Claims (11)
- Versenkbarer Zapfhahn für Getränkedosen (3), die in der Wandung (1) nahe dem Boden angeordnete Löcher (2) aufweisen, mit einer äußeren Hülse (4) mit einem Rastmechanismus an dem äußeren Ende zur Anbringung in der Dosenöffnung, bestehend aus inneren Rastkeilen (5), einem äußeren Flansch (6) sowie einem zwischen diesen liegenden flachen ersten Dichtungsring (7), wobei im Inneren der äußeren Hülse (4) eine gegen einen vorderen Anschlag (23) verschiebbare innere Hülse (8) angeordnet ist, die einen am Dosenäußeren liegenden Griff (9) trägt und an das innere Ende der Hülse ein Stopfen (10) angeformt ist, der im in die äußere Hülse (4) vollständig eingeschobenen Zustand der inneren Hülse (8) von einer an der äußeren Hülse (4) anliegenden Schutzhülle (11) abgedichtet ist, die nach dem Herausziehen der inneren Hülse (8) einen in deren Inneren liegenden Kanal (12) freigibt, wobei die innere Hülse (8) ferner einen nahe ihrem äußeren Ende liegenden Kragen (13) aufweist und koaxial zu diesem ein Stößel (14) angeordnet ist, der diesen durchgreift und der eine gegen den Kragen (13) innen anliegende Dichtlippe (15) trägt und gegen einen Anschlag (16) der inneren Hülse (8) an deren äußerem Ende eine Gummihaube (17) anliegt, die mit dem Stößel (14) verbunden ist und die Länge des Stößels (14) so gewählt ist, daß im entspannten bzw. nahezu entspannten Zustand der Gummihaube (17) die Dichtlippe (15) am Kragen (13) anliegt und die innere Hülse (8) dem Stößel (14) zugeordnet ein Zapfloch (29) trägt und wobei die innere (8) und die äußere Hülse (4) über einen Nocken (19) sowie einen Kurvenschlitz (20) miteinander verbunden sind, welcher beim Drehen des Griffes (9) die innere Hülse (8) nach außen treibt und der Kurvenschlitz (20) in der äußeren Hülse (4) angeordnet ist und diese eine untenliegende Entleerungsbohrung (21) aufweist, die mit einem Einsatz (22) verschlossen ist, wobei die Entleerungsbohrung nahe dem Anschlag (23) angeordnet und der Einsatz (22) vom Nocken (19) auswerfbar ist.
- Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (19) einen Durchbruch (31) aufweist, über welchen die Entleerungsbohrung (21) mit dem Kanal (12) der inneren Hülse (8) verbindbar ist.
- Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gummihaube (17) über eine mittig angeordnete Tülle (18) mit dem Stößel (14) verrastet ist.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen die äußere (4) und die innere Hülle (8) ein zweiter Dichtring (30) eingelegt ist.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurvenschlitz (20) einen Drehwinkel von 90° umfaßt und danach koaxial zu den Hülsen verläuft.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzhülle (11) über die äußere Hülse (4) und über den Stopfen (10) gezogen ist, wobei sie etwa bündig mit diesem endet und nach dem Herausziehen der inneren Hülse (8) den Zugang aus dem Doseninneren zum Kanal (12) freigibt.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken (19) und der Stopfen (10) an einem Einsatz (28) in die innere Hülse (8) angeordnet ist.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um den Stopfen (10) ein mit dem Kanal (12) verbundener Ringraum (26) angeordnet ist.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (10) über beabstandete Nasen (27) mit der inneren Hülse (8) bzw. dem Einsatz (28) verbunden ist.
- Zapfhahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (9) zwei gegenüberliegende Flügel (32) aufweist, die an eine mit der inneren Hülse (8) verbundenen Platte (33) angeformt sind, wobei die Arme (32) im vollständig eingeschobenen Zustand der inneren Hülse (8) senkrecht und nach dem Herausziehen waagerecht stehen.
- Zapfhahn nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (33) eine Öffnung (34) aufweist, an der eine Originalsicherung (35) befestigbar ist.
