Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Durchtrennen einer Materialbahn am Ende eines Aufwickelns der Materialbahn zu einer Wickelrolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Sprengmittel zwischen der Materialbahn und der Wikkelrolle einwickelt und das Sprengmittel expandiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Sprengmittel durch einen Nip zwischen der Wickelrolle und einer Walze hindurchführt, an der die Wickelrolle unter Zwischenlage der Materialbahn anliegt, und das Sprengmittel hinter dem Nip expandiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein wiederverwendbares Sprengmittel verwendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Sprengmittel einen sich quer zur Materialbahn erstreckenden Schlauch verwendet, der aufgeblasen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufblasen schlagartig erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sprengmittel nach dem Durchtrennen der Materialbahn von der Wickelrolle weg bewegt wird.
- Wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn zu einer Wickelrolle mit mindestens einer Walze, an der die Wickelrolle unter Zwischenlage der Materialbahn anliegt, und einer Trenneinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) ein Sprengmittel (8) aufweist, daß zwischen Materialbahn (2) und Wickelrolle (3) einwickelbar und dort expandierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sprengmittel als Schlauch (8) ausgebildet ist, der mit Druckluft befüllbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sprengmittel an Haltearmen (10) angeordnet ist, die durch eine Drehung der Wickelrolle (3) spannbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltearme (10) um die Achse (11) der Walze (5) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sprengmittel (8) nach dem Durchtrennen die Materialbahn (2) auf der Walze (5) festhält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (5) eine Tragwalze eines Doppeltragwalzenwicklers mit einem Wikkelbett (4) bildet und das Sprengmittel (8) mit einer Steuereinrichtung verbunden ist, die die Expansion im Wickelbett (4) auslöst.
