Definitions
- the present invention relates to textile, spun-dyed fiber material Synthetic fibers or mixtures of cellulose and synthetic fibers, in which the synthetic fiber portion is colored and its use for the production of Camouflage articles.
- Textile materials for the military sector usually consist of Synthetic fibers, such as polyester or polyamide, or made of Mixtures of cellulose and synthetic fibers.
- Synthetic fibers such as polyester or polyamide
- the aim is remission behavior that corresponds to that of natural leafy green, i.e. of Chlorophylls.
- a high level of authenticity especially with regard to light, chlorine, rubbing, washing and scouring, required.
- the present invention thus relates to a textile, spun-dyed fiber material from synthetic fibers or mixtures of cellulose and synthetic fibers for Production of military camouflage articles, characterized in that the Synthetic fiber portion is spin-dyed with a dye that is in the IR range chlorophyll-like remission course.
- the present invention also relates to the use of textile, Spun-dyed fiber material from synthetic fibers for the production of military camouflage articles, characterized in that camouflage patterns in an be printed in a known manner.
- the present invention further relates to the use of textile, spun-dyed fiber material made from blends of cellulose and synthetic fibers for the production of military camouflage articles, characterized in that the Cellulose content is dyed or printed with camouflage patterns.
- the textile, spin-dyed fiber materials according to the invention lie especially as a fabric and can consist of pure synthetic fibers, especially made of polyester or polyamide. But they prefer Blended fabrics with cellulose, being cellulose-polyester blended fabrics are particularly preferred.
- the synthetic fiber portion of the textile, spun-dyed fiber materials according to the invention is generally dyed in a medium gray, green or olive tone by means of spin dyeing.
- spin dyeing it is possible to use all dyes which are suitable for spin dyeing and which have the required reflectance curve in the IR region, which is similar to chlorophyll.
- These dyes can be used alone or as a mixture with one another. In order to achieve the desired basic colors, they can also be combined with other colorants that can be used in spin dyeing. However, it must always be ensured that the IR reflectance behavior of the end product does not have a disruptive or negative effect on the chlorophyll-typical curve shape.
- the proportions of the individual dyes or colorants used are not critical and are only determined by the desired basic color.
- Preferred dyes that can be used for the spin dyeing of the synthetic fiber portion are, for example, CI Solvent Blue 122, CI Solvent Blue 132, CI Solvent Blue 104, CI Solvent Blue 45, CI Solvent Yellow 83, CI Solvent Yellow 147, CI Solvent Brown 53, CI Disperse Violet 57 and Cl Pigment Blue 29.
- the method of spin dyeing is known as such. Pigments or soluble dyes are added to the spinning solution or the melt, which remain in the fibers during the precipitation and thus color them.
- the colorants are preferably used in the form of so-called masterbatches, which may already contain any auxiliaries required. Details on spin dyeing can be found in Römpp Chemielexikon, 9th edition, 1992, Volume 5, page 4247 and in particular the literature cited therein.
- Textile, spun-dyed fiber material according to the invention which consists exclusively of synthetic fibers, can also be used as such for use as a camouflage article, if only a plain dyeing is desired. In this case, the desired shade is obtained exclusively by spin dyeing using appropriate amounts of dye.
- the desired camouflage patterns in the corresponding camouflage shades are printed in a second step.
- the same dyes can be used that were already used in spin dyeing.
- disperse dyes are used for polyester fibers and acid or metal complex dyes for polyamide fibers.
- the lightest shade is usually light green.
- the textile, spun-dyed fiber material according to the invention consists of a mixture of cellulose and synthetic fibers, it can be used for the production of military camouflage articles by dyeing or printing only the cellulose portion in a second operation. If a uni-colored end product is to be obtained, the dye present from the spin dyeing is over-dyed with a dye suitable for cellulose fibers. It is advantageous if the hue produced by the spin dyeing has already been set very close to the final hue.
- the textile according to the invention are spin-dyed Fiber materials made from a blend of cellulose and synthetic fibers exist, but printed in a second step with camouflage patterns, whereby in turn, dyes suitable for cellulose are used. It is in preferred in this case, the spin dyeing in a medium gray, green or Olivton and the subsequent printing with typical camouflage nuances such as Black, brown and various olive or green tones. The middle tones of the spin dyeing are thereby from the stronger, overprinted Nuances are superimposed and do not disturb the overall picture of the finished product.
- cellulose suitable dyes in question for dyeing or printing the cellulose part, all come for cellulose suitable dyes in question, although care must be taken that their IR reflectance curve is also similar to that of chlorophyll or at least the reflectance curve used for the spin dyeing Dye not too badly affected.
- a variant of the present Invention can also be used with an extremely low remitting black Dye can be printed, which completes the chlorophyll-like remission curve eliminated.
- the IR reflectance values correspond to those of the natural soil, so that it can also be used for camouflage purposes is advantageous.
- the cellulose content usable dyes can be used alone or in mixtures with one another wide mixing ratios can be used.
- Preferred dyes suitable for cellulose are in particular vat dyes and sulfur dyes.
- Particularly suitable dyes are Cl Vat Yellow 4, Cl Vat Yellow 33, Cl Vat Orange 1, Cl Vat Orange 7, Cl Vat Orange 11, Cl Vat Orange 15, Cl Vat Blue 5, CI Vat Blue 19, Cl Vat Blue 66 , Cl Vat Green 1, Cl Vat Green 3, Cl Vat Green 9, Cl Vat Green 13, Cl Vat Brown 1, Cl Vat Brown 3, Cl Vat Brown 57, Cl Vat Black 7, Cl Vat Black 8, Cl Vat Black 9 , Cl Vat Black 19, Cl Vat Black 25, Cl Vat Black 27, Cl Sulfur Black 1, Cl Sulfur Black 6 and Cl Sulfur Black 7.
- Spun-dyed fiber material can be made according to the methods known per se
- the different classes of dyes are applied, for example with H. Rath, Textbook of Textile Chemistry, Springer Verlag, Berlin, Heidelberg, New York, 3rd edition 1972, especially pages 557-568, 571-575, 678.683 and 703-704 or with M.Peter and H.K. Rouette, basics of textile finishing, Deutscher fraverlag, 13th revised edition, 1989, especially pages 500-509 and 624-625.
- Shades of camouflage are printed on the fabric produced according to Example 1a), a printing paste of the following composition being used. 13.0 g / kg Cl Vat Orange 01 16.0 g / kg Cl Vat Blue 66 10.0 g / kg Cl Vat Black 27 700.0 g / kg Thickening for 2-phase fixation 261.0 g / kg Compensation (water or thickening) 1,000.00g After a 2-phase fixation, which is common for vat dyes, a dark green shade with IR reflectance values is obtained which comes very close to that of natural chlorophyll in the dark green area.
- the textile fabric produced according to Example 1a) is in a continuous dyeing process over-dyed with the vat dyes mentioned in Example 2.
- the textile fabric produced according to Example 1a) is in a continuous dyeing process over-dyed with the sulfur dyes mentioned in Example 4.
- a masterbatch for PA spin dyeing consisting of 40% Cl Solvent Blue 132, 40% Cl Solvent Yellow 83 and 20% Carrier for PA is used with a concentration of 2.5% as spin dyeing for PA (PA 6 or PA6.6) - Fiber production used.
- An olive-green polyamide fiber is obtained, which is spun and woven, knitted or tiled into a textile fabric. The fabric is dyed uniformly and can then be printed in the usual way with dye classes typical of polyamide fibers, such as acid, metal complex or reactive dyes.
- the polyamide fibers obtained according to Example 6 are with cotton fibers in Ratio 50:50 mixed and as described in a textile fabric transferred. This structure is analogous to Examples 1b, 2 or 4 Printed camouflage shades.
Abstract
Description
Solvent Blue 122, C.I. Solvent Blue 132, C.I. Solvent Blue 104, C.I. Solvent Blue 45, C.I. Solvent Yellow 83, C.l. Solvent Yellow 147, C.I. Solvent Brown 53, C.l. Disperse Violet 57 und C.l. Pigment Blue 29.
Vat Yellow 4, C.l. Vat Yellow 33, C.l. Vat Orange 1, C.l. Vat Orange 7, C.l. Vat Orange 11, C.l. Vat Orange 15, C.l. Vat Blue 5, C.I. Vat Blue 19, C.l. Vat Blue 66, C.l. Vat Green 1, C.l. Vat Green 3, C.l. Vat Green 9, C.l. Vat Green 13, C.l. Vat Brown 1, C.l. Vat Brown 3, C.l. Vat Brown 57, C.l. Vat Black 7, C.l. Vat Black 8, C.l. Vat Black 9, C.l. Vat Black 19, C.l. Vat Black 25, C.l. Vat Black 27, C.l. Sulfur Black 1, C.l. Sulfur Black 6 und C.l. Sulfur Black 7 erwiesen.
