Claims (10)
- Verstellbares Scharnier zur Verbindung zweier Möbelteile (9, 15) über ein Möbelband (2) und eine Grundplatte (8), wobei am Möbelband (2) eine Feder-Klappmechanik (20) und daran ein Scharnierarm (14) befestigt ist, welcher über eine Stellplatte (11) mit der Grundplatte (8) verbunden ist und sich zwischen Scharnierarm (14) und Stellplatte (11) zusätzlich eine Verstellschraube (1) zur Einstellung des gegenseitigen Abstandes befindet, wobei die Verstellschraube (1) durch ein Langloch (10) in der Stellplatte (11) in eine Gewindebohrung in dem Scharnierarm (14) eingeschraubt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (1) einen Gewindestift darstellt, welcher an dem einen Ende eine Vorrichtung (18) für die lösbare Kopplung mit einem Werkzeug und an dem anderen Ende einen Teller (5) größeren Durchmessers besitzt, wobei die unterseitige Oberfläche (7) des Tellers (5) auf der Grundplatte (8) aufliegt und auf der oberseitigen Oberfläche (6) des Tellers (5) der Rand des Langloches (10) der Stellplatte (11).
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unterseitige Oberfläche (7) und/oder die oberseitige Oberfläche (6) des Tellers (5) sphärisch oder kegelig ausgebildet sind.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Auflage des Tellers (5) auf der Grundplatte (8) diese Auflagefläche (19) ebenfalls sphärisch oder kegelig, passend zur Tellerform, ausgebildet ist.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (10) als Durchbruch durch die Stellplatte (11) in sich geschlossen ausgebildet ist.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rand des Langloches (10) in der Stellplatte (11) Formprägungen und/oder Riffelungen und/oder Verbiegungen in Richtung Teller als zusätzliche Versteifung des Langlochrandes vorgesehen sind.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (1) sich randseitig in der Nähe der Feder-Klappmechanik (20) bzw. des Möbelbandes (2) befindet.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellschraube (1) ein Preßteil ist.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Scharnierarm (14) und Stellplatte (11) sich zusätzlich eine Arretierschraube (17) befindet.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierschraube (17) durch ein Langloch im Scharnierarm (14) hindurchgeführt ist und in eine Gewindebohrung in der Stellplatte (11) eingeschraubt ist.
- Verstellbares Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierschraube (17) von der Feder-Klappmechanik (20) bzw. dem Möbelband (2) weiter entfernt ist.
