Claims (12)
- Erdungskontakt (10) zur Übertragung von Strömen zwischen feststehenden Fahrzeugteilen (14) eines elektrisch angetriebenen Fahrzeuges, insbesondere bestimmt für Schienennahverkehr, und dessen drehender Radachse (12), vorzugsweise mit erdungskontaktseitig vorhandener koaxial zu ihrer Mittelachse (16) verlaufender zentraler Ausnehmung (18), umfassend eine mittelbar oder unmittelbar von der Radachse (12) ausgehende vorzugsweise die Ausnehmung abdeckende Kontaktscheibe (22), ein mit dem feststehenden Fahrzeugteil wie Lagergehäuse verbundene Abdeckung (24), von der ein Kontaktelement (32) wie Kohlebürste ausgeht, sowie ein Druckelement wie Federelement (30), durch das das Kontaktelement und die Kontaktscheibe kraftbeaufschlagt miteinander wechselwirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckelement (30) von der Abdeckung (24) ausgeht und das von der Mittelachse (16) der Radachse (12) durchsetzte oder koaxial diese umgebende Kontaktelement (32) in Richtung der Kontaktscheibe (22) kraftbeaufschlagt. - Erdungkontakt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kontaktscheibenfernliegend einen als Anschlag dienenden Bund (34) aufweisende Kontaktelement (32) von einer von der Abdeckung (24) ausgehenden scheibenförmigen Führung (36) gleitend aufgenommen ist. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorzugsweise eine Quaderform aufweisende Kontaktelement (32) kontaktflächenseitig zumindest eine Aussparung wie Schlitz (52) aufweist. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckelement wie Schraubendruckfeder (30) gegenüber dem Kontaktelement (32) elektrisch isoliert ist und sich insbesondere in einer zentralen von der Mittelachse (16) durchsetzten Aussparung (38) abstützt, die bodenseitig einen elektrisch isolierenden Einsatz (40) aufweist oder als solcher ausgebildet ist, wobei der Einsatz Abstützung für das Druckelement ist. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckelement (30) einen innenseitig von der Abdeckung (30), vorzugsweise mittig verlaufenden Vorsprung (28) als Fixierung zumindest bereichsweise umgibt. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von dem Kontaktelement (32) durchsetzte scheibenförmige Führung (36) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material wie Hartgummi besteht und nicht zwingend eine axiale Führung für das Kontaktelement darstellt. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (24) gegenüber dem feststehenden Gehäuseteil (14) über ein aus elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehenden Ring (44) beabstandet ist. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontatkscheibe (22) über ein mittig diese durchsetzendes Befestigungselement (56) mit die Achse (12) bzw. die zentrale Ausnehmung (18) abdeckendem Zwischenscheibenelement (20) verbunden ist und dass das Kontaktelement (32) eine fluchtend auf das Befestigungselement ausgerichtete und dieses beabstandet umgebende Aussparung (60) wie Durchgangsloch aufweist, wobei insbesondere die Kontaktscheibe (22) gegenüber dem mit der Achse (12) verbundenen wie verschraubten Zwischenscheibenelement (20) verdrehgesichert ist. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (24) wie schalenförmiges Deckelelement über den Zwischenring (44) durchsetzende Befestigungselemente wie Schrauben (26) mit dem feststehenden Fahrzeugteil (14) wie Lagergehäuse verbunden ist, wobei die Befestigungselemente gegenüber der Abdeckung elektrisch isoliert sind. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Abdeckung (24) und dem Befestigungselement (26) eine aus elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehende Buchse (46) verläuft. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erdungskontakt (10) aus einer zwei Teile umfassenden vormontierten Einheit besteht, von denen das eine die Kontaktscheibe (22) und das andere die Abdeckung (24) mit dem Druckelement (30) und dem Kontaktelement (32) umfassen. - Erdungskontakt nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement (32) und/oder die Kontaktscheibe (22) aus Kohlenstoff bestehen oder dieses enthalten und/oder dass das Kontaktelement (32) aus Bronzegraphit und/oder die Kontaktscheibe (22) aus Stahl bestehen.
