It can be provided that steps a) to g), individually or in groups, depending on Degree of pollution, are repeatable.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for performing to provide a method according to the invention.
This object is achieved in that a cleaning device in Area of a supply line for liquid, in particular water, to a cooking chamber wall, preferably detachable and / or lockable, can be connected via a holder and a spray head system comprises, which can be raised or lowered and / or rotated relative to the holder is.
It is also proposed according to the invention that at least one contact by connecting the cleaning device can be actuated, such as a reed contact via a magnet, and the Contact with a cooking device control is connected between the activatability of Switch cooking programs and cleaning programs.
According to the invention it can also be provided that the spray head system uses water pressure and gravity is movable.
Alternatively, it can be provided according to the invention that the spray head system the holder via a spray arm, in particular in the form of a parallel guide, attached is, the spray arm is hydraulically rotatable relative to the bracket.
It is preferred according to the invention that the spray head system one at least one Spray arm rotatably attached with at least one degree of freedom of rotation Spray head holder and at least one spray head, each with at least one spray nozzle comprises, the at least one spray head a rotary spray head, for example with Deflection plate for clocked rotation, can be.
According to the invention, several spray heads can be attached to the at least one spray head holder be attached, the center of gravity of the spray head holder including the spray heads preferably represents a fulcrum with at least two degrees of freedom of rotation.
The invention is therefore based on the surprising finding that in addition to a Rotational movement of at least one spray nozzle with up to three degrees of freedom of rotation by one Fulcrum another movement, namely the fulcrum itself, must take place to Spray shadow especially in the case of the arrangement of mounting racks with rails in the Avoid the cooking space entirely.
The cleaning effect is further improved according to the invention in that steam especially for loosening dirt, hot air especially for enlarging the Whirling, a blower also for cleaning the entire interior of the cooking appliance and / or an impact surface in particular to avoid atomization of water and / or cleaning agents by contacting a heater and to support a Swirling can be used optionally.
According to the invention, a number of safety measures are also used to protect the environment provide how to use a pressure switch and a backflow preventer Avoiding pollution of a water supply, especially one Domestic water supply, with chemicals required for cleaning. To do this, use the Invention proposed an optimized water supply control system.
Finally, the cleaning program control according to the invention ensures Consideration of the four cleaning parameters, namely temperature, time, chemistry and Mechanics, in combination with each other.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 a and 1 b, there is a inside of a cooking space
Cooking chamber wall 1a, a
Furthermore, the
The
Ventilsteuerung 110 geregelt.Further details of the hydraulics of a cleaning device according to the invention result
from Figure 2b, according to which a cleaning device 2 'in connection with a

A corresponding valve control is shown by way of example in FIG. 3. As in Figure 3
is a water supply 300 'with a
In Figure 4, a liquid supply system for spray heads 17'a and 17'b is one
shown cleaning device according to the invention. Accordingly, water can over a
As can be seen from FIGS. 5a and 5b, a further comprises according to the invention
Device a
untere Sprühkopf 27b fast die untere Garraumwand 1"a kontaktiert.
Behälter 22, bis schließlich wieder die in Figur 5a gezeigte Ausgangsstellung erreicht ist.5a shows an initial position of the
In addition to the stroke movement of the
According to the invention, it has proven to be favorable for avoiding spray shadows
emphasized when the upward movement of the
Garraumwand 1"'a angebracht.
Sobald der Kolben 23'a an
FIGS. 6a and 6b show a special configuration of the movement drive area
of a cleaning device 2 '' according to the invention. Here, a
The pressure of the liquid in line 24 and thus the spray head system is above one
The various cleaning steps listed above can be viewed on the display follow. Once cleaning is complete, the invention Cleaning device can be removed again from the cooking space to cook food to enable.
The in the above description, in the drawings and the claims Disclosed features of the invention can be used individually as well as in any Combination for realizing the invention in its various Embodiments may be essential.
