Claims (8)
- Fertigkeller (10, 10'), hergestellt aus Betonfertigteilen, wobei der Kellerboden aus mehreren Betonfertigplatten (11, 11', 17, 17') zusammengesetzt ist und die Kellerwände Betonfertigteile (12, 13, 13') sind oder aus mehreren Betonfertigteilen (12, 13, 13') zusammengesetzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kellerdecke ein Betonfertigteil ist oder aus mehreren Betonfertigteilen (14) zusammengesetzt ist, dass das Kellerfundament von an den Berandungen der Betonfertigplatte (11, 11', 17, 17') des Kellerbodens während der Vorfertigung angegossenen Fundamentauflagern (15) gebildet ist und dass das Fundamentauflager (15) an einer Berandung einer Betonfertigplatte (11, 11') eine absatzförmige Aussparung (16) aufweist, die ein Auflager für die benachbarte Betonfertigplatte (17, 17') bildet.
- Fertigkeller (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Kellerfundament bildenden Auflager (15) an der Kelleraußenseite angeschrägt sind.

- Fertigkeller (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatten (11, 17) im Randbereich eine absatzförmige Aussparung (18) zur Aufnahme des Fußbereichs der Betonfertigteile (13) für die Kellerwände aufweisen.
- Fertigkeller (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonfertigteile (11, 17) für den Kellerboden eine glatte Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Fertigkeller (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonfertigteile (14) für die Decke eine absatzförmige Aussparung (20) zur Aufnahme des oberen Bereiches der Betonfertigteile für die Kelleraußenwände (13) aufweisen.
- Fertigkeller (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonfertigteile (14) für die Decke als Hohlkörperdecke, Rippendecke, Trogplatten, Leicht- oder Normalbetonvollmassivplatten oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind.
- Fertigkeller (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betonfertigteile (11, 12, 13, 14, 17) Aussparungen für Fenster, Türen, Treppenaufgänge, Rohre und dergleichen aufweisen.
