Definitions
- the invention relates to a press arrangement with at least one of two Press nip formed press nip for dewatering a paper, cardboard, tissue or other fibrous web, through which one on each side next to the fibrous web Drainage belt for taking the squeezed water is carried out, whereby the fibrous web after the press nip in a common guide section of two drainage belts is led below the fibrous web running lower drainage belt together with the fibrous web at the end the guide path wraps around a preferably vacuumed separation roller, the Upper drainage belt located above the fibrous web in the area of the Separating roller guided in a separating distance from the fibrous web and the The fibrous web is then taken over by an acceptance belt.
- the object of the invention is therefore to guide the fibrous web especially after the separation distance d. H. the routing of the upper one To improve the drainage belt.
- the object was achieved in that the Subsequent looping of the separating roller through the lower one Drainage belt and the fibrous web with a wrap angle of at least 30 °.
- This relatively large wrap angle leads to one rapidly widening gusset between fibrous web and upper Drainage belt, which is the inflow of air without the risk of web flutter enables.
- the wrap angle is advantageously at least 45 °, preferably even at least 60 °.
- a vacuumed separating roller is reinforced by the one acting on the fibrous web Negative pressure in the entire wrapped area, the adhesion of the fibrous web on lower, air-permeable drainage belt. So that the liability of Sufficiently increase the fibrous web on the lower drainage belt and can reduce enough compared to the upper drainage band the residence time of the fibrous web in the separation zone is greater than 1 ms, preferably be greater than 15 ms. This then allows the upper one to be routed away Drainage tape without the risk of plucking the fibrous web.
- the upper drainage band should follow the separation path to a guide roller deflecting this drainage belt be performed, it being advantageous if the unsupported course of the Drainage belt between separating roller and guide roller as short as possible and between 20 and 200 mm, preferably between 20 and 80 mm long. in the The result is a reduction in the guidance of the fibrous web lower drainage band interferes with air flow in the gusset.
- the position of the guide roller of the upper drainage belt should be changeable and above a wrap angle of the upper one Drainage belt with respect to the separating roller of the lower drainage belt be adjustable between 0 and 5 °.
- the angle between the at the press nip should subsequent common guiding route (sandwich guiding) and that of the Press plane formed press plane preferably variable in the range of ⁇ 5 ° his. If the sandwich guide increases, this is with a more intensive one Drainage downwards and thus a stronger compression of the bottom of the Fiber web connected. A sloping sandwich guide, on the other hand, leads to one more intensive drainage upwards and thus to a stronger compression of the Top. This provides an effective means of influencing the bilateral nature of the Fibrous web in particular with regard to surface strength, oil absorption and Printability.
- the aim of the invention is to provide long, straight sandwich guides of drainage tape and to avoid fibrous web.
- the lower band can also be used as a plastic band largely closed, dense surface.
- a normal guide roller is used instead of the vacuumed separation roller.
- a relatively smooth surface ensures the adhesion of the fibrous web on lower band.
- the Fibrous web together with the lower dewatering belt from the separating roller to a spaced-apart from the air-permeable removal belt looped and vacuumed take-off roller runs where the fibrous web from Acceptance tape is taken over.
- the clear distance between the Separating roller and the take-off roller as small as possible d. H. be less than 500 mm and preferably between 20 and 200 mm, in particular between 20 and 80 mm lie. Because of the short distance between separating and take-off roller, in this area on web stabilizers and additional blowing or suction devices to be dispensed with. This also leads to a shortening of the gusset and thus to reduce the contact surface of the fibrous web.
- the receiving belt should have a higher speed than the lower drainage belt.
- the take-off belt can be used as a press felt in a subsequent press nip, as a transfer belt for further transport or as a dryer fabric for a subsequent dryer group Drying of the fibrous web may be formed.
- the distance between the guide roller of the upper dewatering belt and the take-off belt are adjustable to control the air entrained in the gusset.
- the press nip extends the press assembly is executed. Because of the considerable amounts of water involved at least the lower, preferably both drainage belts as press felt be trained.
- the press arrangement is particularly suitable at web speeds of Fibrous web of more than 1500 m / min.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross section through a press arrangement according to the invention for dewatering a fibrous web 1, especially a paper web.
- Press nip By formed by two press rollers 11, 12 pressed against each other Press nip is in addition to the fibrous web 1 on both sides a drainage belt 2, 3 in Form of an air-permeable press felt for receiving and transporting the squeezed out water. To enable an intense, but still gentle drainage, the press nip is extended.
- the upper press roll 11 has a flexible roll shell which has a Pressure shoe with concave contact surface is running.
- the fibrous web 1 is in a common Guide route 4 from both drainage belts 2, 3 out.
- the rewetting should be as short as possible.
- this wraps around underneath the fibrous web 1 running, lower drainage belt 3 together with the fibrous web 1 a vacuumed separating roller 5 with a wrap angle 8 of approximately 60 °.
- the ones from Negative pressure of the separating roller 5, increased adhesion of the fibrous web 1 allows the solution and subsequent routing of the upper one Drainage belt 2 from the fibrous web 1 in a separation section 6.
- This Separation section 6 forms the end of the common guide section 4, the Residence time of the fibrous web 1 in the separation section 6 is between 1 and 5 ms.
- the upper dewatering belt 2 becomes a guide roller 9 after the separation section 6 performed, the position of which can be changed in the vertical direction, so that on the separating roller 5 a slight looping of the upper drainage stock 2 of 0-5 ° can be adjusted.
- the deflection and continuation take place on the guide roller 9 of the upper drainage belt 2.
- To the gusset between fibrous web 1 and To make the upper drainage band 2 as short as possible is the free, unsupported Course of the dewatering belt 2 between separator 5 and guide roller 9 is less than 80 mm. The shortening of the gusset limits the guidance of the fibrous web 1 impairing air flow in the gusset.
- the fibrous web 1 runs together with the lower one Drainage belt 3 to one, from an air-permeable removal belt 7 looped and vacuumed take-off roller 10.
- the negative pressure of the Removal roller 10 supports the transfer of the fibrous web 1 from the bottom Drainage belt 3 to the take-off belt 7.
- suction or blowing devices is the light, that is shortest distance between separator 5 and take-off roller 10 less than 80 mm.
- the Take-off belt 7 somewhat faster than the lower drainage belt 3. This train is so small that no negative effects on the web guidance are to be expected. It depends on the wet expansion of the fibrous web 1, the Machine speed and elongation in the dryer section. He should be between two presses approx. 0.5 - 1.0% and between the last press and the dryer section 2.5 - 4.0%.
- the lower drainage belt 3 after the Transfer of the fibrous web 1 guided over an adjustable guide roller 13. By their adjustment, a wrap around the take-off roller 10 can be achieved, what when transferring the fibrous web 1 can be advantageous. After done Transfer can then again be a contact or a gap between the lower one Drainage belt 3 and the take-off roller 10 with the take-off belt 7 can be set.
- the height-adjustable guide roller 9 of the upper dewatering belt 2 allows the gap between this guide roller 9 and the take-off belt 7 and thus in the Gusset to influence the amount of air introduced.
- the take-off belt 7 can be used as a press felt of a subsequent press nip or as Dryer screen of a following dryer group can be formed.
- the vacuumed rollers have a perforated roller jacket, the interior of which is connected to a vacuum source.
- the vacuumed area of the Guide rolls in its extent transverse to the fibrous web 1 changeable and / or in separately controllable vacuum zones.
- the Web edges of the fibrous web 1 because of the increased risk of lifting separate high vacuum zones can be assigned.
