Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Überleiten einer Materialbahn (6) von einer in einem Wickelbett (4), das durch mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Tragwalze (2, 3) gebildet wird, liegenden Wickelrolle (5) auf einem neuen Rollenkern, bei dem die Materialbahn (6) durchtrennt und das dadurch gebildete Ende auf der Wickelrolle (5) und der Anfang auf dem Rollenkern festgelegt wird, wobei die Materialbahn (6) von oben in das Wickelbett (4) geleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelrolle (5) beim Trennen unter Bildung eines Spalts zur ersten Tragwalze (2) gegenüber dem Wickelbett (4) gekippt wird und die Materialbahn (6) in dem Spalt durchtrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Materialbahn (6) beim Kippen der Wikkelrolle (5) und Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (6) auf der ersten Tragwalze (2) festhält und die erste Tragwalze (2) beim Kippen der Wickelrolle (5) verdreht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Materialbahn (6) von unten durchtrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man beim Durchtrennen die zweite Tragwalze (3) dreht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man vor dem Durchtrennen zwei Klebeflächen (12, 13) auf der Materialbahn (6) erzeugt, die in Laufrichtung einen Abstand zueinander aufweisen, und die Materialbahn (6) in diesem Abstand (14) durchtrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die in Laufrichtung erste Klebefläche (12) wesentlich länger als die zweite Klebefläche (13) macht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelrolle (5) nach dem Durchtrennen aus dem Wickelbett (4) ausgestoßen wird und der Anfang der Materialbahn (6) gleichzeitig in das Wickelbett (4) hineinbefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anfang der Materialbahn (6) an der ersten Tragwalze (2) festgehalten wird, bis der Rollenkern (20) an der Materialbahn (6) anliegt.
- Wickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (6) zu einer Wickelrolle (5) mit einem Wikkelbett (4), das durch mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Tragwalze (43) gebildet ist, einer Trenneinrichtung (7), einer Klebstoffauftragseinrichtung (11) und einer Ausstoßeinrichtung (15), wobei das Wickelbett (4) einen Einlaufpfad aufweist, der oben über die erste Tragwalze (2) verläuft, die Trenneinrichtung (7) im Wickelbett angeordnet und die Ausstoßeinrichtung (15) eine Halteeinrichtung (17) aufweist, die die Materialbahn (6) an der ersten Tragwalze (2) festhält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (7) zur Einlaufseite der Materialbahn (6) in einen Spalt bewegbar ist, der zwischen erster Tragwalze (2) und der gegenüber dem Wickelbett (4) gekippten Wickelrolle (5) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Tragwalze (2) synchron zur Ausstoßeinrichtung (15) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßeinrichtung (15) einen Hebel (18) aufweist, der um die Achse (10) der ersten Tragwalze (2) verschwenkbar und gegenüber der ersten Tragwalze (2) festlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstoßeinrichtung (15) eine Steuereinrichtung aufweist, die die Austoßeinrichtung (15) nach Anlage an der Wickelrolle (5) um eine vorbestimmte Strecke weiterbewegt und dann anhält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austoßeinrichtung (15) eine im wesentlichen radial zur ersten Tragwalze (2) bewegbare Klemmrolle (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmrolle (17) am Hebel (18) angeordnet ist.
