Claims (14)
- Bördelvorrichtung für Bleche, insbesondere für Karosseriebleche im Fahrzeugbau, mit einem Grundgestell (1), mit einem heb- und senkbaren Bördelbett (5) und mit in den Arbeitsbereich des Bördelbettes beweglichen Bördelbacken (17, 18),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
ein Bördelwerkzeug (2) die wesentlichen werkstückspezifischen Komponenten, vor allem das Bördelbett (20) und die Bördelbacken (17, 18), aufweist und als wechselbare Einheit im Grundgestell (1) angeordnet ist. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bördelantrieb (21) für das Bördelbett im Grundgestell angeordnet ist. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Bördelantrieb (21) für das Bördelbett ein wechselbare Einheit ist, die im wesentlichen eine auf dem Grundgestell befestigte Antriebsgrundplatte (22), einen beweglichen, im Grundgestell geführten Bördelheber (5'), der das Bördelbett (20) trägt, und einen Antrieb zwischen Antriebsgrundplatte (22) und Bördelheber (5') umfaßt. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antrieb für den Versatzhub des Bördelbettes (20) zwischen den Bördelbacken (17, 18) mittels einer elektrisch angetriebenen Spindelhubvorrichtung und der Arbeitshub für den Bördelvorgang mittels eines oder mehrerer Druckluftkissen (24) erfolgt. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bördelheber(5') und Spindelhubvorrichtung auf den Druckluftkissen (24) angeordnet sind. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das der Bördelheber (5') für die Dauer des Arbeitshubes auf Abstandsklötzen (30) gelagert ist, die Abstandsklötze (30) dem Versatzhub entsprechende Absätze (32, 33) für die Lagerung des Bördelhebers (5') aufweisen und die Abstandklötze (30) auf einer Arbeitshubgrundplatte (25) verschieblich gelagert sind. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Grundgestell (1) eine in horizontaler Richtung gesehen durchgehende Werkzeugaufnahme (12) von mindestens der Größe des Bördelwerkzeuges (2) aufweist, so daß das Bördelwerkzeug (2) von einer beliebigen Seite in das Grundgestell (1) hinein und wieder herausgeschoben werden kann. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
am Grundgestell (1) Wechseltische (34) zur Aufnahme von Bördelwerkzeugen (2) ein- ober beidseitig der Werkzeugaufnahme (12) angebracht sind. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Antriebe für die Bördelbacken im Grundgestell (1) angeordnet sind. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Antriebe (39) für die Bördelbacken im Grundgestell (1) seitlich an der Werkzeugaufnahme (12) angeordnet sind und ihre Kraft direkt auf die Bördelschieber (37) mit gleicher Bewegungsrichtung und indirekt über Hilfsschieber 41) auf die Bördelschieber (38) mit ungleicher Bewegungsrichtung, jeweils bezogen auf die Antriebsrichtung, übertragen. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bördelwerkzeug (2) eine Grundplatte (13) und eine Deckplatte (14) aufweist, die beide zusammen mit Abstandshaltem (15) an den Ecken den Werkzeugrahmen bilden und die in ihren Zwischenräumen die beweglichen Bördelschieber (16) mit den Bördelbacken (17, 18) aufnehmen. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Grundplatte (13) einen Durchbruch von mindestens der Größe des Bördelbettes (20) und die Deckplatte (14) eine Werkstücköffnung (10) von mindestens der Größe eines Werkstückes (11) aufweist. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bördelbett (20) für den Werkzeugwechsel in einer Lage innerhalb des Bördelwerkzeuges (2) fixiert wird. - Bördelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für das Bördelbett (20) im Grundgestell (1) eine abgesenkte Lage (43) vorgesehen ist, wodurch das Bördelwerkzeug (2) ohne Bördelbett (20) zu Wartungszwecken aus der Werkzeugaufnahme (12) entfernt werden kann.
