Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tear thread for packaging with features Labelling.
A metallized security laminate has become known from US Pat. No. 4,511,616. A base layer made of paper carries a magnetizable resin layer with ferromagnetic pigments, a decorative layer made of pigmented resin and a metallization. The metallization has been partially removed to form a uniform or non-uniform pattern, so that the colored decorative layer is visible through the pattern. Magnetized areas of the magnetic layer can be made visible with physical aids.
The disadvantage is that the visually recognizable codings are only conditionally and with great effort suitable for an automatic test.
Furthermore, a packaging with a tear tape is described in EP 0 317 202. The tear tape is coated with a magnetizable material for receiving magnetically coded information. To cover the magnetic layer, the tear tape additionally contains a metal layer or a first and a second metal layer.
It has been found that the magnetic coding is easily erasable due to external magnetic fields and is also difficult to identify.
GB 2 298 391 A describes a security object counterfeiting, for indicative purposes, like a shrink-on sealing envelope consisting of a substrate, for example polypropylene, with a structure that generates an optically variable effect, such as an embossed hologram. This structure generating an optically variable effect is coated with an aluminum layer, the generating structure being treated in such a way that the adhesion of the aluminum layer to it can be adjusted. This side of the layer structure is applied to a material, for example paper, provided with adhesive which is activated by pressure. The other surface of the substrate carries an adhesive which is activated by heat.
To counter product piracy, especially with branded products and the enormous ones To reduce material damage to the original producer is the job of Invention to design the packaging with its tear mechanism so that a company-specific, suitable for tamper-evident closure possibility is found. An effect of originality must be shown to the user when opening the product become. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to design the tear thread in such a way that an originality check with a corresponding test device before opening the Packaging is possible.
According to the invention are in a tear for packaging for coding Information individual sections of the tear thread metallized, and within this metallized sections are again, in particular representing figures or letters, Zones demetallized. Several metallized sections are separated by non-metallized ones or demetallised sections, one behind the other, preferably of different ones Area expansion and / or electrical conductivity. For coding of Information is individualized sections of the tear thread, and the metallized Sections alternately have holographic effects and demetalizations.
Furthermore, the tear thread points in the demetallized zones and / or demetallized Letters optical and / or magnetic features.
- Fig. 1 -
- Fig. 1 -
- a plan view of a portion of a tear thread with metallized and demetallized zones.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Teilstück
A preferred embodiment is shown with reference to FIG. 1. Fig. 1 shows a section of a tear thread 1 in plan view.
