Claims (28)
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung, wobei eine, zwei oder mehrere Dämmstoffplatten von einer Verpackungsbahn zumindest teilweise umschlossen ist/sind, so daß diese zum Beispiel für Transportzwecke eine gemeinsame Einheit bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verpackungsbahn (3) ein Verpackungsbahnüberstand (30) vorgesehen ist, der dazu dient, die Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1) an einem Träger, einem Gerüst oder dergleichen zu befestigen.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung, wobei ein, zwei oder mehrere Dämmstoffplatten von einer Verpackungsbahn zumindest teilweise umschlossen ist/sind, so daß diese zum Beispiel für Transportzwecke eine gemeinsame Einheit bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verpackung (1) eine Schnur (4) oder ein Band (4) angeschweißt ist, welche dazu dient, die Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1) an einem Träger, einem Gerüst oder dergleichen zu befestigen.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung, wobei ein, zwei oder mehrere Dämmstoffplatten von einer Verpackungsbahn zumindest teilweise umschlossen ist/sind, so daß diese zum Beispiel für Transportzwecke eine gemeinsame Einheit bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämmstoffplatten zumindest teilweise von einem Band (4) umgeben ist/sind, welche/s dazu dient, die Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1) an einem Träger, einem Gerüst oder dergleichen zu befestigen.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band, die Schnur schlingenartig geschlossen ist oder die Schnur/das Band (4) die Dämmstoffplatten (2, 20) nicht ganz umschlingt.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band oder der Verpackungsüberstand mindestens an einer Seite, gegebenenfalls auch an zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden der Verpackung (1) von dieser absteht/stehen.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (4) an der Verpackung (1) auf der Innen- und/oder Außenseite angeordnet ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Längsachse der Verpackungsbahn parallel oder rechtwinklig zur Längsachse des Bandes (4) angeordnet ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band, die Schnur (4) oder der Verpackungsüberstand auch als Traghilfe dient.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnur/das Band (4) aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt ist, wie die Verpackungsbahn (3).
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Material für die Verpackungsbahn (3) beziehungsweise des Bandes (4) Kunststoff, insbesondere Polyethylen, Polyamid gegebenenfalls auch wärmeschrumpfender Kunststoff oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackungsbahn (3) und/oder das Band (4) aus ein- oder mehrlagigen Folienmaterial besteht und/oder verstärkt sind.
- Dämmstoffplattenpaket, bestehend aus zwei oder mehreren Dämmstoffplatten, die von einer Dämmstoffplattenverpackungen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umgeben ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenpaket, wobei ein, zwei oder mehrere Dämmstoffplatten von einer Schnur oder einem Band umschlossen sind, welche/s insbesondere eng anliegt, so daß diese zum Beispiel für Transportzwecke eine gemeinsame Einheit bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schnur (4) oder dem Band (4) ein Überstand (40) vorgesehen ist oder ein/e weitere/s Band, Schnur oder Streifen an einer oder mehreren Dämmstoffplatten angebracht ist, die/der als Tragegriff dient und/oder dazu dient, das Dämmstoffplattenpaket (1) an einem Träger, einem Gerüst oder dergleichen zu befestigen.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung beziehungsweise Dämmstoffplattenpaket nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Dämmstoffplatte (2) eine Fassadendämmplatte, eine expandierte Polystyrolplatte, eine Polyurethanplatte, eine Leichtbauplatte oder eine Mineralfaserdämmstoffplatte vorgesehen ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung beziehungsweise Dämmstoffplattenpaket nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1), beziehungsweise das Dämmstoffplattenpaket (1) durch einen oder mehrere Knoten oder einen Binder an dem Träger beziehungsweise Gerüst befestigbar ist.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung beziehungsweise Dämmstoffplattenpaket nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überstand (30) längs teilbar ist, um mindestens zwei zusammenbindbare, zur Befestigung dienende Überstandteile zu ergeben.
- Dämmstoffplattenverpackung beziehungsweise Dämmstoffplattenpaket nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überstand (30) beziehungsweise das Band oder die Schnur in Richtung der längsten Kante (10) der Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1) beziehungsweise des Dämmstoffplattenpaketes (1) an dieser/diesem angeordnet ist und/oder die Dämmstoffplattenverpackung (1), beziehungsweise das Dämmstoffplattenpaket (1) in Richtung der längsten Kante (10) am Gerüst oder Träger herabhängt.
- Verfahren für das Verpacken und/oder Verschnüren von einem oder mehreren Gegenständen, insbesondere Dämmstoffplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung die Verpackungsbahn beziehungsweise die Schnur/das Band mit einem Überstand für das Ausbilden eines Verbindungsteiles zum Befestigen an Trägern, Gerüsten und dergleichen von dem jeweiligen Vorrat abtrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstände zuerst verpackt beziehungsweise verschnürt werden, und hernach die Verpackungsbahn beziehungsweise die Schnur/das Band mit Überstand abtrennt.
- Verfahren für das Verpacken und/oder Verschnüren von einem oder mehreren Gegenständen, insbesondere Dämmstoffplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenstände zunächst mit dem Band/der Schnur umgeben werden und hernach die Verpackungsbahn die Gegenstände verpackt oder daß die Gegenstände zuerst verpackt werden und hernach die Schnur/das Band angebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band/die Schnur als eng an den Gegenständen anliegende Schlaufe mit Überstand an den Gegenständen angebracht wird.
- Verpackungsverfahren für einen oder mehrere Gegenstände, insbesondere Dämmstoffplatten, wobei die Vorrichtung den zu verpackenden Gegenstand gegen einen Verpackungsbahnvorhang fördert, welcher sich mehrseitig um den zu verpackenden Gegenstand legt, und die Vorrichtung den Vorhang durchtrennt und wieder verbindet, und der Gegenstand zumindest teilweise längs einer Mantelfläche verpackt ist und dabei auch die Verpackungsbahnenden des Teiles der Vepackungsbahn, die die Verpackung des Gegenstandes bildet, verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verpackungsbahn durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung ein Streifen, ein Band oder eine Schnur befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung den Streifen, das Band oder die Schnur an der Verpackungsbahn festklebt oder anschweißt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 22 und 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung das Band im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längserstreckung der Verpackungsbahn befestigt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) längs der Förderrichtung (35) der Verpackungsbahn (3) bewegbar und so die Rapportlänge zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Streifen, Bändern oder Schnüren (4) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens beziehungsweise des Verpackungsverfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 18 bis 25.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) einen Greifer (61) aufweist, der den Streifen, das Band oder die Schnur (4) von einer Vorratsrolle (41) abzieht und auf der Verpackungsbahn (3) positioniert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 26 und 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsvorrichtungen (6) einen Schweißspiegel oder -leiste (64) für das Anschweißen des Streifens, des Bandes oder der Schnur (4) auf der Verpackungsbahn (3) aufweist.
