Definitions

  • the invention relates to a chair or a standing aid, in particular for office or workshop or the like.
  • a seat arranged on a seat support with a longitudinal and perpendicular transverse axis, the seat support being provided with a receptacle for the upper end of a column of chairs, the lower end of which Stand or rolling means to be placed on the floor.
  • the invention is based on the fact that the user weight resting on the seat is received via sliding surfaces of the upper part of the seat support and interacting with these sliding surfaces of the lower part of the seat support and introduced into a chair base with a foot or roller lower part supported on the floor and with a chair column.
  • a seat support lower part is placed on its upper end, which has a link receptacle extending essentially in the direction of the longitudinal axis.
  • This backdrop shot forms an approximately U-shaped trough, which has front and rear limiting approaches.
  • a seat support upper part is placed on this seat support lower part, which is provided with a seat shell and with a seat cushion on it.
  • the underside of the upper part of the seat support is provided with a setting that corresponds to the setting and can be inserted into it.
  • the backdrop has surfaces designed as sliding surfaces which correspond to those which are provided to the side of the backdrop receptacle and in the front region lying forward and in the rear region arranged rearward.
  • the backdrop of the seat support is at the top. partly inserted into the link receptacle provided in the lower part of the seat support, the link and the guide being provided with interacting sliding surfaces, by means of which the upper part of the seat support is supported on the lower part of the seat support.
  • These surfaces sliding on one another are designed as a wave or as a wave-shaped recess with a curvature around a common center with an axis of curvature oriented transversely to the longitudinal extent of the seat support.
  • the sliding surfaces of the lower part of the seat support are longer than the sliding surfaces of the upper part of the seat support, so that the link inserted in the link holder can be moved along the sliding surfaces of the lower part of the seat support and is also pivoted about this transverse axis during movement due to the curvature of the sliding surfaces.
  • a displacement of the seat support upper part with seat cushion in the seat support lower part is associated with an adjustment of the seat inclination, since the sliding surfaces allow pivoting about this common center of curvature and thus a change in the inclination of the seat cushion placed on the seat support upper part compared to the seat support lower part fixedly arranged on the chair column.
  • locking means are provided, with which the setting can be fixed in the setting in the desired position, the friction between the two holding the seat inclination, if not too great forces force an adjustment.
  • the backdrop has approximately a "U” shape in cross section.
  • the free legs of the "U” are formed by side walls that limit the backdrop.
  • the free, upper ends of these legs are provided with sliding surfaces and beveled to form them. This results in two mutually opposed sliding surfaces, which cooperate as a pair with corresponding sliding surfaces of the recessed recess corresponding to the shape of the link.
  • the slope is such that the sliding surfaces fall towards the center: alternatively, they can fall outwards.
  • the raised edge area is advantageously designed as a guide comb.
  • the sliding surfaces of the link receptacle are - corresponding to the guide combs of the backdrop - provided with guide grooves in which these guide combs of the backdrop engage.
  • the inclined sliding surfaces are designed in such a way that the sliding surfaces on each of the side walls of the link as well as on the corresponding sliding surfaces of the link receptacle produce both an inward and an outward sloping part.
  • the ridge between the two slopes forms the guide comb.
  • the corresponding guide groove is provided in the edge areas of the link receptacle, in which these guide combs engage.
  • the mutually facing, mutually sliding side surfaces of the link and the link receptacle are designed as conical inclined surfaces which are pressed into one another by the load of a seated person. This alone creates a frictional connection that suppresses an unintentional rolling movement.
  • This frictional engagement is reinforced by a non-slip surface structure on the interacting sliding surfaces of the link bracket and the link.
  • a non-slip surface structure can be provided in that, on the one hand, an anti-slip covering is provided on at least one of the inclined side surfaces.
  • the sliding surfaces can have complementary structures that fit into one another when pressed and ensure a positive fit.
  • profiled structures are, for example, complementary waves or serrations of the side or inclined surfaces.
  • the depth of the profile must not be so great that the movability of the link in the link guide when the spindle is released is impeded.
  • a profile strip along the edge is sufficient.
  • This toothing is advantageously designed in the manner of a trapezoidal toothing. With this design, the inclined surfaces of the trapezoids slide on each other during adjustment both in one direction or in the other, so that the angle of inclination of these inclines does not allow the adjusting force to increase too high.
  • a helical spring arranged between the lower part of the seat support and the upper part of the seat support, which presses the tooth flanks of the teeth of the upper part of the seat support against the corresponding tooth flanks, and which - because of the forced curvature of the axis of the spring - receives an elastic prestress with which the upper part of the seat support is also proven is lifted in such a way that the serrations of the sliding surfaces disengage and the link can be moved relative to the link receptacle, the movement following the curve predetermined by the curvature of the sliding surfaces.
  • the setting of the desired seat inclination is fixed with locking means, whereby the sliding surfaces are pressed against one another by means of suitable locking means even in the event of relief and thus maintain their inclination position.
  • locking means can be used, which allow a gradual adjustment of the seat inclination and fix the inclination position in each of the locking stages.
  • means with which a clamping effect is achieved can be used in the form of levers, eccentrics, gags or wedges.
  • a clamping bolt arranged transversely to the backdrop is provided in this, which is provided with a clamping spindle or a clamping wedge, which pulls the backdrop into the backdrop receptacle when tightening or moving.
