Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zum Transportieren und Lageveränderung von Einfach- oder Doppelwerkstücken in einer Presse, Pressenstraße, Großteil-Stufenpresse (1) oder dergleichen, wobei jede Bearbeitungsstation (8, 9) eine Transporteinrichtung (2) mit abkuppelbarer Quertraverse (5) aufweist, die an der Transporteinrichtung (2) mittels einer Gelenkanordnung (15) in einer Vertikalebene schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei jede Bearbeitungsstation zwei gegenüberliegende, voneinander unabhängige Transporteinrichtungen (2) aufweist, an denen jeweils eine Gelenkanordnung (15) zur Befestigung einer gemeinsamen <-> Quertraverse (5) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Quertraverse (5) eine Bewegung in einer Vertikalebene und/oder einer Horizontalebene ausführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Saugertraverse (13) auf der Quertraverse (5) beweglich gelagert ist und dass auf der Quertraverse (5) Führungen (26) angeordnet sind, in denen ein die Saugertraverse (13) tragendes Kreissegment (24) geführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sphärische Lagerung der Quertraverse (5) mittels eines Kardangelenks (15) erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Quertraverse (5) ein Schlitten (27) in einer Linearführung (28) gelagert ist, wobei der Schlitten (27) über eine Stange (29) und ein Spindel-Muttersystem (21) durch einen Antrieb (19) horizontal verfahrbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Schlitten (27) Führungen (26) angeordnet sind, in denen ein die Saugertraverse (13) tragendes Kreissegment (24) geführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kreissegment (24) über eine Stange (23) und ein Spindel-Muttersystem (20) durch einen Antrieb (18) verschwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Antrieb (18) und/oder der andere Antrieb (19) über eine Vielkeilwelle (14) mit der unabhängigen Transporteinrichtung (2) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielkeilwelle (14) in der Transporteinrichtung (2) horizontal verschiebbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quertraverse (5) an einer Trennstelle (22) von der Transporteinrichtung (2) abkuppelbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Antrieb (18) und/oder der andere Antrieb (19) nach Abkuppelung von der Quertraverse (5) über eine Vielkeilwelle (14), ein Kardangelenk (15) und einen Lagerblock (17) mit der Transporteinrichtung (2) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugertraverse (13), der Schlitten (27), die Linearführung (28), die Stange (29) beidseitig an der Quertraverse (5) anbringbar und gemeinsam über ein Spindel-Muttersystem (21) und einen Antrieb (19) antreibbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugertraverse (13), das Kreissegment (24), die Führungen (26), die Stange (23) beidseitig an die Quertraverse (5) anbringbar und gemeinsam über Spindel-Muttersystem (20) und Antrieb (18) antreibbar sind.
