Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen eines Gargeräts mit einem Garraum, bei dem zumindest eine Sprühdüse in den Garraum angeordnet, mit zumindest einer Zufuhrleitung für Wasser, Reiniger, Klarspüler und/oder Entkalker in den Garraum, insbesondere lösbar, verbunden und dort zu einer Drehbewegung angetrieben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Drehpunkt der Drehbewegung zyklisch durch den Garraum gefahren wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zumindest eine Sprühdüse mit zumindest zwei, vorzugsweise drei, Rotationsfreiheitsgraden um den Drehpunkt und zumindest einem Rotationsfreiheitsgrad des Drehpunkts durch den Garraum bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zumindest eine Sprühdüse auf einer Zufallstrajektorie, stochastisch, getaktet und/oder mit sich verändernder Geschwindigkeit durch den Garraum bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bewegung der zumindest einen Sprühdüse über Flüssigkeitsdruckvariationen, vorzugsweise ohne Hilfsenergie, angetrieben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, sobald die zumindest eine Sprühdüse mit der zumindest einen Zufuhrleitung in Wirkverbindung gebracht wird, nur noch ein Garraumreinigen eingestellt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
automatisch verhindert wird, daß Reiniger, Klarspüler und/oder Entkalker in die Wasserversorgung des Gargeräts eindringt beziehungsweise eindringen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest eine weitere Sprühdüse im Garraum und/oder Gebläseraum zum Versprühen von Wasser, Reiniger, Klarspüler und/oder Entkalker angeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
beim Reinigen ein Gebläse außerhalb des Garraums eingeschaltet und versprühte Flüssigkeit innerhalb des kompletten Gargeräts zirkuliert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zirkulation der Flüssigkeit von zumindest einem, vorzugsweise als Düse und/oder als Schutz vor einer Zerstäubung durch Kontakt mit einer Heizeinrichtung wirkenden, Luftleitblech unterstützt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Dampf und/oder Heißluft, vorzugsweise regelbar, in den Garraum eingeleitet wird beziehungsweise werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zuerst ein Reinigungsprogramm ausgewählt und dann gestartet wird, wobei folgende Reinigungsschritte nacheinander durchführbar sind:a) Dämpfen, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;b) Einbringen eines Reinigers, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;c) Einwirken des Reinigers, vorzugsweise bei ausgeschaltetem Gebläse;d) Klarspülen, insbesondere mit Wasser, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;e) Einbringen eines Entkalkers, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;f) Einwirken des Entkalkers, vorzugsweise bei ausgeschaltetem Gebläse;g) Klarspülen, insbesondere mit Wasser, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;h) und/oderi) Trocknen, insbesondere mit Heißluft, vorzugsweise bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse;
wobei während zumindest einer der Schritte b) bis g) zusätzlich ein Dämpfen durchführbar ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schritte a) bis g), einzeln oder gruppenweise, je nach Verschmutzungsgrad, wiederholbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens zum Reinigen eines Gargeräts mit einem Garraum nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Reinigungseinrichtung (2, 2', 2", 2"') im Bereich einer Zufuhrleitung (11, 11', 21') für Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, an eine Garraumwand (1a, 1'a, 1"a, 1"'a), vorzugsweise lösbar und/oder verriegelbar, über eine Halterung (14, 14', 20, 20') anschließbar ist und ein Sprühkopfsystem (16, 17a, 17', 17b, 17'b, 26a, 26b, 27a, 27b) umfaßt, das relativ zur Halterung (11, 11", 20, 20") anhebbar bzw. absenkbar und/oder drehbeweglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest ein Kontakt durch Anschließen der Reinigungseinrichtung (2, 2', 2", 2"') betätigbar ist, wie ein Reed-Kontakt (12a) über einen Magneten (12b), und der Kontakt mit einer Gargerätesteuenmg verbunden ist, um zwischen der Aktivierbarkeit von Garprogrammen und Reinigungsprogrammen zu schalten. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Sprühkopfsystem (16, 17a, 17'a, 17b, 17'b, 26a, 26b, 27a, 27b) über Wasserdruck und Schwerkraft bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Sprühkopfsystem (16,17a, 17'a, 17b, 17'b, 26a, 26b, 27a, 27b) an der Halterung (14, 14' 20, 20') über einen Sprüharm (15, 15', 25, 25'), insbesondere in Form einer Parallelführung, angebracht ist, wobei der Sprüharm (15, 15', 25, 25') hydraulisch relativ zur Halterung (14, 14', 20, 20') drehbeweglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Sprühkopfsystem eine an den zumindest einen Sprüharm (15, 15', 25,25') mit zumindest einem Rotationsfreiheitsgrad drehbeweglich angebrachte Sprühkopfhalterung (16,26a, 26b) und zumindest einen Sprühkopf (17a, 17'a, 17b, 17'b, 27a, 27b) mit jeweils mindestens einer Sprühdüse umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an der zumindest eine Sprühkopfhalterung (16,26a, 26b) mehrere Sprühköpfe (17a, 17'a, 17b, 17'b, 27a, 27b) angebracht sind, wobei der Schwerpunkt der Sprühkopfhalterung samt der Sprühköpfe vorzugsweise einen Drehpunkt mit zumindest zwei Rotationsfreiheitsgraden darstellt.
