Claims (13)
- Applikator (A) zum Aufbringen eines flüssigen Imprägniermittels auf laufende Fäden (2), insbesondere Fadenöler, mit einem drehbaren Auftragselement, dessen Oberfläche (1') von wenigstens einem Imprägniermittel-Übertragungsglied berührt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (A) eine im Betrieb des Applikators aktive Reinigungsvorrichtung (R) für sich zwischen dem Auftragselement und dem Übertragungsglied sammelnde Verschmutzungen (L) aufweist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement eine Rolle (1) und das Übertragungsglied ein durch Kapillarwirkung fördernder, z.B. dochtartiger, elastischer Körper (6) ist, der durch eine Kraft in tangentialem Kontakt mit der Oberfläche (1') haltbar ist, und dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (R) wenigstens ein antreibbares Abstreifglied (G) aufweist, das an Verunreinigungen (L) und auf den Körper (6) periodisch zum Angriff bringbar ist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungsvorrichtung (R) ein antreibbares Lüftglied (G, 15, 16; 27; 28) für den Körper (6) bzw. den Körper (6) und eine den Körper beaufschlagende Feder (10) aufweist, mit dem zumindest der Körper (6) im Kontaktbereich mit der Oberfläche (1') vorübergehend von der Oberfläche (1') abhebbar ist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreifglied (G) wenigstens ein über die Oberfläche (1') vortretender, vorzugsweise rippenartiger, Vorsprung ist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung durch einen in die Rolle (1) eingelagerten, zumindest annähernd achsparallelen Stab, vorzugsweise einen Stift oder ein Rohr (11), gebildet wird, dessen Umfang zumindest teilweise über die Oberfläche (1') vortritt, und dessen Antrieb die Rolle (1) selbst ist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreifglied (G) ein Randbereich (13) einer in der Oberfläche (1') geformten Vertiefung (N) ist.
- Applikator nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreifglied (G) gleichzeitig das Lüftglied (G) bildet.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragselement einen Drehantrieb für das Lüft- bzw. Abstreifglied (G) bildet.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Lüft- bzw. Abstreifglied (G) ein eigenständiger Antrieb vorgesehen ist.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Lüften des Körpers (6) und/oder der Feder (10) ein pneumatischer, elektrischer oder elektromagnetischer Antrieb (27; 28; 15, 16) vorgesehen ist.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (10) aus magnetischem Metall besteht oder einen Magneten (15) trägt, und dass in der Rolle (1) wenigstens ein weiterer Magnet (16) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Magnet-Polungen so gewählt sind, dass die Feder (10) bei Durchgang des in der Rolle angeordneten Magneten (16) von der Oberfläche (1') weggestoßen wird.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Feder (10) bzw. einem an der Feder (10) angeordneten Magneten (15) ein bei Drehung des Auftragselements temporär erregbarer, stationärer Magnet ausgerichtet ist.
- Applikator nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstreifglied (G) in einem Fadenberührungsbereich (31) der Oberfläche (1') ausgespart ist.
