Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Schleifen von Schienen eines Gleises, mit einem ein relativ zu einer Schiene (2) verstellbares Schleiforgan (15) aufweisenden Tragrahmen (5), der endseitig jeweils über in Schienenlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierte Tastrollen (7) zu beiden Seiten des Schleiforganes (15) auf der Schiene (2) abstütz- bzw. abrollbar ist, wobei eine Schleiffläche (25) des Schleiforganes (15) parallel zu einer die beiden zugeordneten Tastrollen (7) in deren Kontaktpunkten (21) mit der Schiene (2) tangierenden Schleifebene (23) verläuft und wobei der Tragrahmen (5) an Hand eines Schwenkantriebes (33) um eine in Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (26) rotierbar ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Tragrahmen (5) zwei in Schienenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Paare (43) von bezüglich der Schienenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegenden Tastrollen (7) sowie zwei jeweils zwischen den Paaren (43) von Tastrollen (7) angeordnete und in Schienenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegende Schleiforgane (15) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeweils durch eine Vielzahl von Kontaktpunkten (21) gebildete Kontaktlinien (42) zweier in Schienenquerrichtung einander gegenüberliegender Tastrollen (7) einen Winkel (24) miteinander einschließen, der zwischen 40° und 140° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden jeweils am selben Ende (6) des Tragrahmens (5) angeordneten Tastrollen (7) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet und - mit ihren jeweils kleineren Endflächen (18) einander zugewandt - auf einer gemeinsamen, normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Drehachse (20) gelagert sowie unabhängig voneinander rotierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander zugewandten Endflächen (18) der Tastrollen (7) in Längsrichtung der Drehachse (20) voneinander distanziert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkantrieb (33) mit einem Druckelement (37), z.B. in Form einer Zentrierfeder (32), verbunden ist, welches bestrebt ist, den Tragrahmen (5) in einer in bezug auf die Schiene (2) zentrierten Position zu halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleiforgane (15) am Tragrahmen (5) in Längsrichtung des Tragrahmens (5) bzw. der Schiene (2) verschiebbar gelagert und anhand eines Antriebes (13) in Schienenlängsrichtung verstellbar ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (5) an seinen beiden Enden (6) auf mit den Tastrollen (7) verbundenen, normal zur Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Führungssäulen (9) gelagert und auf diesen anhand eines Vorschubantriebes (10) relativ zu den Tastrollen (7) verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
