Das Reinigungsrakelsystem 8 ist während des Beschichtungsprozesses zur Auftragwalze 3, z.B. mittels Drehgelenk und Arbeitszylinder, an- bzw. abstellbar. Im angestellten Zustand ist über das Zuführsystem 24 und das Rücklaufsystem 25 ein Reinigungsfluid einbringbar. Bei Bedarf ist dann das Ultraschallschwingsystem 9 aktivierbar.
Bevorzugt ist bei einer Auftragwalze 3 mit glatter Oberfläche das Reinigungsrakelsystem 8 mit Rakelblättern und Zuführ- und Rücklaufsystem 24,25 einsetzbar. Bei Verwendung einer gerasterten Auftragwalze 3 wird bevorzugt das o.g. Reinigungssystem 8 mit zusätzlichem Ultraschallschwingsystem 9 eingesetzt.

Claims (5)
- Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine mit Druckeinheiten für den Mehrfarbendruck und wenigstens einer Beschichtungseinheit, wobei jede Beschichtungseinheit einen Bogenführungszylinder, einen Formzylinder und ein Dosiersystem mit einer Auftragwalze aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede den Druckwerken (12) in Förderrichtung (5) nachgeordnete Beschichtungseinheit (13, 14) ein der Auftragwalze (3) an- und abstellbar zugeordnetes Reinigungsrakelsystem (8) aufweist, welches in Drehrichtung (7) der Auftragwalze (3) des Dosiersystems (20) vorgeordnet ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Reinigungsrakelsystem (8) aus einem Schließrakel und einem Arbeitsrakel und seitlichen Dichtelementen gebildet ist und ein Ultraschallschwingsystem (9) aufweist, dessen Schallschwingungen unmittelbar auf die Walzenoberfläche der Auftragwalze (3) gerichtet sind. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Ultraschallschwingsystem (9) während des Beschichtungsprozesses zuschaltbar oder abschaltbar ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Reinigungsrakelsystem (8) während des Beschichtungsprozesses mit der Auftragwalze (3) in oder außer Funktionsverbindung bringbar ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach wenigstens Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Reinigungsrakelsystem (8) mit einem Zuführsystem (24) und einem Rücklaufsystem (25) für den Umlauf von Reinigungsfluid gekoppelt ist.
