Fig. 1 zeigt eine Wickelvorrichtung 1 zum Aufwickeln
einer Materialbahn 2 zu einer Wickelrolle 3. Die Wikkelrolle
3 ruht hierbei in einem Wickelbett 4, das
durch eine erste Tragwalze 5 und eine zweite Tragwalze
6 gebildet ist. Die Materialbahn läuft von oben über
die erste Tragwalze 5 in das Wickelbett 4 hinein. Aus
Gründen der Übersicht ist die Wickelrolle 3 mit einem
kleinen Abstand zu den beiden Tragwalzen 5, 6 dargestellt.
In Wirklichkeit liegt die Wickelrolle 3 natürlich
auf den beiden Tragwalzen 5, 6 auf und klemmt die
oberste Lage der Materialbahn 2 auf ihrem Umfang 3

Verfügung steht und keine Materialbahn 2 nachgefördert
werden kann, platzt die Umgebung des Schlauchs 8 an ihrer
schwächsten Stelle. Dies ist die Materialbahn 2.
Durch die Expansion des Schlauches wird die Materialbahn
sozusagen gesprengt. Dabei entsteht eine Rißlinie,
die im wesentlichen parallel zur Längserstreckung des
Schlauches, also im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse
der Wickelrolle 3 verläuft. Auch wenn es sich
hierbei nicht um eine glatte Kante handelt, wie sie
beispielsweise bei einem Schnitt entstehen würde,
reicht die Qualität der aufgesprengten Kante doch aus. The
