Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tear thread for packaging with features Labelling.
It is known to provide products with packaging made of film, for example. To open This packaging is on or around one side of the packaging material Threads, ribbons or cords inserted. These are the hallmarks of originality so-called tear threads mostly designed in a different color, with a palpable material thickness equipped and provided with a sharp, noticeable edge. An end to these ripcords is either designed as a hanging tab or at least for the user, for example due to higher stiffness, easily accessible. Also on the design of this tab in terms of their shape, their length and their width is used as a means of labeling value placed. Although in the case of cheap products, this effort is usually dispensed with and often the Tear-off thread is made of the same material as, for example, the foil packaging It is becoming increasingly common to observe that the features used to date to identify the Originality is not sufficient to protect the original effectively. In addition, this Method of opening packaging from so many manufacturers and for so many Products, even products of the same type, are applied that recognize a difference both in packaging and in the tear-open mechanism from product to product, from Brand to brand is not possible. Torn and thus destroyed packaging do not differ in most cases to the eye of the consumer. This lack of course it also makes it easy for imitators and counterfeiters to use such packaging in order to encase counterfeit products.
In GB-PS 2 298 391 a counterfeit protection is described, which is on a substrate carries an optically effective security element. Each side of the substrate is with one Apply glue so that the anti-counterfeiting device is not removed after gluing can be destroyed without destroying the optically effective security element. The glue is a dye, a luminescent material and / or a magnetizable Marking material attached.
The disadvantage is that the security features used for automatic testing are not accessible or can only be accessed with considerable additional effort.
Furthermore, a packaging with a tear tape is described in EP 0 317 202. The tear tape is coated with a magnetizable material for receiving magnetically coded information. To cover the magnetic layer, the tear tape additionally contains a metal layer or a first and a second metal layer.
It has been found that the magnetic coding is easily erasable due to external magnetic fields and, on the other hand, is also difficult to identify.
In order to counter product piracy, especially in the case of branded products, and to reduce the enormous material damage that the original producer suffers, it is the object of the invention to design the packaging with its tear-open mechanism in such a way that a company-specific closure or opening possibility suitable for determining the originality is created Is found. An effect of originality must be shown to the user when opening the product.
It is also an object of the invention to design the tear-open thread and the tear-open mechanism in such a way that an authenticity check is only possible with a corresponding test device before the packaging is opened. An authenticity check is then not provided for the user / consumer.
According to the invention is a tear thread for coding information with at least provided an optically effective security element that with an electrically effective Feature color is combined. The feature color is an electrically conductive polymer. The optically effective security elements are diffractive structures that encode have a representative sequence of changes in the viewing angle. In one too The diffractive structures are an advantageous embodiment as an image of interlocking figures provided that a pattern representing a coding form. The optically effective security element is human-visual and / or with Aids recognizable.
- Fig. 1 -
- Fig. 1 -
- a plan view of a portion of a packaging film and a tear thread with an optically effective security element.
Zur besseren Kenntlichmachung sind Aufreißfäden 1 häufig farblich gestaltet und heben sich somit von der Verpackungsfolie 2 bzw. dem zu verpackenden Gegenstand deutlich ab.Tear threads 1 are, particularly for cigarette packaging, flat foils designed as a tape or thread, which are stronger than the packaging foil 2 . Tear-off threads 1 are usually used which have a thickness of approximately 20 μm and a width of 1 mm to 2 mm. For better identification, tear threads 1 are often colored and thus stand out clearly from the packaging film 2 or the object to be packaged.
A preferred embodiment is described with reference to FIG. 1. The tear thread 1 according to the invention contains one or more optically
The electrical conductivity is measured, for example, by means of capacitive coupling. This measuring method is primarily used because it is also an electrically sealed surface. The electrically conductive polymer is preferably applied under a composite adhesive.
In addition, such a feature color can be combined with an electrical feature, but also with other physical feature substances as a mixed color, so that further codings are created, which can be checked by means of a test device which is specially matched to the properties.
In a further preferred exemplary embodiment, the solution according to the invention extends to the at least partial application of diffractive structures as an optically
In a likewise preferred embodiment, the diffractive structures contain interlocking images of figures, which together, similar to the moiré effect, result in a pattern that contains a coding. Micro-embossing is carried out by means of embossing rollers in such a way that lines running in each other result in a moiré pattern. This moiré pattern is clearly visible using magnifying glasses. The intersections of the lines are designed so that one of the intersecting lines appears raised. This protection in the micro range is a technological hurdle for the forger.
Such an optically
The features of the invention go beyond the exemplary embodiments set out here also from the claims and the drawings, the features on their own or several advantageous ones in the form of sub-combinations of the individual elements, represent protective versions for which protection is claimed here.
