Description
- la figure 1 est une vue d'ensemble, en perspective, d'un brûleur à triple couronne de flammes agencé conformément à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective analogue
à celle de la figure 1 et montrant le même brûleur dans
lequel les deux chapeaux ont été enlevés ;
la figure 3 est une vue de dessus du brûleur montré à la figure 2 avec les deux chapeaux enlevés ; - la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du seul corps de brûleur ;
- la figure 5 est une vue schématique du brûleur de la figure 1, en coupe selon la ligne V-V ;
- les figures 6 et 7 sont des vues schématiques de deux variantes de réalisation, respectivement, du brûleur de la figure 1, en coupe selon la ligne VI-VI ; et
- la figure 8 est une vue schématique partielle, en coupe, illustrant une variante de réalisation d'une partie du brûleur conforme à l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Ensemble formé par une plaque de dessus (P) d'un appareil de cuisson, notamment à usage ménager, et par un brûleur à gaz à multiples couronnes de flammes qui est propre à être monté sur ladite plaque, lequel brûleur comporte un premier brûleur, central, possédant une couronne de flammes périphériques et au moins un second brûleur, annulaire et entourant à distance le brûleur central, possédant au moins une couronne de flammes, ce brûleur comprenant :un corps de brûleur (6) propre à être fixé à la plaque de dessus (P), sur le dessous de celle-ci, et comportant :une première arrivée de gaz (13) et, en communication avec celle-ci, un premier injecteur de gaz (14) ayant son axe dirigé vers le haut,une seconde arrivée de gaz (8) et, en communication avec celle-ci, un second injecteur de gaz (9) situé en regard d'un conduit convergent-divergent (10) formant Venturi ;une tête de brûleur extérieur (3) supportée, par des moyens de support (17, 18) engagés à travers une découpe (30) de ladite plaque de dessus (P), par ledit corps de brûleur, ladite tête de brûleur (3) comportant :une chambre (22) bordée au moins monolatéralement par des passages de flammes (4 ; 5) et possédant dans son fond (23) une ouverture (27),une région centrale (31) présentant un évidement central vertical (32), etdes lumières (29) situées entre la susdite chambre (22) et ladite région centrale (31),les susdits moyens (17, 18) de support de la tête de brûleur extérieur (3) étant configurés pour que ladite tête de brûleur (3) soit située au-dessus et à distance de la plaque de dessus (P) en ménageant avec celle-ci un espace annulaire (21) entourant ladite région centrale, lesdits moyens de support (17, 18) présentant des évidements latéraux (29) mettant en communication ledit évidement central (32) de la région centrale et ledit espace annulaire (21) ;une tête de brûleur intérieur (1) propre à être supportée centralement par la susdite tête de brûleur extérieur (3) en regard du susdit évidement central (32) de la région centrale (31), ladite tête de brûleur intérieur (1) comportant un puits central (34) dirigé coaxialement à l'axe du susdit premier injecteur de gaz (14),
ce grâce à quoi on constitue un brûleur à multiples couronnes de flammes dans lequel la totalité de l'air primaire (F) nécessaire au fonctionnement du premier brûleur, central, et du second brûleur, annulaire, est amenée respectivement aux premier et second injecteurs de gaz exclusivement par le dessus de la plaque de dessus (P), tandis que l'air secondaire (8) nécessaire aux multiples couronnes de flammes est, lui aussi, amené aux pieds des flammes exclusivement par le dessus de la plaque de dessus (P). - Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le puits central (34) de la tête de brûleur intérieur (1) est dirigé sensiblement verticalement et en ce que l'axe du premier injecteur (14) est sensiblement vertical.
- Brûleur à gaz selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le puits central (34) de la tête de brûleur intérieur et le premier injecteur (14) qui lui est sensiblement coaxial sont inclinés d'environ 15 à 20° par rapport à la verticale.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une seule chambre annulaire (22) dans la tête de brûleur extérieur (3), qui est bordée bilatéralement par des passages de flammes (4, 5), et en ce que le second brûleur, annulaire, possède deux couronnes de flammes, le brûleur étant du type à trois couronnes de flammes.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (17, 18) de support de la tête de brûleur extérieur sont solidaires de ladite tête de brûleur extérieur (3) et sont constitués sous la forme générale d'une jupe (17) saillant inférieurement sous le dessous de ladite tête (3) et d'un épaulement (18) entourant l'évidement central (32) de la région centrale de ladite tête de brûleur (3).
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre annulaire (22) de la tête de brûleur extérieur (3) est fermée, supérieurement, par un couvercle annulaire (26) amovible posé sur les parois latérales (24, 25) de la chambre (22).
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le puits central (34) de la tête de brûleur intérieur (1) présente une section décroissante en direction du haut, formant ainsi un premier tronçon de Venturi, tubulaire, et en ce que la surface supérieure de la tête de brûleur intérieur entourant l'orifice supérieur du puits central (34) définit, conjointement avec un couvercle amovible (36) la surmontant, un divergent annulaire radial (37) formant un second tronçon de Venturi, annulaire radial.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête de brûleur extérieur (3) est entourée inférieurement d'une jupe périphérique (38) inclinée vers le bas et en ce que ladite jupe périphérique est constituée sous forme d'une pièce (39) amovible.
- Brûleur à gaz selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un thermocouple (Th) de détection de présence de flammes et/ou un organe d'allumage électrique (Aℓ) et en ce que ledit thermocouple et/ou organe d'allumage sont fonctionnellement associés au brûleur central.
