Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine aufblasbare Sitzeinrichtung, insbesondere einen Sitzball (2), mit einem luftdichten Mantel (4), welcher einen luft- oder gasgefüllten Hohlraum aufspannt. Um den Sitzkomfort zu erhöhen, ist vorgesehen, daß der Mantel (4) an seiner Außenfläche einen lösbaren und an die Form des Mantels (4) angepaßten Bezug (3) aufweist.

Description

Aufblasbare Sitzeinrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine aufblasbare Sitzeinrichtung, insbesondere einen Sitzball, gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
Aufblasbare Sitzbälle bestehen üblicherweise aus einem gas- bzw. luftundurchlässigem Material, wie Kunststoff, Gummi od. dgl., sind luft- oder gasgefüllt und werden als ergonomisch günstige Sitzeinrichtungen, beispielsweise für Schreibtischarbeiten, eingesetzt. Da der Mantel des Sitzballes funktionsbedingt keinen Luftaustausch gestattet und somit nicht atmungsaktiv ist, wird der Sitzkomfort allerdings bei längerer Benutzung stark eingeschränkt. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, daß der Sitzball aufgrund seiner Form bei Nichtbenutzung und insbesondere bei nicht waagrechtem Untergrund zum Wegrollen neigt.
Aus der DE-A 43 31 369 ist ein Stuhl bekannt, der aus einem Ring und einem darin gelagerten Ball besteht, der zum Sitzen dient. Der Ball kann durch einen Überzug gegen Herunterfallen und Wegrollen gesichert sein. Eine ähnliche Lösung ist aus der US-A 5,690,389 bekannt, wobei hier ein ballförmiger Körper auf einem Gestell befestigt ist. Auch aus der AT- U 1 995 ist ein Stuhl beschrieben, bei dem ein Ball auf einem Drehstuhlgestell befestigt ist. Allen diesen Lösungen ist gemeinsam, daß die entsprechende Unterkonstruktion aufwendig ist und daß der Sitzkomfort nicht optimal ist.
Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, diese Nachteile zu vermeiden und bei einer aufblasbaren Sitzeinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art einen einfachen Aufbau zu erreichen und den Sitzkomfort zu erhöhen.
Durch die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Lösung werden mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig gelöst. Durch Verwendung von atmungsaktiven und klimatisierenden Materialien wird die Transpiration wesentlich vermindert, und es wird der subjektive Sitzkomfort erhöht. Gleichzeitig wird das Wegrollen verhindert, ohne eine besondere Unterkonstruktion vorsehen zu müssen. Darüber hinaus kann der Mantel leicht durch die Öffnung entnommen werden, wenn zuvor die Luft ausgelassen wird.
Der Sitzkomfort kann auch weiter erhöht werden, wenn der Bezug aus mehreren Schichten besteht. Dabei ist in einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß der Bezug ein Unterfutter und eine Außenhaut aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise zwischen dem Unterfutter und der Außenhaut eine Füllung angeordnet ist. Die Außenhaut des Bezuges besteht vorteilhafterweise aus Leder, Stoff oder einem sonstigem atmungsaktiven und klimatisierendem Material. Als Füllung wird ebenfalls ein atmungsaktives, klimatisierendes Material, vorzugsweise verwebte Schafwolle, verwendet. Das Unterfutter kann aus Stoff bestehen und hat vor allem die Funktion, eine gute Haftung zwischen dem Bezug und dem Mantel des Sitzballes zu erreichen. In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung kann weiters vorgesehen sein, daß der Bezug den Mantel der Sitzeinrichtung umschließt, wobei eine kalottenförmige Aufstandsfläche des Mantels der Sitzeinrichtung ausgenommen ist. Durch die kalottenförmige Ausnehmung des Bezuges im Bereich der Aufstandsfläche der Sitzeinrichtung wird eine gute Haftung am Untergrund erreicht. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Bezug eine ringförmige Verstärkung, welche vorzugsweise im Bereich des Randes an der Grenze zur kalottenförmigen Aufstandfläche angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann das ungewollte Wegrollen des Sitzballes wirksam unterbunden werden. Dabei ist vorgesehen, daß die ringförmige Verstärkung einen vorzugsweise ringförmigen eingelegten Keder, vorzugsweise aus Leder, Gummi oder Kunststoff, aufweist.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren näher erläutert.
Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Sitzeinrichtung und Fig. 2 das Detail II aus Fig. 1.
Der auf einem Untergrund 1 aufliegende, die Sitzeinrichtung bildende Sitzball 2 ist mit einem Bezug 3 versehen, welcher lösbar mit dem Mantel 4 verbunden ist.
Der Bezug 3 besteht aus einer Außenhaut 5, einer Füllung 6 und einem Unterfutter 7. Als Material wird für die Außenhaut 5 und die Füllung 6 ein atmungsaktives, klimatisierendes Material verwendet, wobei sich als Außenhaut besonders Leder oder Stoff und als Füllung 6 verwebte Schafwolle bewährt hat. Das Unterfutter 7 besteht vorteilhafter Weise aus Stoff. Der Bezug 3 umschließt den Sitzball 2, wobei eine kalottenförmige Aufstandsfläche 8 des Sitzballes 3 freibleibt. Im Bereich des ringförmigen Randes 9 des Bezuges 3 ist eine ringförmige Verstärkung 10 vorgesehen, welche einen eingelegten Keder 11, etwa aus Leder, Gummi oder Kunststoff, aufweist. Dadurch wird ein ungewolltes Wegrollen des Sitzballes verhindert.
Vor dem Füllen des Sitzballes 2 mit Luft oder Gas wird der Bezug 3 über den Mantel 4 gestülpt. Während der Füllung schmiegt sich der Mantel 4 an den Bezug 3 an, wodurch eine enge Verbindung zwischen Bezug 3 und Mantel 4 hergestellt wird.
Der Bezug 3 kann gegebenenfalls durch Entleerung des Sitzballes 2 wieder auf einfache Weise entfernt werden.
Durch den mehrschichtigen Bezug 3 kann der Sitzkomfort für den Benutzer wesentlich gesteigert werden.
Die Handhabung des Sitzballes kann durch Halteschlaufen 12 vereinfacht werden, die am Bezug 3 aufgenäht sind.
Selbstverständlich kann die Sitzeinrichtung neben kugelähnlicher Form auch quader- oder würfelähnliche Form aufweisen.

Claims

P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E
1. Aufblasbare Sitzeinrichtung, insbesondere Sitzball (2), mit einem luftdichten Mantel (4), welcher einen luft- oder gasgefüllten Hohlraum aufspannt, wobei der Mantel (4) an seiner Außenfläche einen lösbaren und an die Form des Mantels (4) angepaßten Bezug (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Bezug (3) zumindest teilweise aus atmungsaktiven und oder klimatisierenden Materialien besteht, und daß der Bezug (3) die Sitzeinrichtung umschließt, wobei eine kalottenförmige Aufstandsfläche (8) des Mantels (4) der Sitzeinrichtung ausgenommen ist, mit der die Sitzeinrichtung am Boden aufliegt.
2. Sitzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bezug (3) eine ringförmige Verstärkung (10) aufweist, welche vorzugsweise im Bereich des Randes (9) im Randbereich an der Grenze zur kalottenförmigen Aufstandsfläche (8) angeordnet ist.
3. Sitzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Verstärkung (10) einen vorzugsweise ringförmigen eingelegten Keder (11), vorzugsweise aus Leder, Gummi oder Kunststoff, aufweist.
4. Sitzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bezug (3) aus mehreren Schichten besteht.
5. Sitzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bezug (3) ein Unterfutter (7) und eine Außenhaut (5) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise zwischen dem Unterfutter (7) und der Außenhaut (5) eine Füllung (6) angeordnet ist.
6. Sitzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenhaut (5) aus Leder oder Stoff besteht.
7. Sitzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllung (6) aus verwebter Schafwolle besteht.
8. Sitzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterfutter (7) aus Stoff besteht.
9. Sitzeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenhaut Halteschlaufen angebracht sind.
