Definitions
- the M tongue is created with the narrow back of the tongue, by bending the cross piece over a sharp shape edge and then forms a sharp crease on the side of this form edge. Since the form edge must be somewhat rounded for practical reasons, is also the back of the tongue, i.e. the transition between the two Tongue pieces slightly rounded on the inside. Particularly useful and it is advantageous if the narrow tongue back is a maximum 3 times the material thickness has the same back width.
- the narrowness of the back of the tongue is reinforced, which is the sound insulation the profile stand in the mounting wall further improved and the hand scissors cutability further facilitated.
- the invention also consists in a profile stand for a sound-absorbing Assembly wall, in which two legs through one end Cross piece are connected to each other, which has a material thickness, and where there is a tight nestability of two profile stands is by each leg of a profile stand between the two legs of the other profile stand is pushed in and out is close to one of these two legs, which is characterized is that the cross piece with a tongue back M-tongue is provided, which is arranged off-center of the one leg a greater distance than from the other leg having.
- This profile stand connects the through the M-tongue improved sound insulation with an improved, i.e. tight Nestability.
- the M-tongue can be arranged off-center with a broad design of the tongue back use with advantage and is preferably used in combination with the narrow back of the tongue used.
- a profile stand on the one hand a through Narrow cross section of certain profile course for easy hand scissors cutability is provided, and on the other hand, a good one Nestability and stackability of two profile stands is given, by placing one leg of each profile stand between the two Leg of the other profile stand is pushed and close together one of these two legs.
- the good at issue here i.e. narrow or space-saving stackability of the profile stand improves the conditions during storage and the transport of the profile stand and the nestability leaves it to extend one profile stand by another by the two profile stands nested with overlapping end pieces become.
- the good nestability therefore simplifies the length Put together profile stands or profile stand pieces.
- the M-tongue is at least half the width of the tongue foot is arranged off-center. This minimum measure eccentricity is necessary for nestability.
- the two legs are of different lengths. This allows the two profile stands with each other to nest parallel legs and cross pieces. Also the legs of different lengths are advantageous in connection with this, that each leg at the opposite end of the crosspiece has a bend. It will be the one profile stand with the shorter one Thigh under the fold of the longer leg of the other Profile stand pushed.
- the off-center M-tongue from the closer leg at least around that Screw penetration is spaced.
- the screw penetration dimension which is also called minimum penetration the screw section from which the wall shell on the leg fixing screw protrudes from the inside of the leg. The The screw should not penetrate the M-tongue.
- the profile stand according to the drawing is in accordance with an assembly wall Fig. 1 installed, which has two wall shells 1, each from the outside are placed on one of two legs 2 of the profile stand 3. It are screws 4 from the outside through the wall shell 1 and the leg 2 screwed and the screw 4 protrudes from the Inside of the leg in the profile stand.
- the profile stand is assigned a center line 6.
- Each leg 2 carries at one end a fold 7 and the two folds 7 project towards each other. The two go at the opposite ends of the bends Leg 2 over in cross piece 8 into each other with an M-tongue 9 is provided.
- a longer leg 2 and a shorter leg 2 ' provided that each carry the equally far protruding fold 7.
- the cross piece 8 arranged opposite the folds 7 forms then a transverse region 10, 10 ', of each leg 2, 2' which the one 10 is larger than the other 10 ', so that the M tongue 9th is arranged off-center with respect to the center line 6, i.e. of the one leg 2 has a greater distance than from the other Leg 2 '. 4
- the profile stand 3 for narrow nesting arranged with the same profile stand 31 in relation to one another, that the legs 2, 2 'with the bevels 7 protrude towards each other and that the longer leg 2 of a profile stand 3 the shorter Leg 2 'of the other profile stand 31 is assigned.
- the two M-tongues of the two Profile stand 3, 31 offset sufficiently far from each other.
- the two profile stands 3, 31 well or closely nested, by in each case one leg 2 'of a profile stand from bears against the other leg 2 of the other profile stand.
- the two M tongues do not touch.
- two profile stands are stacked for transport or storage, i.e. pushed together to save space and relatively loosely.
- the fold 7 ends on the outside arranged leg 2 'of a profile stand in front of an adjacent internally arranged leg of the other profile stand. It each have the folds 7 of a profile stand spacing from the transverse areas 10, 10 'of the second profile stand. While at nested profile stands according to FIG. 4 each have a longer leg of a profile stand and a shorter leg of the second profile stand must be assigned to each other, this can be the case with stacked Profile stands can be chosen, because according to stacked profile stands Fig. 6 also the two shorter legs of the two profile stands and the two longer legs of the two profile stands assigned to each other could be.
Abstract
