring characteristic of the same or an associated spring according to the previously described embodiments.
  • the flap 7 is kept open by the force created from the resulting pressure potential, so that the flow suffers no pressure loss (see. Fig. 13 ).
  • the force required for opening works against the spring force of the closure flap 7, which leads to a sufficient sealing effect after switching off the device, ie the elimination of the pressure potential.
  • the arrangement is here, as in Fig. 12 to recognize, so selected that the bellows 17 is laterally offset to be attached to the holding plate 2 suction nozzle 20 is arranged and the cooperating with the bellows 17 plunger 19 via a rigid cross-connection 21 within the suction nozzle 20 is arranged.
  • the penetration zone in the region of the suction nozzle 20 is sealed in this case.
  • FIG. 14 An alternative embodiment is in the characters 14 to 16 shown, in which the pressure potential is converted into a torque.
  • the piston 18 of the bellows 17 moves a parallel to the support plate 2 aligned plunger 22, at its free end, a pivoting about a rotation axis 23, an actuating element 25 forming opening lever 24 is articulated.
  • the opening lever 24 extends on the side facing away from the plunger 22 of the pivot axis 23 in parallel above the closure flap. 7
  • This pneumatic loading of a closure member 6 is also applicable to a sliding closure, in which case the existing pressure potential is converted by means of the piston and the bellows in a sliding force. Also, this opening movement takes place against a spring force of this slider-closure member, which spring force when switching off the device, the closure member automatically relocated to the closed position.
