Abstract
Description
- un premier charnon, dit charnon fixe, comportant une première partie d'orientation générale rectiligne horizontale munie d'au moins un perçage horizontal permettant sa fixation sur un élément de carrosserie fixe dudit véhicule, et une seconde partie d'orientation générale rectiligne horizontale sensiblement perpendiculaire à celle de ladite première partie, et dont l'extrémité comporte un perçage vertical pour le logement de l'axe de rotation de la charnière ;
- un second charnon, dit charnon mobile, d'orientation générale verticale, comportant à chacune de ses extrémités des perçages permettant sa fixation à ladite porte et comportant deux zones planes sensiblement horizontales, pourvues chacune d'un perçage vertical, de manière à pouvoir être traversées par l'axe de rotation de la charnière, et comportant chacune une came crantée ;
- deux galets d'appui destinés à être maintenus au contact d'une came correspondante du charnon mobile ;
- un ressort maintenu dans ledit charnon fixe et comportant deux branches verticales insérées dans lesdits galets, et travaillant principalement en flexion de manière à faire exercer par lesdits galets une pression contre lesdites cames ; et
- un axe de rotation permettant l'articulation du charnon mobile sur le charnon fixe.

Claims (6)
- Ensemble charnière pour porte battante (12) de véhicule automobile avec arrêt de porte intégré, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprendun premier charnon (1), dit charnon fixe, comportant une première partie (2) d'orientation générale rectiligne horizontale, munie d'au moins un perçage horizontal (3, 4) permettant sa fixation sur un élément de carrosserie fixe (5) dudit véhicule, et une seconde partie (6) d'orientation générale rectiligne horizontale sensiblement perpendiculaire à celle de ladite première partie (2), et dont l'extrémité comporte un perçage vertical (7) pour le logement de l'axe de rotation (8) de la charnière ;un second charnon (9), dit charnon mobile, d'orientation générale verticale, comportant au moins un perçage (10, 11) permettant sa fixation à ladite porte (12) et comportant deux zones planes (13, 14) sensiblement horizontales, pourvues chacune d'un perçage vertical (15, 16) de manière à pouvoir être traversées par l'axe de rotation (8) de la charnière et comportant chacune une came crantée (17, 18) ;deux galets d'appui (22, 23) destinés à être maintenus au contact d'une came correspondante (17, 18) du charnon mobile (9) ;un ressort (19) maintenu dans ledit charnon fixe (1) et comportant deux branches verticales (20, 21) insérées dans lesdits galets (22, 23), et travaillant principalement en flexion de manière à faire exercer par lesdits galets (22, 23) une pression contre lesdites cames (17, 18) ; etun axe de rotation (8) permettant l'articulation du charnon mobile (9) sur le charnon fixe (1).
- Ensemble charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort (19) comporte, à la suite desdites branches verticales (20, 21), deux branches horizontales (28, 29) reliées par une troisième branche verticale (30), et en ce que ledit charnon fixe (1) comporte une gorge (31) ménagée sur sa face destinée à être tournée vers ledit élément de carrosserie (5), destinée à recevoir la troisième branche verticale (30) du ressort (19), et deux excroissances verticales (32, 33) ménagées sur la première partie rectiligne (2) du charnon fixe (1) destinées à constituer des points d'appui pour lesdites branches horizontales (28, 29) du ressort (19) permettant audit ressort (19) de travailler principalement en flexion.
- Ensemble charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le charnon mobile (9) comporte une surface plane verticale (36) venant en butée contre ledit charnon fixe lorsque la porte (12) est en position totalement ouverte.
- Ensemble charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits galets (22, 23) sont réalisés en matière plastique.
- Ensemble charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits galets (22, 23) sont munis d'une bague en un matériau autolubrifiant qui assure le frottement entre le galet (22, 23) et la branche (20, 21) du ressort (19) insérée dans ledit galet (22, 23).
- Ensemble charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits galets (22) ont une surface externe (37) de forme concave et en ce que les parties saillantes (38, 39, 40) constituant les crans des cames (17, 18) ont une forme convexe correspondante à ladite forme concave de la surface externe (37) desdits galets (22).
