Claims (7)
- Eckverbinder (10) für Falzverbreitungsprofile (4) mit folgenden Merkmalen:der Eckverbinder (10) weist zwei im rechten Winkel zueinander verlaufende Schenkel (21) auf;an seiner Außenseite weist der Eckverbinder (10) Mittel zum Einrasten des Eckverbinders (10) in eine Nut (6) des Blendrahmen- bzw. Flügelrahmenprofils (1) auf;an seiner Innenseite weist der Eckverbinder (10) eine Nut (7) zur Aufnahme einer Glasleiste auf.
- Eckverbinder (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eckverbinder (10) Mittel zur formschlüssigen Fixierung mit den stirnseitig angrenzenden Falzverbreiterungsprofilen (4) aufweist.
- Eckverbinder (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, da durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eckverbinder (10) in wenigstens einem Teilbereich (17) eine Zone erhöhter Elastizität aufweist.
- Eckverbinder (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, da durch gekennzeichnet, daß die an die Falzverbreiterungsprofile (4) angrenzenden Stirnflächen (11, 12) des Eckverbinders (10) elastische Zwischenlagen (19) aufweisen.
- Eckverbinder (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel zum Einrasten des Eckverbinders (10) in die Nut (6) des Blendrahmen- bzw. Flügelrahmenprofils (1) Stege (15) verwendet werden, die im Eckbereich eine Fase (24) aufweisen.
- Eckverbinder (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine offene Durchbrechung (20) im Gehrungsbereich zum Einspritzen einer Dichtmasse (22) zwischen Eckverbinder und Gehrungsbereich des Blend- oder Flügelrahmens (2).
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blendrahmen (2) oder Flügelrahmen mit Falzverbreiterung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:auf Gehrung geschnittene Blend- oder Flügelrahmenprofile (1) werden zu einem Rahmen (2) verschweißt;in die Innenecken (25) des Blend- bzw. Flügelrahmens (2) werden jeweils Eckverbinder (10) eingesteckt;zwischen je zwei benachbarten Eckverbindern (10) wird ein Falzverbreiterungsprofil (4) in eine entsprechende Aufnahmenut des Blend- bzw. Flügelrahmens (2) eingerastet, wobei die Stirnflächen (11, 12) der Eckverbinder (10) an die entsprechenden Stirnflächen der Falzverbreiterungsprofile (4) angrenzen.
