Claims (9)
- Kalander mit einem Ständer (1), der in Längsrichtung schräg zur Horizontalen verläuft, und einem Walzenstapel (5), dessen Walzen (6-8) an der Unterseite des schrägen Ständers (1) gehalten sind, sowie einer einen Walzentragwagen (15) aufweisenden Transportvorrichtung zum Ein- und Ausbau der Walzen (6-8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzentragwagen (15) horizontal in Längsrichtung bis in eine Position (A1) unter der Unterwalze (6) unter dem Walzenstapel verfahrbar ist, und die Transportvorrichtung eine Walzenliftvorrichtung (13), die jeweils eine Walze (6-8) beim Einbau vom Walzentragwagen (15) in die zugehörige Stapelposition bringt und beim Ausbau aus der zugehörigen Stapelposition auf den Walzentragwagen (15) ablegt, aufweist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzentragwagen (15) auf Schienen (16) verfahrbar ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenliftvorrichtung (13) einen Kran aufweist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenliftvorrichtung (13) die jeweilige Walze auf der im Walzenstapel (5) darunter befindlichen Walze über eine begrenzte Strecke abrollen läßt.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lage der Walzen (6, 7, 8) am Ständer (1) durch Arretiereinrichtungen fixierbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiereinrichtungen durch Anschläge (24) gebildet sind, gegen die sich Walzentragteile, wie Hebel (23), unter dem Einfluß des Walzengewichts anlegen.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiereinrichtungen durch hydraulische Spannvorrichtungen (20, 21) gebildet sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Walzenstapels (5) ein eine Arbeitsbühne (19) tragender Hubtisch (18) angeordnet ist, der horizontal in Längsrichtung unter dem Walzenstapel verfahrbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubtisch (18) auf denselben Schienen (16) verfahrbar ist wie der Walzentragwagen (15).
