Definitions

  • the invention relates to a building block for forming a Masonry as well as masonry made up of a variety of blocks arranged side by side and one above the other consists.
  • the invention has for its object a building block of the kind mentioned, its installation and handling is simplified.
  • each stone part forms relative to one after the broad section of the respective stone part shoulder drawn inside when used in a wall with corresponding areas of the broad sections adjacent Blocks engages.
  • shoulder can act perpendicular to the wall surface Forces due to their simple structure in only one Transfer direction. This is according to the invention balanced that overlapping stone parts each are arranged in opposite directions so that each stone part has different force transfer functions fall, depending on whether the force to be derived on the front or rear wall surface.
  • a particularly simple geometric design can be achieve because stone parts of identical shape use find so that they are manufactured in a cost-effective manner can be.
  • the stone parts can either prefabricated individually and then to the module be joined together, but alternatively it is also possible the building block as a one-piece, monolithic Train body.
  • the two stone parts are preferably in one by one vertical center axis rotated by 180 ° arranged to each other.
  • the Stone parts have a substantially constant height, i.e. have a smooth top or bottom, what Manufacturing technology is particularly favorable if the stone parts are poured from concrete.
  • a particularly simple geometric shape is given because the wide and / or the narrow section of the stone part has the shape of a cuboid and the intermediate section is trapezoidal, as claimed in claim 1.
  • a good power transmission to the stone parts of neighboring Building blocks can be achieved if the sloping Side faces of the intermediate section that the transition between the side surfaces of the wide and the narrow Form section, in a range of 30 ° to 60 ° and in particular by approx. 45 ° with respect to these Side faces of the wide and narrow section are angled.
  • the module according to the invention can be simplified Process way if the part of the wall surface forming, superimposed end faces of the Stone parts lie essentially in a vertical plane and especially if in addition the essentially side surfaces of the broader sections of the stone parts essentially in lie on a vertical plane.
  • the components according to the invention can be arranged in this way be that they are in a about a vertical axis, in particular the vertical central axis, rotated by 180 ° lie.
  • the side by side form Blocks two stone layers at the same time.
  • the invention provides that adjacent building blocks offset in height by a stone part layer are so that the upper stone part of a building block next to a lower part of a neighboring building block lies.
  • a layer of teeth arranged one below the other given which means that external forces not only to neighboring but also to above and below Building blocks are derived.
  • Figures 1 to 4 show a block 10 for formation a wall made up of two, identical stone parts 11.1 and 11.2, the are firmly connected.
  • a single piece of stone 11 is shown in FIG. 5 and will first be explained become.
  • the stone part 11 consists of a wider one Section 11a, which is a substantially cuboid Has shape and its wide end face 12 parts a wall surface of one of the building blocks 10 Wall will.
  • a narrow section 11b is arranged, which also is cuboid and the end face 12 of the wide portion 11a opposite end face 13 also becomes part of a wall surface.
  • the narrow one Section 11b is opposite to the wide section 11a centered (see also Figure 2), so that the perpendicular to the end face 13 extending side faces 16, 17 of the narrow section 11b compared to the like Side surfaces 14, 15 of the wide portion 11a around that the same amount are offset inwards.
  • the side faces 14, 15 of the wide section or the side surfaces 16, 17 of the narrow section do not have to run parallel, but can, for example, be slightly conical, so as to allow a curve to be distorted.
  • a transition or intermediate section 11c provided the shape of a truncated pyramid has, the base of the cross section of the broad Section 11a, i.e. the size of its end face 12 corresponds and this is arranged opposite, and whose top surface is the cross section of the narrow section 11b, i.e. corresponds to the size of its end face 13 and this is arranged in the opposite direction.
  • the stone part 11 is on its top and on its Bottom flat and thus has an essentially constant height, so that the truncated pyramid Intermediate section 11c only on two sides has inclined side surfaces 18 and 19, the the side surfaces 14, 15 of the wide section 11a with the side surfaces 16, 17 of the narrow section 11b connect.
  • the two inclined side surfaces 18, 19 of the Intermediate sections 11c are opposite to the subsequent ones Side surfaces 14, 15, 16, 17 of the wide and the narrow Sections 11a, 11b angled by approximately 45 °.
  • the building block 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is made up of two stone parts 11.1 and 11.2 according to FIG.
  • the two stone parts 11.1 and 11.2 are one above the other in a about a vertical axis, in particular the vertical central axis, orientation rotated by 180 ° arranged so that the wide portion 11a of the upper Stone part 11.1 above the narrow section 11b of the lower stone part 11.2 and the narrow section of the upper stone part 11.1 above the broad section 11a of the lower stone part 11.2 is arranged.
  • there the two stone parts 11.1 and 11.2 are superimposed in such a way that the end faces 12, 13 of the upper Stone part 11.1 with the corresponding end faces of the Smoothly pass the underlying stone part 11.2, i.e. lie essentially in a vertical plane.
  • the side surfaces 14, 15 of the wide Section 11a of the two stone parts essentially in a vertical plane.
  • the block 10 can be made of prefabricated, individual stone parts 11 assembled later or as a monolithic Bodies in particular are made of concrete.
  • the wall is replaced by inserting the two stone parts 11.1 and 11.2 existing building blocks 10 built, the alignment of the blocks by the between the stone parts protruding upwards Gaps 21 is specified.
  • the Intermediate section 11c formed offset between the wide section and the narrow section of a stone part is an intervention and thus a power transmission possible perpendicular to the wall surface.
  • every building block consists of several, firmly connected stone parts, is also a transfer of force between superimposed ones Stone part layers possible, so that a total very stable, stable wall structure is achieved.
  • the one originating from the back of the earth, for example So earth pressure is not only on horizontally adjacent but also transfer vertically adjacent blocks.
