Claims (10)
- Schieberstange zur Bewegung und Fixierung von EisenbahnWeichenzungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schieberstange (13) einen mittleren Abschnitt (2) und zwei Seitenabschnitte (1) umfasst, wobei sich der mittlere Abschnitt (2) im Einbauzustand unterhalb der zwei fluchtenden Seitenabschnitte (1) befindet. - Schieberstange nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der mittlere Abschnitt als Mittelstück (2) und die Seitenabschnitte als zwei Seitenstücke (1) ausgebildet sind, wobei das Mittelstück (2) und die Seitenstücke (1) über Verbindungsstücke miteinander verbunden sind. - Schieberstange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gleitkontaktfläche der Schieberstange (13) im Bereich des Zungenklobens (9) molybdänbeschichtet ist. - Schieberstange nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Verschlusskammer (8) mitbewegt werden kann. - Schieberstange nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Mittelstück (2) und die Seitenstücke (1) aus mikrolegiertem Stahl geschmiedet sind. - Schieberstange nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,

zwischen dem Mittelstück (2) und den jeweiligen Seitenstücken (1) eine Schraubverbindung (3, 4) besteht und sich jeweils ein Isolationselement (5) zwischen Mittelstück (2) und den Seitenstücken (1) befindet. - Schieberstange nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich ein Stellmotor (16) wahlweise außenseitig oder in der Mitte der Schieberstange (13) anbringen lässt. - Schieberstange nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Mittelstück (2) und die Seitenstücke (1) mit Isolationsmaterial beschichtet ist. - Weichenstellsystem umfassend eine Verschlussschwelle (12), zwei Backenschienen (11), die auf der Verschlussschwelle (12) befestigbar sind, zwei Zungenschienen (10), die relativ zu den Backenschienen (11) bewegbar sind, und eine Schieberstange (13) mit den Merkmalen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schieberstange (13) auf zwei Rollen (15) gelagert ist. - Weichenstellsystem nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verschlussschwelle als hohl gestaltete Stahlschwelle (12) ausgebildet ist.
